Not a good place to shop. Will not take a certified check from the same bank they deal with. You have to go thru their finance department because they are out to make money. A quote from the finance manager!!!!!

Ethan did a great job assisting me with my inquiry. When I arrived at the dealership he had the vehicle ready to test drive and was very knowledgeable on all the features available. When it came time to move to paperwork, he walked me through everything along with explaining other addons like LoJack that I needed. Definitely would buy from him again! Save your time and go to a different dealership, there are far better dealerships out there. This is precisely why people hate car dealerships. Don't waste your time with a dealership that is going to waste your time and make up stories to try and con you into ridiculous prices for things you don't need. I read plenty of reviews that laid out the same things and should have known better. This is a typical snake outfit who prides themselves on fake pricing and shady tactics to try and squeeze out every penny.

I stopped in on 11/25 to buy a 2016 Silverado for $24,500.
I walked in and had to walk up to the managers desk to get some help. He got me in touch with a salesman. Have him some info, test drove the truck and told him to give me his best price and I'll purchase.
He comes back with a price of $36,xxx. That's $12,000 more than the listed price.
Breakdown of other costs as follows. (I obviously was not interested in any of these)

The only person that would promptly reply to my inquiries was Amy. Other than her all I kept getting was marketing emails multiple times a day but no actual talk of assisting me in learning more about the vehicle. I even asked to be removed from their mailing list after giving up trying to make a purchase with this non responsive dealership. But yet im still getting marketing emails. I would suggest they focus more on better customer service versus just beefing up their marketing schemes.

I requested a final out the door price! With taxes and multiple hidden fees the price jumped 6k$ they said mandatory lo-jack fee. Ceramic coat and paint protection and vehicle conditioning fees i don't recommend!

So I drop over 2 hours to see the car. I got there. The salesman wasn’t ready for me because he was eating a sandwich. No big deal. He pulls the car around 20 minutes later. They haven’t even detailed the car. I honestly don’t think it was cleaned since it was new. The trunk had all trim pieces off. The TPMS was messed up. The dash clock was cracked. They wouldn’t show me a Carfax for it. Stay away from this dealer. Shady shady shady.

The CR-V is listed at $17,998; they came back at $28,000. I went in with check in hand to buy the car cash and was shut down.
They wanted me to pay for a lojack for an 8-year-old car. It's cheaper to buy new than to buy with them, a horrible experience.
The "sales manager had the galls to say "We have a buyer who gave us a large deposit just waiting for the rest of the money"
I got a call the next day. Counter for $21,500. Taxes are at about 8.5%, plates were going to be transferred car should be less than 20k.

Terrible experience!! I was passed off to 6 different people. I was willing to pay the list price of the Acadia, then they came back with $10K more of add ons that I didn't need which they told me they couldn't remove like wheel locks and lo jack. Then they proceeded to tell me that I need to act fast cause someone else has already put a down payment on the vehicle, which is when I walked out. Shady, scammy, unprofessional, constantly passed off.

Was looking at the 2014 Ford raptor they had for sale. Price was $37,795 I called the dealership, spoke with a lady that told me the used car manager was out and would call me back as soon as they were back in. I never got a call back, so the next day I contact them again only to find out they increased the price to $40,565. What a joke and trash dealership. 0/10 would not recommend.

This was an Extremely Bad Experience!! The dealership constantly called me , and then when I arrived they had loaned my vehicle I was pre-financed approved for from Cargurus to an employee. So they didn’t have the vehicle that they confirmed over the phone . Zeigler then ran my credit and told me a Completely different down payment amount from what I had on my certificate from Cargurus! So not only did they not have the vehicle, but tried to have me put an additional $3,120 down payment. I’ve went to other dealerships , and always had the same information from my Cargurus certificate. I’m in sales , and have been in this industry for many years. This experience was so bad I truly would not recommend anyone to go here.

Responsive but won’t disclose dealer fees via email- pretty much told me what I needed to know. Couldn’t get an out-the-door offer on the advertised car without calling or visiting in person.

The dealer portrays shady tactics. They post an internet price and when I got there the final offer was $7,000 higher than that. they tried to add Lowjack and dimple and dent scratch and paint protection.. they got offended when I told him I wasn't paying for all that extra add-ons and they complained about the internet pricing. They're already losing $3,000. I said that's pretty crappy to try to steal it back by adding stuff on to me. I would not recommend this dealer at all!

