The dealer responded and I ended up buying the car but they tried their best to get out of paying the $403. for shipping to my home in Livingston, Alabama. They still tried to pay less than half to the delivery company after I they said they would split the delivery cost down the middle with me because they wouldn’t honor the whole advertised delivery price $403. The salesman never had time to talk on the phone during the process of buying the car and he would often lie to get you off the phone while using the term» Im a very busy man every time you needed to ask him an in depth question. The financial manager however was very professional and thorough and she is the only reason I was able to acquire this vehicle. This whole process took over two weeks and a half. Overall I would have to give them one star.

Not a good experience with the dealer as a whole. Miguel was the exception to the experience and why the extra star. The communications were misleading and changed once I traveled on-onsite on two different occasions. I would not recommend this dealership as I received in writing one proposal and when time to sign the numbers increased.

Slow to respond. Financing was 110 dollars more a month than what their website calculator said it should be. Said they sent me a price breakdown but never received it. Over the phone the said they added warranties to the car that I did not ask for. Over all very disappointed a deal could not be made

Poor. was happy to speak with me until he asked how I was going to pay. Was looking to purchase out right and the truck was in my price range. Had the cash for asking price and was willing to make a deal. When he asked about financing I said it wouldn't be needed he then proceeded to tell me that the truck sold 2 days ago. Truck is currently still on website 8 days later. Seems like a scam of some sort to me. Would advise against doing business with them.

Car was over priced based on blue book value so the bank would only finance it for 10k leaving me to come up with the remaining 4500. Instead of working with me for a smaller down payment they tried to sell me a car I didn’t want that cost more because it would’ve had a cheaper down payment. If you need to get a vehicle, you have to come and speak with Chris and his team!
From the get go, they where very transparent about the conditions of all their vehicles I test drove, which is a major plus! What had a greater impact on me was the honest believe he gave me I could purchase any vehicle on their lot! Even with my challenged credit, they got to work and fought for my approval and made it happen on this beautiful Escalade.

First person I called told me he “thinks” the car was in the process of being sold and had been moved off the lot but wasn’t sure. So I said to let me the whereabouts of the car to see if it was still available for me to offer a price. He said he’d call me back in 5 minutes to let me know. An hour later I got nothing. So I called again, another guy answers and I said that I had spoken to someone but he didn’t call me back when he said he would. So second guy says “oh well let me talk to my boss, it’s his car and he’s right next to me, and I’ll call you right back to let you know if it’s still available”. 20 minutes later I got nothing. So I text them and ask if the car is still available. They respond saying yes it is. So not the greatest dealer but nice car though, and they were nice while on the phone, just weren’t the best at calling back. And maybe I should just text dealers from now on haha.

I was forced to fill out a credit application before anything else. They use predatory lenders who run your credit 30 times. They jack up the price almost $2000 if you finance. They hide the vehicle and take multiple offers so they can literally rip you off. They wouldn’t even take a cash offer. Use common sense and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. After the deal was done and finalized we left to get the cash and when we came back he decided to raise our price by $400 because he didn’t “like the price after all”. He will not honor a finalized deal if he changes his mind. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else.
