They responded quickly and explained that the ad was not factual in that the car's ad indicated a manual transmission but was an automatic. Did not purchase, want a manual.

Excellent customer service. Was contacted right away with information that another buyer was interested and had the car overnight. I was contacted as soon as the car sold so I didn't waste a trip to Tyler. Sam did his best to try and find something else similar that I might be interested in.

Very pleasant experience with Tim Noble . He went out of his way to work with me in my quest for an exceptional deal on a late model pickup. He checked all his resources and was creative in improving his in-stock vehicle to suit my needs ..Regretfully, I found the exact at another dealership but will remember Tim and Bob , the sales manager, for future vehicle needs .

Totally lame. Said they were 'close' on what I needed for my trade. Drove an hour in for our schdeduled appointment. Upon arrival, was told other people had just arrived, would it be okay if he went back forth between me and them? No, I said. After scheduling a time and driving an hour in, no I'd just as soon my appointment be mine... Responded with something about being short handed (read: I'm not willing to turn over a potential sale to someone else) and proceeded to do exactly as he wanted. 'Close' to what I needed on my trade? 4K lower. They hadn't even looked at it or run the numbers before I drove into town. It needs new tires, he said.... Wow-some kind of $4K tires? Yeah, I don't think so. Super, super unimpressive.

They were nice and helpful. They were very uofront that they couldn't sell the car to me once they discovered it was leaking oil. No games were pkayed. I'd buy from them if the right car was available.

My client advisor, Reid Coover, was very friendly and professional. Reid was very patient with me and provided great assistance during my decision to purchase a vehicle. I was not pressured to buy which made the experience more enjoyable. Rhonda Jones, Finance Manager, was awesome! Very friendly and professional and really catered to our needs. Fast response. They offered a trade that was lower than I wanted. I really wanted the SUV, but someone beat me too it. Even though, I have to give them a 5. Tim was the first to ever send me the specific numbers which helped alot. I was a serious buyer so it was nice that he was great with me being out of town.