It was the most horrible experience I ever had with a car dealer. I tried multiple times to get pricing and the only thing I would get was the excuse that the finance management team was extremely busy. Seriously, how long does it take to get pricing. It’s been a week and still nothing. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to these people. I would give them negative 5 stars.

This was the most disrespectful car experience I have been apart of. I believe the communication at this dealership needs some work. We drove an hour and a half after explaining the long drive and asking them to have the car pulled up and paperwork ready. I have done this 4 other times with no issues. This time we pulled up at our appointment with no car out front. They did not know who we were or what vehicle we wanted. They were in the process of selling the vehicle as they took my license and drove the vehicle up for a test drive. I could not believe the disrespect and bad ethics. The people trying to finance were put before my wet ink check dangling in their face. Please fix the communication problems so nobody else has to waste their time and money.

Was told to come view the vehicle (Cadillac Escalade ESV). Arrived at the dealership and I was told a manger had taken the vehicle to Wisconsin and they did not know when it would be returned. Needless to say they never called back with any updates on the vehicle being returned to the dealership. Only received any information regarding the vehicle when I called twice to see if the vehicle returned. The vehicle never returned for view/purchase and on Saturday 12/31/2022 an alert from Car Gurus stated the vehicle had been sold. The experience was a total waste of time as I drove an hour one way (2 hours round trip) to see the vehicle not to mention the time spent at the dealership getting the runaround. I would not recommend doing business at this dealership. If I could leave a negative five review I would.

This dealership is a true scam . They advertise
a price for the vehicle on car gurus. I called
and actually talked to Karla, confirmed the
price of the vehicle that was advertised. Sent
my daughter in law and son up there to buy
vehicle , after driving an hour and a half to get
there the price changed? They added $5000
for
market adjustment price tried to
add
another $2000 for paint protection plan. Then
conned them into using their financing
company so they could even make more
money off them . Very disappointed! BUYER

Hands down the WORST dealer in the world. Tried to
sneak in almost 10k dollars in fees on a vehicle that was
already about 2k over current market value, and undercut
my trade by 5k dollars. What a joke. I literally laughed in
the salesman's face and he immediately got defensive. I
get they need to make money, but you do so In a
professional manner. If I could give these scumbags 0
stars I would. Absolutely pathetic. I've owned about 40
vehicles in my life and I've never been to such a shady
dealership. I'm shocked at how they even stay in
business. Buyer beware.

Never felt pushed or cajoled in making a quick or rushed decision whatsoever. So in that for me means everything! The dealer was quick to respond to our inquiry and the car was ready for test-drive. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, they made no attempt to correct the loose driver door mirror that I found. They increased the sales price over the CarGurus listing price that I showed them after we drove the car. Added items included Lojack (tm) and special interior and exterior protection packages which were not in the listing but added to the sales price. I would not recommend this dealer.

No one deal with this dealer they are scammers they posted the car in 42 thousand once you go there they add$5000 they told me this is Becaue we did repaired about three months ago I really chucked , pluse they add $1490. I said what this they said this so for navigation pro pack something. Then they $1256 I said what this they said this gurantee if the car scratch and do details. I swear I never met like this scammers before with this rud way to take your money and she loughed as she is agree to do this. A little confusion about who I was meeting with. Based on pictures it

This dealership is a bait and switch, they had this car listed for $20,998, after test driving this car we went back inside to negotiate the price, they added $9k to the listed price, they wanted me to purchase their protections plans saying that it comes with all their cars, I tried explaining that i wasn’t interested in purchasing any of the plans and they basically kicked me out, telling me that if I don’t agree to purchase the plans there’s nothing else that they could do for me.. After reaching out to the general manager he tells me that he’s extremely sorry about the whole experience and that he will take off the $9k and with tax and paperwork the total was $28,600…How does this car jumps from $20,998 to $24,000 overnight..I wish I had read the reviews for this dealership before wasting my time. I wanted to give 0 star.

I came Preapproved up to $30,000 to purchase an Impala at the agreed price of $21,500. After arriving they tried to force me to buy several packages that came up to $32,000 to buy it. However, my Preapproval approved up to 105% of the purchase price. I am very disappointed with management and the sales team for trying to manipulate and take advantage of me and my Preapproval. I wasted an inquiry on my credit, my time, and gas driving there and they increased the price by $10,000.

