They only honor their website price if you use Hyundai ordinary financing. This is not made clear. If you choose Hyundai 0% financing, they will not honor the website price even with the Hyundai cash rebate of $2500 added back but charge considerably more. Misleading.

Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and my sales person Santi was great, he was super corporative and for starting out new he was awesome. The only issue I had with this dealership was that I was told the car didn’t have hail damage which it did... so I paid for that, also the service team failed to fix my tire pressure sensor after I had waiting there for 4 hours and as I left the light popped back on. I was told that I had no garuntee of getting it fixed for free which was my biggest issue because I had paid them to fix it and it wasn’t fixed so how am I responsible for their mistakes? Unfortunately that kinda ruined the experience but overall great cars and I love my Hyundai I’ll just be doing my services elsewhere!

I started conversations with salesperson phillip. Difficult getting him to call back. Dealership followed up with inquiry how process was going explained issues with phillip. Phillip then called. Sent me credit ap. Day later couldn't contact phillip about credit ap. I was informed phillip on vacation for 10 days phillip didn't share that info with me or hand me off to another sales person. Manager called and upon learning i submitted credit ap i was informed couldnt find it. Manager had john call me and i resent ap. Called john morn of sending ap and no response until 1pm and was informed car sold night before. I wasted 2 weeks chasing somebody down to sell me this car and felt there is lots of confusion and disorganization in my experience. I live 130 mi from this dealership and use internet and phone to try and get details worked out before investing day to finalize deal.....but felt like i was doing all the work for them to sell a car. I wasted 2 weeks and car sold out from under m

Received several emails from both a sales two and floor rep. However, my specific request for actual photos were ignored. Then, I was told the car was sold to wholesale and they weren't sure why it was on the website. (is still on it too). I'm left wondering why they kept emailing about a car they aren't selling. Very annoying....

I had to contact them myself. I told my contact I would be driving for over 2 hours to get to their location. Upon my arrival my contact was not even there that day. Then the car I wanted to test drive was buried in the lot. It had a screw in the tire they had to fix. They refused to allow me to take it to Firestone for a Prepurchase inspection. The sales agent that helped me when I was there was absolutely rude. I was never more disgusted with a used car dealership in my life. I literally left the dealership shaking my head. What a waste of a half day out of my life.

List price is not for a cash transaction. Dealer wanted me to finance or else pay $1500 more for a one time cash payment. I bought something else from another dealer.

Prompt response. I purchased the vehicle and drove it home, about 400 miles. Price was way, way better than I could find anywhere close to home. The staff at Arapahoe Hyundai were very accommodating to my situation and the processing of the sale and financing was quick with no pressure.

Dealing with Arapahoe Hyundai was a good experience. My purchase was a very complicated. However Chris Tovrea and the professional, friendly staff at this friendly, family owned dealership navigated through. No hassle, no high pressure sale tactics. My final purchased was a 2018 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD. One word for this vehicle "wow". Another family member who has purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past encouraged me to give Arapahoe Hyundai a chance. They did not disappoint. I encourage you to "give Arapahoe Hyundai a chance".

Found the car I wanted, showed up at 7:45pm before they close at 9pm on Friday night, tested the car, did all the paperwork. I walked out at 9pm and literally drove off in my new car. How bout’that??

We had a very nice experience with them. Keep in mind - this is a VOLUME Hyundai dealer - so cars are competitively priced but they were able to further bargain with us. Ours was for a 2014 auto with no trade, money down, and the rest financed. Bjorn was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

Initially was outstanding. Then when the finance man came in he tried to literally sneak a contract for $1900 over the 72 month loan stating this additional protection was a lender requirement. I asked him to show me something where the lender was requiring this to approve the loan. He left and about 5 minutes later the Finance Manager came in and stated that it was not to secure the loan after all but was in fact an extended warranty but it was only going to cost $1049 not the $1900 originally quoted. I told him I was not going to buy an extended warranty from him, that the car was a 2011 certified used car, and I did not feel the Sonata needed this. I believe that he realized they were caught and passed everything through with the certified documentation covering everything for 12 months. This $1900 was going to cost me an extra $44 per month for 72 months. Other than this they were excellent. But this was HUGE to try to sneak by me and very unethical in stating it was a lender requirement.

I submitted an online application on Saturday, called to see if it had been received only got answering machines. Called Monday I was told it had been received and handed to a certain sales person. Called that sales person only got voicemail, had to call twice on Tuesday then again on Wednesday, finally received call back Wednesday afternoon only to be told car I wanted had been sold previous night. however when I finally talked to the sales guy he was very friendly

sold me a used VW Jetta. Rim was bent. would not replace. they're excuse was that I was too good at negotiating the price of the car and did not make enough money to buy rim. do not buy a used car from them that's not a Hyundai.

We purchased a car over there. We got another $200 discount,but we felt the dealer cheated us. They added a package of $464 into our charge, we found out after we went over the document the next day, my husband sent Leo an email , but he did not replied. He stopped by there and Leo said he never received the email, he had my husband talked to the finance manager and finally they took out the charge. We would never buy any car other tell our friends to go over there. NEVER!!!
