The dealer quickly returned my call. The listing on the vehicle was very accurate. The car was in the front ready for a test drive. Actually, the vehicle was more impressive in person. Brian (sales personnel) is a great guy. He helped me close the deal in every which way possible. I was very pleased with the deal he fought for me to have. I would go to Gettle dealership again, for sure...
Sales person deny to summit my application to a bank because I have a low score, he ask me for half of the vehicle price down payment to summit the application. I felt he didn’t want to do business with me, after he saw my score didn’t want to be bother, gave me link to value my trade and don’t work, let him know and didn’t bother to respond.

Courteous and helpful.
I was a little concerned about the small, boutique style dealership until I got there! What an amazing place these brothers have created. The building is beautiful, with three bays for repairs, a number of very nice cars on the lot, and personal attention from two brothers who love what they do and are good at it! I got a great deal and excellent service. I enjoyed every minute of working with this company, and I will go to them in the future for my next automobile purchase.

This was one of the first person I communicated with, He was pleasant, and everything was going fine; but the deal didn't fall through because on one of my final questions i discovered that the vehicle did not have 4wd. and in my area a vehicle without that wouldn't cut it through our mountainous terrain. So, on no fault of his but my choice of decision I had to cut that deal. And he did not frowned about it. Just calmy said okay.

It was an excellent experience all around. They were friendly and up front
about everything. I bought a 2002 Ford Ranger and it was in excellent
condition, thanks to the dealership repairing it in their own shop. The
process of purchasing the vehicle was smooth and painless. This is a
genuine family owned and run dealership who doesn't play any games with
what they sell. They tell you exactly what you are buying and are very
hands off. Not overbearing and don't hover for the entire process. The
prices are also very fair, especially for the quality of the vehicle. I highly
recommend buying from them.

Single-handedly, the most pleasant car buying experience ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It is family owned and operated and it shows in their work. There's a level of pride in their work that cannot be overstated. This car was everything I expected and more. The price, the quality, astounds me. I feel like I'm buying a new vehicle. Service records were accurate. The car was impeccably maintained and prepared. As a buyer, if you want the assurance of quality, don't go elsewhere.
