This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The dealer was very responsive to my inquiries and disclosed some minor problems with the windshield right away. He was very honest and took very good care of me. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours and that included a test drive. I would definitely buy another car from them.

The car was in good condition. The people there were extremely helpful and honest about the car and it’s history, as well as any work that needed to be done. They were accommodating, thorough, and open to answer any questions I had. I was able to take it for a test drive as well and I was ultimately pleased with the condition of the car. I ended up making the purchase.

Unprofessional, no care of customers. I slipped on ice on steps. He showed no concern. He didn’t even remove or salt the ice . Car did not start. A little callous attitude toward me. I will not return or buy anything from this dealer.

The owner was up front about any issues with the car he even suggested if I wasn’t sure I go home and let him know if I wanted to buy the car the next day. No pressure on his part very honorable man. Highly recommend this dealership and will go there for my next car. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

I bought 2015 Corolla from them this past week. No hassle, just straight forward transaction. Tried to work with me on a couple of tax things because I was out of state. After I purchased the car I drove it back to Oregon and was perfectly fine throughout the drive. They let me take my time, actually they encouraged it. Test drive was great drove it on I-5 back, and stopped at the rest area to check the engine compartment, and underneath. It was a great deal, thanks you guys.

When I first talked to someone they told me that the Jeep was sold but I noticed that it was still listless I let them know I didn't appreciate being lied to

Super nice guy I remember coming here in the past where the friend looking for a car for him and being treated very well. We did not come to an agreement on a car, Typically that type of car would be worth what he was asking but unfortunately it clearly had been mistreated and I didn't want to take the risk.
I emailed them to specifically ask about rust in the cargo area of a Van I wanted to look at, he said no rust at all in the cargo area. We live over an hour away and from looking at the pictures posted it really looked like rust so I asked my husband to call and verify once more. The guy said no there is no rust at all, the previous owner used it for lawn care and it’s just dirty. So on that note we drove an hour to look at it. Not only was there A LOT OF RUST it was so wet there were big chunks of mold growing. WHY LIE?!!!
I do not recommend them.

This dealer was the worst of the group I went to looking for a vehicle. I inquired about the vehicle and received 3 word response. "It is available."There was an airbag problem with this vehicle and this dealer would not negotiate 1 penny on price. There was no follow up. I would think it is important to feel some small amount of comfort in when you are spending several thousand dollars. Here, not so much.

We test-drove a vehicle here that ultimately we didn't purchase, but I'd be
comfortable in doing business with this dealership. The salesman was very
low-pressure (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but he had an accent) and
allowed us to test-drive the vehicle by ourselves. When I mentioned a pre-
purchase inspection, he told us the car was from New Jersey and likely had
rust. We decided to pass, but I appreciate that he was honest about the
vehicle.

I did not make it out there to Burien because I am in Tacoma, but customer service and response was great.
They didn't really seem like they care to sell a car. I came by to look and no
one came out. I thought they were closed so I left and called to leave a
message about it. They answered and then let me test drive the vehicle. He
was very nice, but didn't seem like he wanted to sell the car. I asked about
the lack of wiper fluid and did everything work and he said he'd get back to
me and never did so I just went on my way and purchased another car.

I liked this place. Friendly, straight forward staff who were willing to work with me when it came to money. Buying a used car is always risky, but I feel this dealer was open and honest about all of the issues the car had.

wanted 60% down, wont go down at all in price... lots of cars on lot but don't get the impression they want to really sell any. the car I looked at would sell in a few days at any other dealership.
