They lied about having the car, said it was "in the shop" and kept trying to get me to put a non-refundable deposit on it. I saw on the dealers screen the car was shipped to customer. They tried to assure me they still have it and said they will send me a video of the car after but never did.

During the paperwork process, several pages involved the dealer's right to sell my personal information. It had no place in the paperwork. It was a red flag and I should have bolted, but i foolishly didn't. When the car was finally delivered--three days late--it was dirty and spotted with grease from careless handling. This dealer couldn't care less about its customers!

The vehicle was offered at a very fair price which I accepted. This was a remote purchase and some of the steps could have been smoother. The dealership does not accept credit cards and I don't use Venmo or its alternatives for the deposit and shipping. Some of the details were worked out over texts (including contracts) and I would have preferred emails.

Sarah Flores, provided an excellent sales presentation as I purchased this car online the car had 21k on the odometer pricing was fair the pictures and videos were accurate Sarah set up the interstate transportation the Audi A 5 was as advertised I will definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. Salesperson was very hospitable and somewhat knowledgeable about the PAnamera. Test drove the vehicle and found a repair bill for overheating event and knock sensor activation. Luckily the repair centers information was there and I contacted them. I notified the salesperson and told him I’d be interested in moving forward only after the vehicle had a full DME check and reports showed the vehicle coolant was no longer overheating and knock sensors didn’t activate again. The salesperson assured me that the car was being sent to Porsche for a full diagnostic . As verified by the Porsche of Sugarland Service Representative , the vehicle was sent to the dealership with clear instruction to perform factory recalls only (a no-cost service). The rep told me that they had note ruined or retested a DME report, and certainly didn’t mention overheating. Very disappointing. He lied to my face.

After scheduling an appointment with the sale manager dealership and continued communication til my appointment and arrival day. The salemanager request that ask for a specific salemans. However upon my arrival I was informed by the salesman per the request that the vehicle had been sold that morning. I find this to very unprofessional and distasteful way lure customers.

I didn’t get the vehicle but I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. Everything is A1 with them from customer service to impeccable vehicles. I’ve purchased from them before and look forward to doing so again in the future and would gladly recommend anyone to them. Jovan is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with period.

Listings are inaccurate! The vehicle was originally listed with several options such as adaptive cruise control and blindspot. I spoke with Jovan about the vehicle and I put a deposit down to hold the car for purchase. When I investigated about the options, I leaned that most of the options I expected for the vehicle were missing, I requested a refund of my deposit due to the inaccurate posting. My refund was denied and they changed the listing after I let them know of the false advertisement for the options. The vehicle they advertised is not the vehicle they had for sale. I'm still fighting for my deposit back. BE CAREFUL!

I was disappointed with the gap between what I expected based on the pictures and what I saw in person. The listing showed a color that appeared to be matte gray, but the car was actually the standard Tesla Model 3 color. When I brought this up, they blamed it on my phone’s display or websites like CarGurus being misleading, instead of acknowledging the issue. It felt like they were deflecting responsibility rather than addressing the concern honestly.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience. I've been to dozens of dealerships and can honestly say I've never had such a great experience. Anthony was so insanely friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through each and every step to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. Not a single surprise hidden fee, (he would literally turn his computer around and show me what the charges were in advance). And not a single roadblock that he wasn't able to go around. SUCH a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships who were pressuring and predatory. I can't recommend this place or Anthony enough. Do yourself a favor and just give them a call and see if they have what you're looking for in stock. 10/10 will buy from again.

Fantastic!! Bryan was the nicest kindest and most patient person I think that I have ever met! I was advised by my bank here in South Dakota that they would not be responsible for this vehicle transaction because they believed it was a possible scam sale. I considered their advice but ultimately continued with the transaction I new from the multiple conversations and Bryan's willingness to talk with my bank or do anything I needed to fill secure with my purchase that I was in good hands. He was very understanding how I would have some apprehension about buy a vehicle online. The only regret I have was doubting him at all. I could tell from the beginning how honest he was.

I purchased the 2017 Lexus and paid cash. This dealer practices unethical business practices. They posted a car fax report that indicated the vehicle was not damaged or had previous accidents. When I reached out to verify with the original dealer who sold the vehicle, they explained that it was indeed repaired at their body shop in 2019. Ultimate Motorsports was deceitful and dishonest throughout the process. Buyers beware of this business!

