I purchased a used vehicle and was promised it was a certified pre-owned with no outstanding damage or issues. Within 12 hours of owning the vehicle, it was clear the motor was shot. The car was burning oil and had a very violent rod knock. They had changed the oil previously to cover the issue. I'm lucky I picked up on it when I did or they would've screwed me! I got my money back thankfully but I will never shop at this dealership again for any reason and would absolutely not recommend this lot to anyone, stay away at ALL COAST!!!

Well the experience didn't start so great. I was interested in the Lexus GS350...2015. I was told the car was on hold for an out of state customer and that potential customer had put a deposit on the vehicle. Gabe said he would call me if that person didn't show up. I was called two days later and was informed that the vehicle was available but only to get there and find out that person shouldn't have called me. It wasn't Gabe that called me. However, Ken and Gabe was very apologetic about the situation and ensured me that would make it for the mistake. I was livid and really didn't want to do business at this point. This all took place on a Saturday. By Monday, Gabe was calling to apologize again for what had happened on Saturday. Then by Tuesday, Ken called me and said the car was available. I came down to test drive the vehicle. Not only did they allow me to test drive the vehicle (Lexus) but they put plates on the vehicle for me to take to my dad to look it over. I brought the vehicle the same day but they were going to let me keep it over night. Only to get to my dad house and we rode around and I realized the vehicle was too small for me. I took the car back and that is when Ken asked me to take a look at the Infiniti Q70L. Mind you, I never owned an Infiniti before and nor was I a fan of Infiniti at that time. I decided to test drive the vehicle. Ken was detailed about the features in the car. He allowed me to drive it the way I wanted to drive the vehicle. He DID NOT pressure me. When it came down to closing the deal, I was in and out within 1.5hr. Not only was the car very impressive but the level of customer service that I received was impeccable. I'm a former owner an a 750Li and one of the reasons I didn't go back into another Bmeer was because of my sales lady smart mouth. I left BMW and went to Acura and I LOVED Acura customer service but NOW, I feel I am going to LOVE being a member of Infiniti. Ken was AWESOME and he did not pressure me what so ever but he does has a nice professional way of doing business. When you work hard everyday you want to be happy with your purchase. If you go there ask for Ken or Gabe!!!!!!!! Everyone was very pleasant EXCEPT for the one person that worked my nerves and Ken made sure I had no contact with the gentleman that had his nice nasty way telling me the Lexus wasnt available. The moral of this review you never know what a customer is going to purchase when they walk through the door. There was no back and forth, Ken made sure the numbers were right, and of course my good credit made it even easier.

I liked the free valet parking and the home delivery as well! That was very helpful! I felt the price I paid was fair but not like I got an amazing deal or anything worth bragging about. The Finance guy was nice until I was saying, “no” to the very expensive extra warranty coverages, then he was quick to have me sign and get out of his office. The salesperson I worked with was very quiet and unenthusiastic until I signed the dotted line. They definitely used the quiet intimidation approach and with me driving an hour to see the car, I felt they knew I was going to probably buy it anyways and they had the upper hand in the deal. The salesperson was nice though and did answer any questions I brought up, I didn’t feel like they were hiding anything from me. When it was time to see the car they brought it upfront on the busy city street and it was very hard to look at it with cars flying by you, so they took it in the garage after the test drive. Seemed like a good idea at the time turned into a bad idea! The dim lighting down there hid many scratches and dents I would have seen if the car was in the sunlight and with the sales person standing by I felt rushed to go back up to the sales office. After I got the car bought and home in driveway, I really saw how scratched up and abused the exterior was and it was too late. The sales person also threw in an exterior and interior protection coating on the car as a favor. It did not look or feel like it was done when I got the car home and when I brought it up to the salesperson, they swore up and down that I was mistaken and they did In fact apply the product but offered me to come back and have it redone if I wasn’t pleased, I was not satisfied with their “protection coating” at all and was kind of disappointed I got my hopes up for it. the bad part is I live over an hour away and it’s not worth driving all the way back for. It was like they washed the car and put tire shine on it and called it good. I had to armorall and clean the seats on my own when I got it and I figured I could probably wax it myself too. All in all, it was a very easy process and I felt the numbers where laid out to easily understand. I do love the car even with the scratches and I would buy another Infiniti again. I would also buy from them again, just not a used car where minor defects could be hidden. Overall my experience was ok but not awesome! I got the car I wanted but the excitement of getting a great deal and a sweet car just wasn’t there. I’m used to buying new cars and this was the first used i bought in years so maybe that’s why. Anyone reading this, feel free to check them out with confidence! Many dealerships won’t offer you the perks they do on used cars and I can say it was worth the drive for me.

