i had a very bad experience. i was trying to do a trade in on my vehicle. I was talking all day with an employee about the condition of my vehicles and i told him exactly over the phone all of the damage on the vehicle. i get there, test drive the truck i was looking at, it went fine. now the employee and his manager starts to look at my car. the manager then decides to sit in my car and continually rev’s my car in the parking and floored the gas pedal when he was in the test drive of my own vehicle. i have been sitting there without talking to anybody for about 20 minutes now as well. the employee finally comes to me and talks about the numbers, and he says the value of my vehicle goes down because “i have a camber problem,and he has to replace my whole front bumper.” which i understand because i told him about the damage on the bumper but my camber isn’t wrong because i would of only had a bald spot on my tire in a certain area, not the whole tire. 0/10 would not recommend.

Transparency is key during the buying process, which allows me to make a decision regarding the best use of my time and money upfront. I
find it distasteful for the dealer to insist upon a visit to provide pricing information, and then disclose the additional markups and fees during
negotiations. Having said that, I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Four Stars because your sales and maintenance
personnel are awesome, however the purchasing/negotiation process is lacking.

Contacted dealership interested in a vehicle and they said it was available. Drove an hour out of my way to find out the truck had a leak and was supposedly sent to auction. Why would a decent dealership list a car that had not been inspected. Disgraceful.

We pull them down if we inspect them and find issues like this vehicle had and send them to the auction. Unfortunately there was some overlap and this one stayed listed longer than it should have. Being a decent dealership we wouldn’t sell something that has known issues. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Robin went above and beyond to help us out! I would absolutely recommend World Ford and especially Robin. Buying a car this time was the hardest experience with car buying we’ve ever had and they were very accommodating and helpful with getting paperwork to us from FL to MO, to holding the vehicle while we found transportation for it.

The salesman at this dealership tried to lowball me on my trade-in. By the time he called me back with a reasonable offer on my trade-in, because he realize that I wasn’t going to take his first offer, the truck was being sold to someone else. I told him what my truck was worth, if he would have offered me a decent amount in the beginning, I would’ve bought this truck. I lost out on a good deal. I ended up having to buy this same truck for $3000 more somewhere else. So this experience with this dealership cost me $3000. I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership.

We went to World Ford to look at a 2003 E Series Van. It ended up not being something we could fiance. But Marco Barlow worked with us for 2 days looking for something that suited our needs and was in our price range, that could also be financed. We ended up getting a 2013 Ford Transit and it is awesome. The process was quick and easy, and the Marco went out of his way to help us. We drove from Mobilr, AL about an hour away, and it was well worth the drive.

These folks set the standard for me re: my expectation for dealings in the
future. Not only was the sales team effective, i found the entire staff to
be friendly and genuinely interested in me as a customer. Great show
room, nice operations and administration and, of course, they had a
great vehicle for me.
I was so pleased with this dealer that I took a one-way flight from home
to buy the car. The sales manager met me at the airport and welcomed
me to Pensacola and the dealership.
The entire experience left not lacking for me. Great to do business with.