Dealer lied to us about everything! - Said they were putting on 4 new tires. Lie! - Said they were going to clean & detail the vehicle before delivery. Lie! - Said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car & that it smelled like a new car. LIE LIE LIE! Pretty sure we're going to get the runaround from them on several issues with the vehicle, not limited to the above issues! - Tire pressure monitor fault - Rearview mirror broken Etc The ball is in their court to do the right thing!

This dealer used photos of a different vehicle in both this add AND the same vehicle add on their own website and didn’t disclose the numerous physical dents all over the van they actually shipped to me. Not only that, but the van they shipped me is missing both a gas cap and the driver side headrest. This van won’t pass either the state safety inspection or the emissions test in the condition it was delivered to me. I spoke with this dealership over the phone and via text numerous times, and no one mentioned there were any dents or missing things, like the gas cap or headrest of the driver’s seat.

They are quick to get back to you yet I was also misled on the vehicle I purchased. It had not been serviced in over a year and within the first day I had alerts starting on the vehicle so I feel very duped and lied to about the vehicle. They will lie to you in order to get you to buy a car.

I applied for a no down payment on this vehicle and ended up with an offer for a 5k down payment. I have fair credit so I don’t think this was appropriate. It took about a week for the approval process but all in all Anthony is friendly.

Overall my experience was good because of the support staff.. Assad, James & Colin, however, I didn’t care for the sales person, Dennis. He’s a typical salesman…. Loves to hear himself talk so much that you can barely ask any questions. My issues are/were: warranty wasn’t listed as a taxable fee so that was an extra $400 which I had requested EXACT #’s & was never provided. I told Dennis on Sat, 10/28 I was proceeding with buying the car & I requested a wire from my bank based off an amount Dennis had text me. Same day the dealership lowered the price of the vehicle by $400 On Monday, 10/30, I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle & they wouldn’t honor the new price because they said I had already agreed to the previous price, which Dennis was VERY RUDE telling me this. I couldn’t just walk out since I had flown in from Connecticut to buy the vehicle. I eventually just “gave up” & bought the vehicle bc I wanted it.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer! The website pics of the vehicle are great. When it arrived, I was called to meet a truck driver half a mile from my home on the side of the road at 8:45 at night. The driver was great, but when we inspected the vehicle it had scratches on 3 of 4 rims. Scratches all over the vehicle. I took the vehicle the next morning to two third party body shops who gave estimates to buff and repair scratches. Both estimates were over $3,200. The only help the dealer offered was a $400 credit for dent and scratch repair. Do not buy from this dealership.

This is the second part of my review of Ultimate Motorsports. I finished the purchase of my vehicle on the 7th of Dec. My vehicle was not picked up until 9th of Dec. for transportation to my home in Savannah Ga. It was supposed to be at my house by the 12th Dec.. The driver did not deliver it until the 15th Dec. and it was only because he was told by Ultimate that if he did not deliver it by the end of the day on the 15th they were going to call the police and report the vehicle stolen. It wasn’t until the manager Daniel got involved that something was done to help me get the vehicle. But I still ended up paying $677 for a rental car until my vehicle arrived. Which I really could not afford but I had no choice. Terrible customer service.

Terrible first Anthony stopped contacting me when I got my own financing then I started talking to Carlos and he answered all my questions but the vehicle I was looking at had some issues and I asked about dropping the price or I would pay full price is they got the issues fixed and he agreed and said give he a day or two a week and he is blowing me off so another few days pass by now the vehicle is pending and Carlos is still acting like he is working on those issues

I bought a used bmw car. The Car was in great condition. I had searched some other dealers but Ultimate Motorsport had some great cars to choose from. prices was fair great service provided at this location from detailing to getting Maintenance done to your vehicle. I appreciate good service

They are very professional and helpful in their dealings. Mostly from one of their big boss call Anthony Wong , he's a professional listener and go out of his way to satisfy you as a customer. More so all of their vehicles are super clean looking both inside and out , and they have no hiding dealer cost , very straight forward dealership with highly professional and welcoming staffs.

