She advised me that my online purchase could be completed over the phone and the truck would be delivered without me having to leave home. The dealer was closed on Sunday when i put my inquiry in on this truck. Even though they were closed Chris (a salesman) cantacted me promptly and answered all my questions. Chris scheduled a appointment for Monday morning. They give me A fair price for my trade and worked a deal that worked for both of us. Highly recommend.. Ask for Chris!!

On my test drive appointment, i was informed that the vehicle has been test driven by another buyer and that they were working on purchasing it. We didnt see another vehicle.

Was told that the car would be cleaned up and ready to test drive before my arrival. That didn’t happen. Had a bad battery in it. Vehicle wasn’t sanitized after previous drove the car. I had my own sanitizer and did it myself

I called to see the car. A woman called back and said that they had found a problem with the AC and had to get the price on it. 6 days later I called again and she said that it was on consignment and the owner had decided not to sell it if he had to put that much money into it. I really wanted to see this car and I was hoping to purchase it.

Horrible. They never gave me an appointment to come in to test drive the vehicle. I was told I would need a co-signer and never received an appointment. It was a big let down, the mileage, the features, and the look of the car is what I really wanted. I have someone that would have co-signed with me but I wasn't even given the chance.

She was very helpful. She explained the process easily. I will work with her again.

A representative from Auto Gallery got in touch with me and gave me more information on the vehicle.

Please walk away from this dealership. Customer service is non existent with these people. The price you see advertised is plus, plus, plus and plus miscellaneous service fees and unusually high dealer fees. They claim to have the vehicle inspected in the service department, but miss basic key items. I believe they rely on people buying a marked up warranty to cover the items they failed to repair. Just walk away read the reviews and do your homework.

Would've given a 5, but they gave me a key that wasn't programmed, the cargo screen was missing and they didn't want to repair the slow rising windows! Great price and I enjoyed working with Isaiah though.

I walked in looking to buy that day. I was seen by several but not acknowledged. After 5 minutes I walked out. Now I have been contacted by email to know if I am still interested but I have made a commitment elsewhere.

They got back with me right away. They were not pushy and answered all my questions. The vehicle got away from me but that's okay.

Terrible Sold the vehicle the morning after I was told that they were holding it for me. My appointment was confirmed the morning before I drove to the dealership. 1hr wait in lobby to find out they sold the vehicle and were filling out the paperwork for this customer as I waited.

They got the paid 60 months 60,000 warranty wrong, the end date was 60,000 but the vehicle had 35,800 miles on it so warranty was only 24,200 miles. I went back 100 miles one way and he try to argue with me but did make it right but I don't trust him that I even have that warranty.
