Car was over priced based on blue book value so the bank would only finance it for 10k leaving me to come up with the remaining 4500. Instead of working with me for a smaller down payment they tried to sell me a car I didn’t want that cost more because it would’ve had a cheaper down payment. Used cars are still way over priced DO NOT BUY ONE NOW!

They responded to me right away. Wasn’t as flexible as I needed on the price.

They are very confused there one doesn’t know the other ones doing price carries $3000 more than what was advertised took my decision right out of the equation. The only good guy there was Mr. Green to deal with.

VIP actually sold vehicle for advertised price with no trickery or numbers games. Employees all had positive attitudes and had some really sharp looking inventory on the lot.

If you need to get a vehicle, you have to come and speak with Chris and his team! From the get go, they where very transparent about the conditions of all their vehicles I test drove, which is a major plus! What had a greater impact on me was the honest believe he gave me I could purchase any vehicle on their lot! Even with my challenged credit, they got to work and fought for my approval and made it happen on this beautiful Escalade. Once again I can’t thank the VIP Auto team enough for making this opportunity possible!

Sold me a truck with a bad catalytic converter and 2 open recalls. Very High Priced with these problems. Sloppy detail. Empty Gas tank too.

Dealership reached out to me right away to discuss purchase options.

First person I called told me he “thinks” the car was in the process of being sold and had been moved off the lot but wasn’t sure. So I said to let me the whereabouts of the car to see if it was still available for me to offer a price. He said he’d call me back in 5 minutes to let me know. An hour later I got nothing. So I called again, another guy answers and I said that I had spoken to someone but he didn’t call me back when he said he would. So second guy says “oh well let me talk to my boss, it’s his car and he’s right next to me, and I’ll call you right back to let you know if it’s still available”. 20 minutes later I got nothing. So I text them and ask if the car is still available. They respond saying yes it is. So not the greatest dealer but nice car though, and they were nice while on the phone, just weren’t the best at calling back. And maybe I should just text dealers from now on haha.

Most of all their cars have a really bad in house paint job. Be weary, paint jobs like that last only months or a car wash.

I was forced to fill out a credit application before anything else. They use predatory lenders who run your credit 30 times. They jack up the price almost $2000 if you finance. They hide the vehicle and take multiple offers so they can literally rip you off. They wouldn’t even take a cash offer. Use common sense and go somewhere else.

It was great I bought the car and it was a simple smooth transition half hour and I was in my new ride..great Job to Edwin and Gaby...they really helped me out. Thumbs up highly recommend this dealer.

Horrible customer service. After the deal was done and finalized we left to get the cash and when we came back he decided to raise our price by $400 because he didn’t “like the price after all”. He will not honor a finalized deal if he changes his mind. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else.

Dealer has nice car, high interest rates, salesman who don’t really know what they are talking about and give pennies for trade ins but overall an okay experience

The dealership will work with you to get the vehicle best suited for you and your financial services; however, some of the salespeople were to busy on their phones to be any help, as though you were never going to buy the vehicle and felt blown off.

they had 2 days before i came they new i was coming to see a specific car .yet the car didnt run they tried showing me one i wasnt interested in .the sales guy was ok seamed like he cared but i would not recomend this place

Told me they wouldn’t let me test drive it til they ran my credit. Didn’t appreciate being treated like a bum before I ever stepped on the lot.

Friendly and helpful staff but I think I should be getting a vehicle with a full tank and properly clean especially when I did not negotiate where I could on the price of the vehicle.

There was no pressure to purchase, they pay close attention to me and answered ever question. The staff of VIP has gone the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met, the vehicle fit my budget... It would be a terrible mistake not to shop VIP for your next auto. And to top it the staff made the purchase process was so easy. There are no pushy salesmen at VIP, no pressure to sell you a vehicle. Great place, terrific people/

Another common bait and switch, This truck is sold, but we have other trucks for you to see. The other trucks offered up were not comparable to the the features in this truck.

Bought a 2004 BMW x3 with very low mileage, staff was great especially jose,really friendly guy and he knew a lot about the car,he got straight to the point.i would recommend you to check out this auto dealer. Cant get better than this