It was horrible. Took off of work to go there to pick up vehicle for appointment that we made. We get there and a different rep helped us. He told us that the car had a recall and that someone had put a down payment down. The down payment shouldn’t had mattered because we were told the day before that it’s first come first serve. He agreed so that point was mute. The issue was that the car did not have a recall. I called a Lincoln dealership and gave the vin and was told there was no such recall and any recalls show instantly. When we took this to the sales rep he tried to challenge us on this. First he tried to say it takes time to show, the. He tried to say it was an internal recall. He didn’t know that I actually called someone else to check on this. Also you would think that he would try to sell us something else since we came with a pre approval. Talk to the rep who scheduled the appointment and after talking to her manager we found out the car just wasn’t working.

I went in to look at the Buick Envision and the price was $23,650 and after I said I would put $1,500 down, they gave me a sheet with all of the charges and it came up to $35,500. One of the charges was $2,000 for their paperwork. Not a great experience

Have never felt so discussed in my life. Found a Chrysler Pacifica online listed for $34,499.00. drove 2 hours to look at it. After I decided I wanted it and gave them all my info they came back with an out the door price of $49,000.00. Which included a $5,000.00 market adjustment, $2,495.00 dent and stain package which I would never use because I was 2 hours away. And a $1,595.00 charge for a theft package. This is completely wrong and unethical. Any additions should be listed in the advertised price, they should not be able to call them dealer fees. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and CapitalOne.

very hard to get info from, wanted GM build sheets on the 2 trucks. 3 weeks, 5 people before i got the info , not the actual price as advertised , they say add on fees. Truck
had 23k miles on it, said $2800 + to certify, I didn't need it certified ,still under factory warranty, and then a $5000 add on for market adjustment , get real.wanted as much as a

Set up an appt to see "Karla" and ensured we would have vehicle ready for us to test drive withOUT salesman in backseat. Got there, vehicle was still out back, we were given the keys to turn vehicle on and fuel light was on had to wait for refueling.
When initially called received rave reviews over vehicle which is why we decided to make a drive 1.5 hours away as the deal look enticing. Once there, we noticed flaws in the vehicle. Salesman was a bit pushy and was able to drop the price instantly by 2k for "tonight only" . It had us thinking harder but something just wasn't sitting right with me. A 2021 with 10k miles at minimum 8k below MSRP in this market just wasn't adding up. We walked away......
After reading all of the reviews of add on fees, I am positive that was where we would have been caught in the fight to have those removed before signing on the dotted line.
Did not feel like a customer or family member, but an assembly line of purchasers.

I went there to checkout a used GMC Acadia only to find out that their listing had incorrect details specified. It was an hour drive from my place and I confirmed the specifications over the phone before setting up an appointment but then again I was misinformed and invited to the dealership just to waste my time, fuel and energy. The staff there had no information about my visit so they were not provided with any details of my appointment but either way I wasn't getting a warm feeling dealing with them.

Called ahead to make sure they still had the two cars I was interested in and made an appointment to check them out. When I got there an hour later, I got passed around between three different people, and then finally told that neither of the cars were there because managers had taken them home.
Only positive: they do respond very quickly.
Saw a Used car I wanted to buy. List price was $29,500. When we went to do paperwork they had the following "fees":
-$4500 MAP (market adjustment price)
-$2400 package fee they put on all their cars to protect the car inside and out (again if this was to help the car on the outside the car I looked at did have a "bubble" above the fender).
So we're looking at $7400 worth of extra fees. Put that on top of the base price of the car that they listed online and that brought the cars actual price to $36,900 before taxes, title and doc fee! They have been sitting on this car for four months... Now I know why!
And to add insult to injury, I was in there eight weeks ago. They appraised my car at $7000. Then they appraised it at $4000 the second time... I only had put on 800 extra miles between my first appraisal and the second appraisal. Also...they have a "value your trade button" on their website... they lie!

Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Came in with my son to buy his first car. We set up a time to test drive the car he found online. They called while we were on our way to make sure we were still coming. We got there and they told us that they lost BOTH SETS of keys for the car and we wouldn’t be able to test drive it. They told us that once they got keys made, they would call us and he could them come in. They called us a week later to say the car was available to test drive. We came in AGAIN the very next day, only to be told that the car was “just sold” but that they would show us other vehicles. Of course they were all older models and higher priced. We wasted 2 trips to this dealership for absolutely nothing. Do not give your business to this bait and switch dealership. He since bought a car at another dealership and they were a dream to work with, honest and straight forward with the price, and no hidden fees.
Typical dealership BS - I wasted my time going to see this vehicle!! First, I confirmed that it was still available. Then, we drove nearly an hour to the dealership. I test drove the car. When I made an offer, I was told that a deposit had been put down on the car. The next day, the car price had increased over $1500. One week later, they still have the car. Total BS!!

