Great Experience at Brad Deery Motors. We had great service and were well taken care of upon our arrival in Maquokota, IA. I would highly recommend Ryan Mason in finance. It is definitely worth the drive outside of Cedar Rapids if you are in the market for a nice used certified vehicle at a price you can't beat locally.

They were very helpful but unfortunately the vehicle that we came for had been sold. Which was okay because my wife was unimpressed with it when she saw it. They probably show me the prefect vehicle for what I wanted but it was a Trail Blazer and I had such a bad experience with one before, I could not bring myself to ever own another one.

The dealer not only contacted me within minutes of being notified of my interest in the vehicle staff members stayed in contact. When i had questions they were taken care of almost immediately. All in all a very responsive dealer to do business with.

This place took me a while to get to and that's fine but it's a tradition old school car dealership. I really liked the vehicle but they were not willing to help much or come down on the price. I asked several times for a bottom line and they never gave it to me. I work for Uncle Sam and just got back from Europe but was told that they could not sell me a car because I didn't have a local address? The typical old school plays of well if you put money down on the vehicle we will hold it for you but if it sells we don't want you mad at us was also in effect. I was really disappointed by the entire ordeal. We bought a car while overseas and no joke start to finish it took about 15 minutes. No fuss, no mess great deal. 8000 off to boot. It should always be about the customer and never a game. The sales guy who took me for a test drive was ok but you could tell he was new. I don't blame him as much but his leadership REALLY Sucked. I can't say it any other way

2016 SRX, multiple scratches and buffing marks complete with polishing compound still on front bumper. Scratches on roof along with minor dents sent them pictures, their response was car hauler must have done it. Gas tank nearly empty.

Took a while to get the deal done but in the end I think everything was fair. It was a busy day for the dealer and I didn't get to the showroom until an hour before closing. (Left 2 hours after!) They had to test drive my trade in a couple times to come to a fair price. I'd go back for my next truck if they had what I was looking for.

They were really fast on responding to my questions and willing to go out of their way for me to be able to purchase this truck, they stayed over time for me to be able to look at a truck because I lived to far away to travel at a decent time. And when something wasn't or didn't seem right they were able to fix it.

I'm just at the preliminary stages of purchasing a car but must say Susan and Jack have been very professional so far. They responded quickly and have answered my questions and they have not pressured me in any way. So far a pleasurable experience.

Quick response but never answered questions straight forward. Only the questions I could are ready get by reading the website add. I wanted to start talking price before driving 300 miles to finish up a deal and everything went dark like they didn't know what I was asking. Kept getting cookie cutter email responses.

My wife contacted the dealer about this car via phone. Originally they did not know where the car was. Said it could be at the other dealership in town. Eventually the car was found and was told that it would be ready for us the next day to come and look at it. I also was email the online salesman and I asked what kind of maintenance had been done on the car. Their response was that this car had not even been look at by their maintenance department. I asked why they had a car listed online to be sold if they have not even looked at it, to which I got no response. The next day, we received a call from the salesman my wife was talking to and we were told to not even bother to come in and look at the car and the dealership was not willing to sell it to us with all the issues that it had. We were grateful for that as we did not drive 45 minutes to see the car. But, it does raise this question. Why would the dealership advertise a car for sale that... they then will not sale because it has too many issues. One day later... The same salesman called and now said they were willing to sell the car.... Um, no thanks.

Working with this dealership was a very pleasant experience. This was my first time buying a car so I wasn't too familiar with the process but they made it as smooth as possible for me. I ended up going with a Buick I liked a lot better because they did work with me on the price. They had both cars I was interested in purchasing ready for me when I arrived and I was able to meet Theresa, whom I talked with on the phone and through emails, upon arriving at the dealership. A day after I purchased the car I noticed the heated seat would not stay on so I gave them a call and they set an appointment up to take a look and ordered the new parts. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

salesman not customer friendly, I drove all the way from Peoria to look at an 2013 Cadillac SRX, and the salesman that I spoke to over the phone was at lunch so they passed me over to another salesman (Jim) and he was very rude. When I asked questions about the vehicle, he stated, " I don't know nothing about this deal it was just thrown to me". I asked to test drive the car, and he asked me if I was purchasing today and I said I wanted to check it out first and he told me that if I was not ready to buy that I couldn't test drive the car. Wow blew me away, so far away that I left and called the owner to report him. The good thing about this situation is that the owner called me back and listened to what I had to say.. Oh yes and I did purchase a 2012 Cadillac SRX premium from another dealer.(uftring westen) and i'm very pleased with it along with the service

Great experience with Emily initially responding to my internet inquiry, to Jim S. in showing us the vehicles and being so kind and knowledgeable, to Jim and Joe making the financing happen so we could become proud new car owners. Great experience all around! We will only go there for our maintenance on our new car and any further vehicle purchases.

No stars! If there was such a thing! Rude in emails while I was requesting information, would not listen to what I wanted, Saleman escalated the call to his supervisor, she was just as rude. I would never look to purchase a vehicle from there. They used tactics that I think are unfair. Very poor service, and I didn't even get into the store.