They were all extremely nice. I did point out a few things I would have liked to see them fix what I as a tech also saw but they said it’s really an as is vehicle because of the price of the vehicle... so that being said if you go there be prepared for very nice people, but do not expect any repairs

These folks were horrible to deal with. They were most definitely NOT customer friendly. When I arrived at the dealer - they were very patronizing. They did not want to negotiate, had very little interaction and NO follow-up. In the end, their service and attention made me feel like they didn't want to sell the car. There is an art to selling a car, these folks are definitely NOT masters of that art.

I got a great deal at this dealership. Their prices are considerably cheaper than others I found online. The only thing I didn't like is they automatically added $995 for an extended warranty for the interior to the price of the car and was a little resistant about taking it off. I drive 2+ hours to purchase this car and would have had no problem driving home without buying the Sonata had they not removed this unwanted, hidden fees! If I we're buying a luxury car and planned to sell or trade in the future it would be worth the extra money. But my main concern was value for my money and keeping my payments low. For my situation it didn't make sense, especially since I planned to drive the car as long as I could before repurchasing another vehicle. Other than that minor setback, my experience was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend this dealership. The salesman even called me they next day to see how my drive home was.

Didn't treat us as if we were important to them, we drove 8 hours and they acted as though they didn't have time for us. Didn't honor the guaranteed price for my trade...not a good experience...Hidden fees totaling addition $1800 that they don't disclose.

Dealership was borderline rude when I first spoke to Micah, then I had a good conversation about the car I was interested in with Howar. He told me he would keep me updated on the car I was interested in . . .I found out (through an email) that the car had been sold 2-3 days after it actually was. Didn't feel very important and communication was poor. Would not recommend from a phone call/email standpoint.

Two people contacted me within space of 10 min, the variation in price was 5k. I got email from original person a day late that additional pricing sent by his associates (yes 2 associates) was wrong. I am not sure how I can trust the dealership. In any case the dealership sales person were polite and helpful but they didn't knew whether someone was already contacted or any detail.

Great service, great people. They made sure everything was right with the car and gave me a tutorial on how to work all of the electronics. Even after the purchase when I called them for some help they were very responsive. I highly recommend this dealership.

The salesperson was trying a lot for upselling/cross selling. Also, while making the purchase they added around $1000 to the price of the car (in the name of repair/maint. cost) and it was all hidden until we said we like the car and started talking about the price. Car was good; so we needed up purchasing it from the dealer.

My experience at Bermans infinity was very pleasant. From the moment i stepped in, to the moment I left with my new car i felt I was treated with respect. Jane (the sales person) was incredible sweet and patient to my all my request and questions that i had inquiring my new vehicle. I would gladly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a new/used car, and wants to get a great deal on it.

Dealer responded and I ultimately bought a car from them. They were nice, but did not meet the standards of infiniti dealers I have previously worked with. They stated they provide fair values on purchases and trade-ins. However, when it came to working with them, they were just as bad at trying to screw you over in the purchase, as any other car dealer. I bought the car, because they had the one I really wanted, not because I enjoyed working with this dealership. My car was dusty inside and I found a glove, eye glass cleaner towel, and an old note from someone under the seat...and this dealer claims they do this immaculate detail job. In the end, I found them to be mediocre at best.

I was very unhappy with the service I received from this office this past Tuesday. Me and my father drove 4 hours that morning to come look at the Saturn Vue they had available with the intent that the car would still be available. Even one of the workers, Dan, had called me at 9:30am that morning to confirm the appointment and wanted to make sure I'd still be coming. As soon as I walked in the door at Infiniti the Saturn Vue pulled up and the company had just showed it to someone else although I was on my way with an appointment scheduled. This company knew I was driving 4 hours away and that I wasn't just going to look at the car. I made it clear that I was very interested and had even said I am interested in purchasing the vehicle as long as there were no major problems with the vehicle. The fact that this company couldn't hold the car for just 2 hours in a first come first serve basis with the ones who had made the appointment first receive priority shows me they are not the type of company I want to be doing service with. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone.