Worst experience of buying a car in my 40 plus years of car buying. We were only given one key, we were told that we had to pay certain dealership fees which in fact we didn't. We spent almost 7 hours in the dealership,our credit score was over 760. The finance/loan officer lied to my wife and i, we were told that if we didn't purchase a extended car warranty for $5000.00 that the Bank would increase our interest rate from 4% to 6% and that in buying it our monthly payment would only increase by $2 per month. They told us they were going to fill the car up let gas, they only put $20 in the tank. We called the bank the next day and the Bank denied what the Loan Officer said. Plus we could not cancel the warranty the dealership had to cancel it.

I had negotiated some time. And made a deal with the
first sales guy except for a small item. Then his manager
came out and pretended to take it off, but added
everything else , like 8k, back on the deal. I had the
feeling of being in a con game or scam. They tried to put
all kinds of fees and press me that it was totally needed.
Just insultingly lying in my face.
I read bad reviews and thought that it was just people
that dont know how to negotiate. No, they are actively
playing games as most reviews on this site say. Stear
clear unless you want to pay many thousands more than
their listing price. I believe that since I was able to call
them out directly for each lie in real time, it caused the
manager to tell me, that "Mr Zeigler cant make money
with the price that's advertised on cargurus". And that
was the first honest thing they said.
I did buy the car for exactly what was advertised,
elsewhere. I dont care about Mr. Zeigler's profits. Ps.

I went to purchase this vehicle and then as we were working the numbers, they added about 6k more it in warranties and inspections. I had to
be pushy for them to take those fees off, but they wouldn't take off an inspection fee that was well over 1K. I was trying to finance this car
through my own bank and they were giving me a hard time about it because I was not interested in financing through them. They wouldn't give
me a bill of sale when I asked for one and then when the sales person went to speak with manager they tried pressuring me by saying that
someone out of state was interested in it, but that they would sell it to me if I took their high priced and horrible financing offer. I walked away
and purchased it at a different dealer. The vehicle is still listed for sale by the way, but now at a much higher price so they were clearly lying to
me.

Car was shown for 19992. I sent an inquiry. AFTER I set up an appointment to go see the car, they changed the price to 23000. I called to clarify and was told they would honor the price I was emailed. I drove 45 minutes to the dealer and when I arrived, I was told the car had Just sold, but could they show me something else. YET,
The car is still listed in their inventory.
Stopped by on 03/27/21 to drive a 2017 IS300. We liked it but weren't sold on it. An Audi Q5 caught our attention in the lot, however our sales seemed bothered when we told him we wanted to drive it. We loved the drive but we noticed that the valve cover gasket was starting to leak. I told the sales and he seemed bothered and replied "we fix everything and nothing is wrong with our cars"
We told him passed on a Q5 before because of the same reason before. We told him we would think about it and he rudly said "okay, have a good one"
We were ready to make a deal if he would've worked something out or even took a minute of his time to get up from his desk and talk to his Used Car Manager. We ended up buying elsewhere, and definitely not going to this place.

it was terrible the worst dealer experience i have ever had.
they would only send emails that were automatically sent and would state that someone would be in touch, but never call or reach out.
Several people from the dealer reached out to me but none of them would provide me with the build sheet/vehicle sticker I requested. Instead they make excuses and want me to come in to the dealership before they will give me the information. This dealer can't provide the most basic information to a customer so I refuse to go into the dealership.

Attempt to sell the car thousands above advertised price
This particular silver chevy bolt premier was advertised on January 23,on sale for 14 750.00. Being out of town I contacted the dealer and offered to send retainer money
to hold it.
They refused but were willing to set up an appointment on following Monday for me to test the car. I test drove and offered to buy it. The sale person then presented me
with their terms in which the price jumped to 17 999.00. After exchange of information and upon return from consultation with his boss the sale person mentioned that:
"sometimes prices presented to the public by third party sellers are not accurate". He agreed on accept advertised price as long as I would buy some kind dealer care
package for about 2400.00$. Needless to say it was time for me to leave.
Earlier,even before seeing the car I offered to purchase it for 15 thousand dollars and accept financing terms. I asked to provide me with brake down list of all charges and
fees.

