The worst, it took them a whole week to call back with a simple question that I ask ( size of the box) and still didn't have the answer.

Tried to start an inquiry on a Suburban and all I
got as a response was the msrp price that I
could see online.
I now have a different brand of vehicle. Oh
well.

What an amazing experience! I found the car and dealership on car guru, went into the dealer and told him what I wanted. We immediately went to go see, talk , and test drive the car . Started paperwork and at the end of the day she was mine! So so happy. Thanks Ivan

They seem to be really nice, sincere people. They want to sell a car but not if it isn't right for
the customer. I was given some great advice by the employees at Webb. They all seem to
be what I would call "Old School", and that is a GOOD THING!

The experience was HORRIBLE. For the type of dealership this is the car that I wanted was not ready it was dirty inside and out it was rusty in the door panels and on the outside rear door and I made an appointment 2 days prior to going to the dealership. And they wanted $11,400 for a rust bucket. Ues I was used but I've bought pre owned vehicles that looked and drive like new. Wouldn't recommend this place at all

I had a great experience at this dealership. The salesman called me. Told them I would be by in 15 minutes, he washed the car before I got there had the keys ready for me to test drive.
It was the perfect vehicle for me and my family we got a no hassle price no additional haggling. It was a busy day so we didn’t have to wait a little while to sign the papers but the full experience was nothing but positive. I highly recommend Webb Chevrolet in Oaklawn

Didn't buy a car from them and they were not willing to deal much on the price, but they didn't
play games and offered a reasonable price. They could have done a better job of cleaning the
car. They also were not willing to fix the TPMS light which would be an incredibly easy fix.

There overall service sucks when I called no info was given to me about the truck only that it was still available and ready to sell and that a lot of people had gone to see it I was forced to make an appointment and when I get there I was told that the truck was not available for sale because the motor needed to be replaced sorry and that if I was interested in any other vehicle

Terrible experience. I inquired about a
car they had listed. I received a call the
following day inviting me to come in and
check out the car. I setup an
appointment, just to get there and the
car I was interested in was sold a week
ago. Not to mention they did not have
one other car even close to what I wad
looking for and had no way of getting
one. Huge waste of me time.

This dealership should be avoided. They posted a 2013 SUV with a
false list of options. Then when I brought it to their attention after I
purchased the vehicle, the salesman ignored my calls. Be wary, they
have no problem LYING.

Felt like I was on an assembly line. Not very knowlegable about the product, never answered my questions. Salesman was all about himself.