The initial experience was okay until I came across several issues regarding the car I purchased. I encountered issues with the rear view camera and the missing hood ornament. I asked if the dealership would take care of these issues given I was purchasing the vehicle and they agreed to. Once time came around to contact me they never did while in fact giving me the runaround. Everything was just fine until I needed their help but since I’d purchased the vehicle already they no longer was interested in helping me. I regret making the purchase.

I have decent credit and didn't use this dealership. They stated I was not approved and never even responded by text or phone call. I had a down payment and purchased a car cash. I just think their customer service could have been better. That's my opinion first hand. I am better off with no payment and saving. Best of luck to car shoppers.

Terrible experience! Frustrated, disappointed and angry. Would not give me my $500 hundred dollars back that was promised to me, grossly undervalued my trade in, came without the SiriusXM ready feature on the radio which is stated on website, bad decision with this dealership all around when it could have been easier and maybe more trust worthy face to face in my own hometown. I emailed my issues and never got a reply.

The color of the car is not the same as the pics. The salesperson said that it was because it was taken inside the garage. I had a master certified automotive technician test drive the vehicle and he found fundamental engine issues that were estimated to cost about $2000. The salesperson said that others had test-drive the vehicle and did not report any issues. We reproduced the sound that he was able to record on his cell to show his mechanic. He said that they would look a the car and when I asked for some price consideration by lowering it he said the price was fixed. The best price on KBB puts this car (in very good condition) at $8600. The car is has a collision history, and engine problems and is $3000 above KBB, and he still believed his price was fair? The salesman said that they do not consider KBB values but rather other factors instead. So what is the customer supposed to base the value of the car? He was willing to sell me a faulty car for $11,995.

The purchase was easy everything after was horrible I'm happy with my vehicle but the next day after I got it all kind of lights came on the dash and check engine light came on. And the paperwork process was awful so don't have my license plates they never sent my paperwork off then was giving me the run around ever since they got there money

I got lots of follow up from the salesman however there were multiple salesman. I live in Charleston and they were not willing to ship. One person told me the vehicle was available when another said he accepted a down payment earlier that day. Needless to say they were not all on the same page. I did purchase a 2012 4Runner over the weekend closer to home.

After getting the approval from my local credit union and giving them a $500 deposit so they wouldn’t sell the vehicle. They tell me they can’t sell the vehicle because they didn’t have the title and tell me to wait a few days. I waited for about 4 days I call and check on the status and they tell me they can’t get ahold of the place they bought the vehicle from and tell me it can be a while longer maybe up to a month. So I ask for my deposit back they agree to give it back, no problem there. However the next day I get a notification from Cargurus that the vehicle was sold. Well it wasn’t sold to me, so I call and ask and of course I’m told it was sold to someone else. I feel cheated and lied to. Will not ever consider doing business with them nor recommend anyone else doing so.

The dealership was accommodating to deal with. I bought the vehicle entirely from a distance on-line. They answered all my questions, sent various pictures and specs I requested without delay and, although I ultimately paid cash, had financing set up almost immediately. I would buy from them again in the future without any reservations.

Do not buy from this dealer. BIG MISTAKE. They are in the business of TAKING YOUR MONEY. They’re not here to sell quality cars for a profit. They are here to rob you blind. Bought a $22k car sight unseen. They FaceTimed me, answered my calls. I sent the check. They disappeared. Stop answering calls, wouldn’t ship the vehicle after they said they would. Finally hired an outside shipping company to pick it up nearly 3 weeks after they cashed my check. The car comes 4 days later and it’s a wreck. Sides are rock chipped to heck, wheel wells are destroyed, roof is damaged, rust under the paint and cracks throughout the body. This company is the most immoral, unethical company I have worked with…… horrible people out to scam you for a quick buck.

I drive there to see the sprinter. They asked me to sit in the lobby until their specialist came out. 45 minutes later I finally stood up and walked out. When I called they confirmed the sprinter as sold while I was sitting there.

Had a difficult time arranging payment, would not accept credit or debit cards. They wanted me to try and finance a 1997 vehicle that cost <$10000. Finally got it paid via Zelle app. Otherwise very responsive.