Car was not ready to be seen at my appointment time. Price for used car was advertised as $20K. First price they through out at me was $30K. Had them explain to me where $10K gets added on to a used car. Had to waste my time and theirs getting them back down to the original advertised price. Watch for the hidden fees and don’t sign anything until you go line by line. Financing paperwork was wrong also. They snuck in an extra thousand dollars. Had to have them correct that.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!. BEWARE!! They are Just trying to get you on their premises . I have an appointment to see the vehicle as what’s advertised. Came in on my appointment date and been told the vehicle has been sold. Waste of My time!! Would not recommend this dealership to my friends especially any my my family. Do not Trust this Car Dealer!!

Set up an appointment to look and test drive a vehicle at this dealership - when pricing was
discussed, they added $1,400 for "dealer prep", $2,500 for their "protection package" and
another $2,500 for the "used car certification" on top of the actual list price - I doubt they
prepped anything as the low tire pressure sensor was on and it also indicated low wiper fluid -
this could have been easily addressed prior to my visit - then, when I objected to the up
charges and offered to pay the asking price plus sales tax - they said someone phoned in a
deposit on the vehicle that morning but I could have it for the inflated price - dis-honest
crooks!!!!!!!!!

This dealer did contact me And that was about all they did. I traded repeated emails to inquire about a specific car. First off, they started out with canned art for a pic of the car that didn't even match the color specs on the breakdown before they finally updated their site and CarGurus ad with actual pictures. Never answered a question I had, just kept saying next up is an appointment instead of making a deal. I got 14-plus emails from them that amounted to BS, just tyring to get my numbers and info to sell or get me there to wheel and deal when I'm four states away and not leaving until I'm basically in a sign and drive mode. I'd just stay away from here.
I reached out to the dealership on a '17 Colorado they had listed for $26,700. After getting some information on
the truck I tried to negotiate a price and asked them to give me the out the door price with everything (tax, title,
ETC). I was ready to purchase the truck. They responded with a price of around $33k! I asked how is that even
possible? They added some of their own warranties and extras for $4000! No where does it state that this
would be added to the price in CarGurus or dealership website. Refused to negotiate to take it off. Extremely
frustrating. I'd highly recommend to buy elsewhere. Don't waste your time with Zeigler.

The salesperson had a terrible disposition. The car was filthy and full of dust, dirt and
debris when I arrived to do the test drive, though I scheduled the appointment days in
advance. The dealership also jacked up the price by $3,000 from what it was originally
listed on Car Gurus immediately before my arrival.

Terrible!! Told me the car was available when someone else had a deposit on it and asking price was different from what the advertised and said when I talked to them
I went into this dealership knowing that I had less than perfect credit, and after a few hours of working things out with the dealer Adam, it seemed like we had come to an agreement with the car that I originally didn’t intend on getting. After agreeing to purchasing a Nissan Ultima sport, Adams therefore proceeded to pull up with a 2015 Malibu they had 88,000 miles on it. And when I asked why they change the car for the second time they had told me that this is what I was approved for, so I had questioned why they told me I was approved for the other vehicle if they were just going to bring this one out. Adam and Victor kept trying to get me to purchase this vehicle that I did not like. They had kept saying things like just drive it for six months and then you can refinance it or this is the only thing that you are approved for nobody wants to lend you a dime because you have bad credit. Do not go to the dealership all they are going to do is bait and switch you.

I had a terrible experience from the first time they picked up the phone. I have been looking at car for about a week at this dealership, one salesman Ozzy said someone put a deposit on the car, being a bit suspicious about it I called again reached another salesman and he told me they don't take deposits on vehicles. I was fed up with these knuckleheads, so I ended up asking for the manager, turns out these guys have no time to talk to a serious buyer. I first talked to a guy who buys these cars from auctions, he sounded like he had some marbles in his mouth when he talked over the phone...not a great communicator. I eventually got to Vince a sales manager, big talker no follow thru. I told him his sales people suck, I thought he would be a decent person to talk to. Nope, boy was I wrong. He claims he has never had a bad review, hard to believe but I'll be your FIRST buddy. I was very patient thru the whole process, but this place had the worst customer service I've ever seen.
Emailed and called dealer about certain truck was told I had to make an appointment which I did, then drove an hour to dealership when I arrived they told me the truck had been sold and they had no more like it. (Which it was a 2020 Silverado crew cab at a Chevy dealer) then was asked if I’d like to check out a Denali ( which was probably at least 20k more than the truck I came to see) after I told them it was out of my price range, with no other new Silverado crew cabs at decent price at the Chevy dealer. I drove an hour back home. That’s 2 hours I wasted. Don’t recommend this dealer if you have a long drive.

