Showed me to the car, and said I'll be in my office if you have any questions. Answered the questions I asked, but didn't seem like he was experienced, and or he didn't want to deal with me.

The process itself was good. Immediate response from the dealer. They were very friendly, stayed late to meet us, and were very helpful. Unfortunately the car itself was not clean and we could see it had been hit even though it had a clean Carfax. So people were good but the car was disappointing.

I bought the 2013 Range Rover Sport HSE. Max did a great job in assisting me understand some of the features of the vehicle.

Salesman was very prompt, they quickly made the car available for a pre-purchase inspection, so very nice in this respect. However, when inspected, the kidney grill fell out after opening good, indicator light hanging by a wire, etc. I specifically asked about the front bumper prior to this inspection. Not being forthcoming cost me $150 and wasted time. Be careful with this dealer, they conceal issues.

I contacted the dealer in the evening, John responded my email in the next day early morning. Friendly service . The only thing wasn’t good enough was the car gas tank was almost empty, my husband had to fill the gas before go home.

This was by far the most ridiculous experience I have ever had while dealing with a used car salesman. I ran the carfax on the Range Rover they had for sale. The carfax said the last reported contact they had with this vehicle was October of 2015. AKA 30 months ago. The dealer purchased this car at auction. It's never been re-registered, no reported maintenance. Nothing it is just sitting on his lot rotting away. I test drove it. It did drive OK but there were a couple warning lights on. Also I noticed it was missing some interior parts and had a broken adaptor plug. a few scratches in the paint. So it was a well used car with a few bumps and bruises. I asked the sales person why it had been sitting on the lot for so long. His reply was that a few have tried to purchase the vehicle but their credit fell through. I thought it was an odd answer but told him if we could strike a deal I was paying cash. And here's where it got interesting I asked him for his best price. Well it was a mere $2,500 OVER recommended list price for a car in "Excellent" condition which the car was far from. Don't bother with these guys. But that at least that answered WHY no one could get financing for this car. What bank wants to start out at least $2,500.0 in the hole? Even for that poor soul trying to put money down first he would have to overcome the huge deficit this dealer put him in asking for a significant amount over what the car is even worth. Dealers like this are what give used car salesman a bad reputation. It would probably be best if this one just went away.

Briefly, my wife and I recently visited iDeal Auto Imports in search of an affordable custom import with impeccable credentials and an honest transaction. We were more than impressed with our experience, the fantastic selection and our time with German, a co-owner and the most knowledgeable and hardest working car guy I have ever met. He found a vehicle for us that exceeded our expectations, at a price that I couldn't resist and made the transaction painless and a pleasure. Don't buy another car before a visit with Max and German at iDeal Auto Imports.

Was very nice...next place we were going to look...but bought a car.

Bad experience and the salesman lied to me that I wasn't approve for the Audi just because he wanted me to buy the Mercedes and because I mention about the Mercedes first but why does it matter? If I'm buying a car I would want to feel fully satisfy with the car. Worst experience ever. Both car are around same price and I don't have bad credit so how is anyone going to tell me I'm not approved and lied to me any other place wouldn't let me buy within the same price? They don't treat their customers right! They're not friendly especially! They have lack of communication to make people feel happy about buying their car.

Good. No pressure. I enquired if the car was still there. They simply replied yes, it was, and to let them know if I needed anything else.

The young man I talked to did not know much about the cars they have, plus the cars they sell are not in very good shape for the prices they are charging. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole experience.

The dealership is just a small wherehouse/big garage. The three vehicles I sat in smelled like ashtrays with some kind of scent attempting to cover the stinky smell. The JX had interior scratches and minor damage that did not appear to have been touched up. The sales guy (owner??) simply led me into the garage and never checked on me. The place felt shady to me and I don't think I'd go back unless there was a really good deal on a vehicle I wanted and even then I'd be very leery.

followed up very nicely.. inquiry was from 200 miles away.. seemed quite accommodating.. just missed purchasing the car by a few hours..

Got one follow-up call and spoke to rep. He suggested that I come in to test drive that day, and I said OK, then got a call back 30 minutes later that I missed. I then called back about 10 minutes later while I was getting close to Eagan, and another guy answered and I was told test drives were over for the day at 5pm. First guy told me 6pm. Huge waste of time as I live on the other side of the Twin Cities.

They did not know much about the different vehicles. The vehicle I was interested in was not detailed and was in the middle of other parked cars. I gave them a heads up that I was coming and which vehicle I was looking at. The least they could have done was move it outdoors. They acted like they could care less. Lucky I rated them as high as I did. They did offer to come down on the car. W

Very low pressure....almost detached, yet friendly and confident. Clean entry and office space. All inventory is kept in a warehouse showroom. They let their cars speak for themselves. No negotiations on price. We sent a message during off hours (night before) and we were contacted within the first hour of the next business day. Worked quickly and efficiently with our bank. We drove in from out-of-state and they had the paperwork in order for the purchase. Comprehensive warranties available if your financing requires them or you just want the extra net of security. Thus far we have really enjoyed the car. Nice variety of inventory and price ranges. The cars are worth a look and we would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future. Worked with both German and Chris and it seemed and felt to have a collaborative and teamwork atmosphere unlike some shark tank dealership environments. In the world of previously owned vehicles, this dealership is top of the list.

Comfortable office and nice receptionist. I dealt directly with the owner. The car was exactly as described and in very good condition. I brought the car, 2005 Toyota Camry, my daughter loves it. Fair price, dependable car, no pressure to buy. I will use this dealership again and I'm telling my freinds who are looking for a used car to call them first. I brought a new 2012 Nissan Rogue three months ago for myself and I do not recommend that dealership to anyone. If I had been aware of Ideal Auto Imports, before I brought my new car I probably would have felt comfortable buying a quality used car from them instead.
