Bait and Switch dealer!!! Drove 2 hours to get lowballed on a trade. Offered 61K from another dealer and when their site said $60K (between 58-62k) we made the trip. They ran our credit and get there they offer $54K for our trade. Even after we showed them what they sent us. I guess they figured we would leave and would be stuck. We don’t play that way. NEVER GO BACK!! They are dishonest and shifty.

Phil Parker from Woody Buick GMC contacted me very quickly and we were able to narrow down what I
needed he was very kind and understanding and as a woman, I appreciated that there was no
"mansplaining" -- he is extremely respectful and made this buying experience a breeze. I thought about
buying a car on online from a vending machine but everything was going wrong. That is why I will never do
that again.
Buying a car is a big purchase for most people and you want to know someone like Philip Parker has your
back and can be called upon if I have even the smallest concern or question. That is excellent service in my
book, I will be back as my family has, and purchase again and again from this awesome dealership and from
specifically Phil Parker who went out of his way to ensure I got the deal I researched and the car that was
perfect for me!!!

I’m a business owner and buy vehicles on the regular. Worked a deal on a vehicle with the dealership and was very happy with the communication and quote emailed over looked good. But when it came down to doing the paperwork and the purchase they told me I could not get that price unless I financed through them. I was very clear that I was planning on just paying with a check during all the negotiations, but said I would be interested to see their rates. Then they gave me no options other than finance or pay $5000 more for the vehicle, if I don’t finance. I personally try to live and run my own businesses with a code of honesty and integrity. Always treating the customers how I would want to be treated like the Bible says. If you’re looking for a dealership that lives under such codes, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Easy to work with but two days after buying the vehicle we figured out that both rear dvd screens don’t even work. Something that should have been caught at a used car inspection. Dealership will not return my calls now. I won’t be buying from them again.

Way to pushy. I got too many calls and emails for the one question I asked "still available". Then Cargurus told me the car was sold and the dealer still tried to sell me that car. It's a good thing there is more than one dealer.

Do not visit this dealership. We drove three hours to see a car and when we arrived they told us it was sold. We confirmed
three times that it was available including calling less an hour before we arrived. They totally used a bait and switch tactic

When I talked with someone there I was told the car had been sold but days later it was still advertised on this site. I really believed they never had the car to begin with. This is misrepresentation and a horrible way to lure people into their showrooms to sell them something else.

The people were very nice just couldn't get the deal I wanted, but there still trying to find me a car I can afford.

Called dealership with specific needs and they kept pushing to get me to drive over and meet with them rather than answer my questions and finally after I told them I wasn't interested the salesman guaranteed me a call back from a manager within 30 mins with answers to my questions. Took a little more than 48 hours for them to respond to me and still wasn't a manager with answers. It was the salesman again asking me to drive over again and meet with them. All they were interested in was getting me in the door to pressure me into what they wanted to sell me and not interested in what I actually wanted.

By far the best dealership I have ever worked with an I have owned Range
Rovers and Mercedes and the customer service and service department at
Woody FAR exceeds all of my previous experiences...anywhere! My next
vehicle will be purchased from Woody and I refer everyone I know to Phil
Parker.

Woody GMC had a "new'' truck listed on car gurus for 39,014.00.So I went there to purchase after calling them to see if it was still available.When I got there The truck was being used to salt and plow there lot. It had all kinds of dents and scratches on it, the interior was dirty and 300 plus miles on itSales manager said it doesn't matter,its still new.Not only did they try to sell me that used truck ''NEW'' but raised the price to $30,800.00. dont waste your time.....

Horrible experience there. The salesman kept is waiting for information forever and was not interested in making an attempt to properly make this sale. In terms of used cars, there always room for negotiation and this salesman didn't even try to hear my respectable offer.

Advertised that they had a Pontiac G6 GXP, but actually
had a Pontiac G6 GT. Might not seem like much, but if you
know cars - its a pretty big difference.

I was contacted my 2 representative of
this dealership and they both confirmed
the jeep I was looking for was there I
informed them I was coming from 1:45
away. I got there the nexted day they
were not available to help me so an
other saleman did we walked the lot 2
times lookin for it . We than went in and
looked it up and it was out to auction
(not a safe car to drive) well ,I was very
upset so I asked to talk to the manger
who came and told me sorry that was it
well that wasn't bad enough the same to
people internet sales people Leticia and
Tanner called me later that day to see
when I was coming up to see the truck