I tried to get a few questions answered in advance about the Chevy discounts and their ‘other fees’ but they kept avoiding the questions and going right to the hard sell; when can you come in for test drive, what is your phone number, etc. I pressed on, the email thread was nearly a dozen exchanges. Finally the online salesperson admitted that they refuse to give me this information without my coming into the dealership 1st. Are these questions so difficult? I think being open and honest about the facts is the best way to establish a good relationship with a customer. This did not happen at this dealership!!
Nasar was the salesman that helped me out. The car was clean and it looked great. It took a long time to get a deal at what I wanted, but they made the magic happen. They car was super clean and they put in rubber, durable floormats in for me before I pulled of the lot. They have the greatest people and went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase.

Salesman was great. He went to work early, moved cars, did all he could to make a pleasant experience. His manager was rude, would not give us a contract, was unfamiliar with out of state laws, did not give us cargarus finance rate. We had to buy the corvette in cash so we did not get ripped off. Then we bought the one year warranty and they would not give us a reciept. They said it would be on the computer in a week or two. Then it was way over an hour wait to pay.

the salesman Ezra was very helpful he went out of his way to help remove the kayak racks from the
roof of the truck, which was not easy since they were on there for over 10 years. My only complaint is it
was a used car and they sold it with 7% life left on the oil and only a quarter tank of gas. Every other
vehicle I ever bought the dealer always filled the tank before I bought the car.

I called in advance to confirm the car was available before driving 45 minutes to go see it. The sales rep on the phone assured me it was, and said that the car would be waiting for me when I arrived. When I showed up, I was told the car had sold at least 8 hours earlier. They tried showing me another car completely different from what I wanted to see. I walked out. Don’t wast your time with this dealership.

The dealer I worked with was funny, but the dealership as a whole was stressful and tried all the tricks. The chevy malibu I came to see was leaking oil and had the check engine light on.The explanation he gave for the lighr was the gas cap, which was not loose at all, and the excuse he gave for the oil was that someone parked their crappy car in the spot right before I came, which is unlikely because we were nowhere near guest parking. During the test drive, the gas was so low that the dealer rushed my test drive for fear of running out. He also had no idea about any of the features on the cars, and no idea about what other types of cars were on the lot. They hold your driver's liscence hostage until you've told them 12 times you need to leave and demand it back, and if you decide to walk away they pull the "I need to get my manager" trick.
Had a bad experience!!! CarGurus has a price listed on the jeep renegade which I thought that would be the price on the SUV. When I got to the dealership they quoted me the price as a new SUV. They definitely wasted my time. I actually had spoken to them about the price on the car before going to the dealership and said it was $16,000. They lied and gave me a price of $22,000.

My experience was only online. I was contacted by more than one person and follow up was great. Though I did not end up using this dealership I would try them again in the future.
We called on this vehicle and they said it was available so we drove 100 miles to look at it and when we got there they said that there was an issue with the vehicle and they sent it to auction the day before.... and they were trying to sell us vehicles double and triple the price of the original car we wanted...the salesman asked for my id card and basically held it hostage while he continued to try and get us to spend more money...and the vehicle was still listed on cargurus 3 days later and they even lowered the price 900.00 and then couple days later i recieved email that it sold....they are a very shady bait and switch dealer.....i would never reccomend them....i would like to give them negative stars

We had a very bad experience with this dealership. Our communication online was incorrect, but we didn’t know that until we visited the dealership. Once we were at the dealership, they apologize for the mistake and wanted to work with us on the deal. They refused to negotiate with us even though they said they would. I am very skeptical of this dealership, and I wouldn’t recommend them to my friends.

Classic case of bait and switch.
The price they listed in Car gurus was $3000 LESS than their bottom line price for a 3 year old car.
They refuse to consider honoring you Car Gurus price or even come close. They use your web site only to get calls and traffic to their dealership. Ver dissapointing experience.

