Had a great experience working with Yokem.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Tiffany answered me and I asked for a price on this vehicle since there wasn’t one listed. Not only would she not give me a price but she immediately stopped the conversation… something is wrong when you can’t ask for a price before you drive hours to a dealership to look at a vehicle
Dealer was quick to respond. Vehicle was as described. Upon arrival for test drive the vehicle had leftover wax on all the plastic. After test drive with Alister, we agreed to buy it he had the detail team wash it again and personally overseen the cleanliness of the vehicle. Went above and beyond for us. Super friendly guy.

Response time was magnificent
I sent a request on a vehicle and got an odd question from katie- "is this your correct email"; I respond "yes". Then nothing. Never did get any info on the vehicle I requested. If you can't respond professionally to a serious request, can I trust you to be professional in selling me a thousand dollar vehicle? I think not. Lost my business.
I purchased this Vette from Yokem. They were great especially "Gilbert". He
knows Corvettes and owns one as well. He is very thorough and answered
all my questions. He was able to work everything out. I flew down to
Shreveport, he picked my up at hotel and I was driving home that morning. I
was very pleased with the entire staff as well. Very welcoming. It was a
pleasure to work with all the folks at Yokem.
I only received an automatic responses from Yokem Toyota. I sent a request more information on the truck twice. The truck in question is a 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty, Dealer's Price: $23,995 Location: Shreveport, LA · 83 miles away, Mileage: 97,057 miles, Transmission: 5-Speed Automatic Overdrive, Exterior Color: Black, Interior Color: ---, Engine: V8 Diesel, VIN: 1FTSW21R58EC45262, Stock #: 74991A, Major Options: Leather Seats, Aluminum Wheels. I called twice requesting pictures of the truck. Finally today I get a call back today 27 October from the sales manager and he wanted to know where I was getting information on the truck, because the owner of Yokem Toyota had decided to keep the truck for his personal use, after the truck was on the lot for a week. The truck has been listed on CARGURES for 56 days. I understand that an owner of a business can run the business anyway he wants to, but to have a truck listed and not sell it is wrong. I was prepared to dive the hour and half tonight to buy the truck pending what the truck looked like in the photos.

Great experience. Katie and Wil responded to all of my requests and answered all questions about the vehicle of interest. It was not exactly what I was looking for. Wil was very courteous during my visit and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I will certainly keep them on my radar if another vehicle comes along.

Too much hassel, dealings, questions misleading. I turned down one red RAV4 after much of this stuff. Got another casll and we made a final mdeal on a new white RAV4XLE. So I called my wife, 73 yrs. old, at her work to give to her the great news. So she took some Dealers to call and cancel any further effortsd and I did the same with the others. Afterwards my salesman called to inform me that my deal was voided because the Mgr. said that my dealed car was already sold plus he had given my sale figures on mthe red one,(the one that they cannot sell for reasons???) That put my elderly wife in a crying state and me into an exhausted, irritated, disgusted, angry and thgen hurting chest state, One nitro g. later some better. So not good!!

their prius was overpriced by $4,000. instead of allowing me to drive the car, the salesman drove initially. he had the prius in the power mode his entire trip, attempting to accelerate rapidly from every stop. i was not considering the prius for the raw horsepower. he completly missed the point of the test drive. i drove the car with the salesman and he encouraged me to drive in power mode and accelerate into traffic. the dealer has priced themselves out of the market and their sales staff does not attempt to understand the needs of their clients.
