We went to see a Toyota RAV4 and We had an excellent experience with this team, especially the tall gentleman in the
back office whose name we cannot recall. We were very impressed with his knowledge, particularly about different SUVs.
There was no pressure, no games, and no back-forth with managers like at other larger dealerships. Unfortunately They
are very firm on the price, but the straightforward approach did stood out. Kevin and his team were amazing, and I highly
recommend them.
I bought an Infiniti truck. I was in and out. So my wait time was minimal. My salesman was Adam and my finance person was Mark. They were both humble, honest, and thorough with me. This dealership has so many options of great cars and all are priced fairly and even some cheaper than most other dealerships. I searched 6 dealers for my truck and VC Cars had the lowest price!!

We were supposed to meet with Fernando but he was working on closing a deal upon our arrival. He turned
us over to his manager and his managers manager - they were very rude - not willing to negotiate at all -
lacked customer service etiquette and as a result we ended up leaving without the car.
We were willing to pay the asking price for the car minus $1500 because the Tahoe needed new tires, had a
cracked windshield on the drivers side and does not have the remote keys - only had one straight key that
had to manually unlock the door and crank the Tahoe. My husband advised that it was going to cost a fair
amount to get all of those things corrected but he was wiling to pay cash for the car minus $1500.00. They
were incredibly rude - even they aren't willing to negotiate - they shouldn't be in the car selling business!

Can had over $1,500 worth of body damage, was not willing to work with me on the pricing either.
Gave me attitude and also told me they were "too small" of a business to knock down the price, at
least to replace the windshield. No one was friendly, tried rushing me into going ahead and filling out
paper work as well. Proceeded to tell me the back exhaust was not melting, when it was. Told me I had
to high of expectations for buying a car when all I tried expressing was the car had body damage that
was not mentioned anywhere online and didn't find any of this out until I drove 2.5 hours to look at the
car. If I could rate them lower than a 1 star, I would.

I contacted this dealership about a Lexus NX i was interested in. Kevin Borgas
contacted me immediately and provided all of the information i requested about the
car including Carfax. We also discussed probable trade in value of my car. I
subsequently went to the dealership to see the car and Kevin had alerted his fellow
sales rep to show me the car as Kevin was off, although he even offered to come in
to show it to me. I went to the dealershop and Javier was very helpful in showing
me the car. The condition of the car was as it was represented to be . I decided not
to test drive the car because i felt the NX was not as roomy as we need . Kevin and
i had already discussed a firm price only subject to their evaluation of my trade. I
was very disappointed that the NX model interior was a little too small because
had it not been i think we could have made a deal. That said, my only criticism of
this dealer is that their lot is way too small for the volume of cars they have,
Sketch dealership and the car was in rough condition. I was told over the phone there were no scratches but there were on the exterior. The
engine sounded clunky when I started the car up and the interior parts of the wheels were very rusty. I drove an hour and half to see the car
and it was a wasted trip.

Trash place , don't waste your time . You will stand there for hours to test drive a car and they tell you no or they tell you they are busy ( With no one in the lot) and they will simply also say they don't want to look for the keys for the car after you call them out. They are crooks.

Spoke with Russ and had plans to see the car to purchase for my super excited son the next day at 12. I asked him to contact me before if he sold the car. We showed up exactly at 12. No one even acknowledged us. Finally I found someone to even look my way. I told him why we there and replied oh those ladies just took it there. We had been there the same time as these ladies and had we been acknowledged, especially since Russ knew we were coming, perhaps we would have been able to get to the car first. We left. Not one word was spoken to us now did anyone from the dealership contact us afterwards. They didn’t care about our business.

This was the smoothest buying experience I've ever had. Russ was amazing we were in and out. Such nice people and not to mention I absolutely love my new mercedes benz! This was definitely worth the 2hour drive!
I decided to wait a few months before writing my review. Doing so allows me to be very thorough for the next potential buyer. My husband and I wanted to surprise our 17 year old daughter with a new car. Unfortunately good deals are hard to come by in Memphis. Thankfully I was scrolling through CARGURUS and found the perfect deal for our daughter. The same car would've cost at least $5,000 more in Memphis; therefore, my hubby and I decided to take a quick 6 hour road trip to VCCARSG. We purchased her a beautiful Nissan Versa in perfect condition and super low mileage. She's been driving it for three months now and no problems. The staff at the dealership were extremely helpful and considerate. My husband and I were so thankful they stayed over late to assist us because of our late arrival. Seeing our daughter's reaction to her new car was absolutely priceless!
One of the best dealer experiences I’ve had, and I’ve been buying cars for almost 30 years. Max was an excellent salesman from start to finish..and helped me feel at ease buying a used Mercedes, out of state. He FaceTimed with me to show me the vehicle, took a deposit, and held the car for me for 10 days until I could come down and get it. Upon arrival at the dealer, all the paperwork was already prepared, and it wasn’t long until I was on the road back to Detroit. Couldn’t be more pleased with the price, honesty and professionalism. I will definitely look to VC Cars Gwinnett first for my next vehicle purchase. A+++

Avoid this crook. I wasted time& $. Had a cashiers ck overnighted to buy. He told me if placing $500 deposit. Then told me he wasn't n off. Would get credit c info when he was.We comm more afterwards. He was aware ck was coming. Didn't want dep. Late that evening, he said to contact him when in receipt if check. When I contacted him following day, he advised salesman was wrapping up contract. He should be sued. Don't believe a word this clown says. Go to his web page and check out the neg reviews. He has some good 1's but no excuse for the number or content if the negative ones. Possibly did me a favor. He's a complete crook who cares none for anyone that does business with him. There no excuse for one who comes to this country, blessed to be here and have thriving business and completely disregard his customer.