Strong! We weren’t able to come to terms on the price for the vehicle (2012 Tiguan, 2-owner, 60.8k miles, clean) we came to purchase so we left empty-handed, but Ezra, our salesperson, was great! He was level-headed and very friendly. He and his manager got us on our way quickly once we realized we weren’t going to be able to make a deal. Would be 5 stars and “definitely go there” had we come out with a new (to us) ride! Thank you Ezra!

Don't call this place for anything. I only requested a simple price confirmation and was harassed for weeks in end by these people. Congratulations they lost a customer. I was goin but this car in cash one payment
The salesman was great. However, it says the price is $41,802. Nowhere does it say “only if you qualify for every single discount do you get this price”. So, I was informed he vehicle was actually $50k. That is an insane price difference. The manager has terrible customer service. After I told him that is confusing and asked him how I should know that the price is only if I qualify for discounts his reply was “our customers that have purchased from us before know what that means” which is completely irrelavant. He also asked me when the last time I bought a new vehicle was. I was very unhappy with all of this. Also, it says the vehicle has 10 miles but had close to 6,000 which is a lot for a new vehicle that you’re paying $50k for. Needless to say, I would not recommend going here.
Called the company and expected to buy the van for the price advertised on line but to my surprise an additional $2000 was added to the value of the van for all sorts of inspection plus another $500 plus for some sort of drive fees. This is the first I ever experienced something like this.

Worst dealer ever. I spoke to a person on the phone and email. I asked very specific questions regarding price and specific incentives. Was told this is the real price. Put car on "RESERVE" to go in and purchase next day. Sales manager called that morning to ensure that I was coming in. I asked if the particular car was will reserved and was told yes. I showed up and asked for person I spoke to on the phone and was told then that she was not a salesperson. Chuck then told me that the car I had on reserve was sold earlier in the morning and he had others but not near that price. Classic bait and switch and typical dealership tactics. Not happy a little as they wasted 2 hours of my time that I could have used to purchase a vehicle.

This dealership tries to swindle every dime out your pockets. They attempted to charge me $900 for a so-called reconditioning. Yeah, what the hell is a reconditioning I asked? The salesman said it’s for new tires, brakes etc... Really? On a 2017? Yeah No thanks. Then the ran my credit without my authorization. The salesman Jose said it was a government regulation since I was bringing a check in from a credit union.

When I arrived at Ziegler the staff was very friendly. I knew what I wanted but the vehicle was sold when I got there so I looked at other options. The vehicle I purchased was in the same price range as the vehicle I originally wanted so I was ok with the sale. Multiple times I asked how much the vehicle was and the sales person just kept saying "I'll get the information for you" I pulled the vehicle up on the website and that's how I figured it out. Long story short when I purchased the vehicle I was told warranties and everything was added into the loan with the cost of the vehicle. I ended up paying 20,500 for a vehicle advertised for 16k and later realized the warranties and everything else WASN'T added into that price. It totaled out to be 24,000. I felt like I was coming in with the intention of getting a great deal and ended up disappointed and feeling mislead. I'll be returning the vehicle if they don't fixed this financing issue. That's not professional or classy to mislead customers and over charge on advertised vehicles just to make a bigger profit.

Customer service wasn't great by any means. The salesman I was working with made us wait for him several times each time we went to the dealership. I made appointments both times, but he was always working with another customer at the same time.
Also, the pretty much lied about the price of the vehicle. I understand that there are rebated attached to the price of a new car. The car I went to look at was listed as used, but they are selling it as new. It has 3k miles on it - not a new car.
I asked over the phone if the price was negotiable, and I was told yes, but that I would have to come in person to do so. So I did, twice, only to find out that they wouldn't even give me the listed price for it. I told them my budget over the phone, and in person the 1st time I visited, yet the salesman acted shocked when I told him the price I was hoping to stick to.
He knew I drove over an hour both times I came to visit, only to completely waste my time and piss off someone who was actually hoping to buy a car. I will not be buying from this dealership.

Can I give zero stars? Worst used car buying experience I've had in 20 years, hands down. They tried screwing me on my trade in, then tried playing the old fashioned haggling games with me. Then they played dumb about flat out lying about the Carfax report on my trade. Two 45 minute trips out to the dealership, and their incompetent salesman still couldn't come up with the right car. HORRIBLE shopping experience. Stay far, far away.

I couldn't imagine a customer service that would be any
worse than the nightmare I've been through with this
dealership. People are absolutely mean and
disrespectful!!! They made me cry!
All started with Rocky, who offered a discount of $130
for a car, or suggested to buy it elsewhere.
Once I was back (which was clearly a mistake that
proved I didn't learn my lesson the first time) I worked
with another guy, who was able to negotiate with me,
then told me to write a check for the car.
After that, I was sitting there for 2 hours with no reason,
I don't even have an idea what were they doing, since I
was just left alone. After this long waiting time I was
invited to a financial manager room(or should I say to a
rude probably uneducated trashy guy's room?), who
was literally talking to me as if I came there to beg for a
favor or anything like that, not to become a customer
and support their business by giving them my money.
This guy named Nick told me my personal check (that
again they told me to write) could not be accepted.
There was the dumbest explanation of the reasons why,
which my bank later confirmed to have no sense.
Basically it was "your check number is 124, which
means during your entire life you've issued only 124
checks, which leads us to the conclusion that you are
not allowed to write a check for such a big sum of
money (wt hell?). By the way, when I was calling my
bank, these "MANAGERS" (better to say clowns) were
laughing behind my back discussing me, and later Nick
made a statement that I am reacting like a baby after I
heard the fact they wouldn't sell me anything. Once I
asked whether I can talk to the owner he answered
laughing "yeah, good luck with that, he is in Michigan". I
swear this parody of a human made me cry.
The next morning for some reason I still thought I would
go and complete the deal, so I made a call and
confirmed that the car is there, that they are waiting for
me with the bank issued check. Once I was in the line at
the bank, Jose called me and said - "oh, by the way, the
car was sold, don't come here"....
I don't know why the owner thinks that letting idiots run
his business is a good idea, but I will never come back.
These people deserve no customers or sales at all! I am
really happy I didn't buy anything with them and
became a happy owner of A BETTER car for the same
price another dealership, where people truly know how
to treat a customer and hold professional relationships.

I hardly ever post bad reviews online but this time I must. The treatment I received Saturday, June 25 was pretty bad. I don't blame the car salesman, he seemed like he was doing his job. He just had to keep asking his manager everytime. It was the sales manager he kept having to answer to.
My friend who came down with me kept telling me to get up and leave but I stayed on long enough. First, driving all the way down from WI to test drive a car they told me would be brought up to the door when I arrived wasn't there. They called me when I was 45 minutes away from the dealer just to make sure I was still on the way so they would pull up. I bet they knew it wasn't there then. The sales staff decided to take it home, or wherever. I had to sit 2 hours waiting, then went to lunch, came back and it still wasn't there when they sent someone to get it. The manager who came out twice to speak to us raised his voice over me and was so irritated and my friend said he twisted away angrily as he left. All because I asked for 300 more on my trade in.
The advertised mileage was 72k but when I finally looked at the car, it had 76,500 miles on it because the sales staff drive it everyday. All in all, the manager there wouldn't budge on 300 more toward my trade and I walked out disgusted at the staff.

Would not send anyone to zeigler .i was at zeigler on Labor
Day and was looking at the corvettes walked around the blue
one on the showroom then walked to the black z06 on the
showroom and sales people were standing around talking and
two sales people were in a cubical talking . I also walked to the
silver one on the showroom and no one wanted to talk with me
about the corvettes I was there 10 min and everyone looked
like they did it care if they sold a car . So I just walked out . I
just figured if sales people were like that what would the service
dept be like?

BAIT AND SWITCH... BUYER BEWARE. They do not have the
cars on the lot listed on the internet. I called an hour before
heading to the dealership to ensure the car was there and
available. Got to the dealership... the car wasn't there ... I
asked for the manager thinking I'd get some help... how could
a car I just called about not be there... I quote... "it was sold".
WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD... Avoid at all costs

Quick callback in the morning from Christy claiming that the car was still available. I call back and Rachel says the car was sold last night.. Tries to sell me on another car.

situation accordingly !

The car is great value, the staff were extremely courteous and
solicitous of our every need. It was a great transaction and we

Super nice people!!! I spoke to, then met with, Brian Shewalter. He was actually waiting for me outside the dealership when I pulled up. We took the test drive then my girls were able to have popcorn (they even made them a fresh batch) and watch tv while we made the deal. The price on the vehicle was great! The finance guy I spoke with was Preston - another great experience. This dealership is class from start to finish...I even drove off the lot in my pre-owned vehicle with a full tank of gas! I will take the drive from my home in McHenry to Schaumburg to get my car serviced - yes, I was that impressed!