Worse car buying experience ever! The salesperson was very pushy didn't listen to our concerns and never answered any questions we asked. His response to everything was "you gotta trust me". We asked to see the manager several times and was always told that he wouldn't come talk to us. The dealership is small! He couldn't have been that busy! I'll never purchase a car from them again! I only bought it because my 17 year old daughter had her heart set on that car. Very shady dealership.

We came to purchase a car and our salesman whom I would tell you his name but he never introduced himself. Salesman was unprepared inattentive. Would not recommend, didn’t appear knowledgeable of any of the cars on the lot our decision to go somewhere else to purchase was easy.
I spoke with John and set up an appointment to come look at a car 24hrs in advance. The next day when I arrived to the dealership I found John and he tells me he doesn’t even remember having an appointment. Then he proceeds to tell me the car I just spoke with him about less than 24 hours ago has already been sold... save yourself the time and go to a dealership that takes your time more seriously!

Xavier was friendly, however the car came with no book, or carfax. I was not given any information about the operation if any of the interior features. Also the warranty doesn't cover anything electrical. I was not informed of this.

I Purchased a car from VC Cars Gwinnett and had a great experience. Salesman
Max has done an outstanding job through the entire sale process as I was unable to
come and buy the car in person. He helped me complete needed document thru
mail and online all the way till I received the car by the Transportation company. I
highly recommend CV Cars for their outstanding customer service and special
thanks to Salesman Max for his dedicated help.

said he don't about it and he don't have to know about it! the sales man need special training on how to appropriately speak with customers.

the person i dealt with initially was very nice and helpful and genuine. i forget her name but she was
friendly, and not too pushy. the audio in there was very painful.. tinny speakers that was playing two
different radio stations at the same time and both were ads so it was very abrasive. lighting was not
nice. chairs were relatively not comfortable. perhaps they are trying to create an environment that
you want to move quickly in? felt a little bit pressured to do something on the spot by a manager
which i didn't like very much. got the "if this car isn't right for you we have 1000+ cars on the lot"
treatment which felt heavy-handed. overall would've rather been doing something else.

Prior to the holiday weekend I attempted to call this dealer but it was apparently after hours. Also attempted to contact this dealer through both CarGurus and their own website. All I received was an automatically generated response from their website. I did receive contact from CarGurus asking questions and they said I would be contacted by the dealer soon. Never received a response. Ended up calling them after we had already decided to skip traveling there for that weekend since we didn’t know if they were open on the holiday or not (wouldn’t have made sense to wait on them to open due to travel time). They were quick to answer the call but the vehicle was already sold.

The phone experience was fine except it was very hard to understand the
foreign accent. I felt that the pricing was misleading. The advertised price
was low, but when the dealer added all the other fees, I could almost buy
a new Toyota Corolla LE. When a dealer adds $699 - $899 in extra
dealer fees, that is just way to much. There are some dealers that don't
charge any dealer fees. they just don't have any pre-owned Corollas or I
would go there.

the car that we looked at have a few scratches in it and we asked if they
would buff it out, they said flat out no. then after a good test drive, we went
to talk price and they places at $500 adminstrive fee on the bill. I said i will
not pay it and they tried to tell me that all dealers charge it. i have brought
two cars in the pass 6 months and have never hear of that. then he spent
the next twenty minutes blasting other car dealers saying they are charging
the fee and just not telling us. i will never return and encourage othere to
be very careful.
All of the people who worked there were on the same page. Very friendly people and not pushy. They were very knowledgeable about each of the cars I was interested in (accord, camry, and civic). Mark was very upfront about pricing and didn't try to "work something out" like many dealers do when they get you in a closed room they want to jack up the prices. Mark and his staff were helpful and wanted me to get a reliable car with a clean Carfax that would last me a long time. I ended up buying a 2015 Accord with 30,000 miles and it has been riding very smoothly. I am glad I bought it from these guys and would recommend them to my buds.

They tried to sell us a defective car and one that had concealed front end
damage. They argued with us as if we should not believe our lyin' eyes and
instead rely on the bogus Car-fax report. We had an electronic code
checker with us so we were lucky to prevent their scam on us. We checked
several of their other cars and they all had defect codes even though the
car-fax reports showed clean.

Only professionals are allowed to do so as it can result in multiple deficiencies in the vehicle. If you're not a competitor trying to attempt something here, please check the dealership you actually went to, there is NO recent record of an "Angela" coming into our dealership.
Completely unproffessional. Lied and said the car was ready to be picked up but when we arrived they had sold it already. Showed absolutely no remorse.

there price is very high, second they don't answer
calls instead they prefer text message which is bad
for this kind of business. After I finished choosing
the car and took the bill of sale to my bank and get
insurance for the car this dealers told me the next
day they sold the car i chose for somebody else.
When I called them they said they get a better deal
and hung up the phone on me.