I called to see if this car was still available and the woman who assisted me stated yes! I informed her I would like to pay cash for the car, she suggested I get a loan for the car and I told her I wasn't interested in a loan. Sooo, she stated she would send me a link of some vehicles I may be interested in. I could not believe this, she acted as though I shouldn't have the vehicle. I guess she was holding it for someone she knows. I found a car that costs less up to date in years and waaay less miles!! Thanks lady for helping me purchase a much better vehicle elsewhere!!

Great experience, the whole staff was friendly and very nice. If the vehicle had been lower in price I would have purchased on that day. The original price was fair but, the vehicle was damaged in the front. I just didn’t want to buy and repair at the same price. Mr. Joey was patient and has great customer service. They contacted me initially I emailed twice and called three times but by the next time I got back in touch with them the car was sold. I was very disappointed. I had the money to buy the car but I guess that they wanted me to finance the car instead of getting the money from me.

Jorge was great to work with -responsive and no bull. We live in Iowa so Jorge did a video chat and walked us through the car - went through all the details and answered every question we have. We flew down and he arranged transportation to the dealership. Quick test drive to confirm all was as we had anticipated and we purchased the vehicle in less than 30 minutes. Great experience, highly recommend!

The salesman was Sarah Flores. She ensured my buying experience was flawless. Sarah was attentive, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The detail crew was amazing. Amanuel Tesfay ask me to inspect the car before leaving, and he got the detailing exactly like I wanted. I will be looking at Ultimate Motorsports when I am in the market to buy another car.

My sales person - I think her name was April? anyway, she called; she was informative. I told her my budget and she did her darndest to make it work for me. I hate that I could not scrape all my pennies and purchase immediately. April truly earned my business. When and if I get it together I will call again in the future.

Salesperson Sarah Flores was the worst salesperson I have ever had to deal with. Sarah was extremely rude and non-professional in every way. Also of note was I paid a deposit to hold the car and they allowed others to test drive the vehicle after the deposit was paid. If your looking for a deal and don’t care how your treated then still don’t go here.

The salesperson wasn’t there for the scheduled appointment. While the staff there was very cordial and helpful, the experience was less than expected. The vehicles were not clean and ready for our test drive. Hopefully this will help them to better prepare for future potential buyers.

Great car from the photos and description , but with the shipping & not seeing , driving or having the car tested by an independent Jaguar dealer, I felt the price was too high > I was contacted by them to contact them back , but they would not lower the price , so I am still searching for one in that color & have been surprised that there are a few out there right now to add to my collection .. I already have a 2002 Topaz Jaguar XK8 that I want to give to my new wife , so I could have my 1977 Mercedes 450SL that is in Anthracite gray which I bought new in 1977 & has only 63,000 miles on her , so that they both would be close in color > My 2002 Jaguar XK8 has 69,000 miles on her since we have a hybrid car that we call the "grocery grabber" since we can drive to the local shops & never use any gas , just have to always remember to plug her in after we come home> LOL> I would still give this dealer 5 stars & hope they find a great person to drive & care for a car as wonderful as this .

Joey S. was friendly and helpful. He explained the things I had questions about and even gave me a way to set up a security deposit if I wanted the vehicle after I left the lot to continue shopping. I was undecided about the vehicle, only because it was the first one I had looked at. The van was good, but not quite what I was looking for. I would recommend this dealer. They had a large inventory with lots of options.

Sara Flores my contact has been spot on thus far and has been there every step of the way. Had a issue with the back door while they were making their final inspections notified me immediately sent it off to get repaired. You can't buy honestly and being upfrontness in this day and age. Carlos C was not a good salesman, He didn’t call me back . I emailed him all the information he requested . I had to call him several time before I got an answer , than he wanted me to pay 3500 down with a trade.?He didn’t even try to work a deal out. He never spoke to me on the phone. So sad . I am a Toyota and Lexus owner . I will always drive them . Bad business for salesman Carlos he does not represent the Toyota well .

Good response initially. I bought the car. Their finance partner is Capital One and the application process was fairly simple. The salesman said most of what they sell is not financed, so the service for.financing isn’t great. I have custom plates in my state and Ultimate MS refuses to use a title company to transfer plates...so they are inflexible for that. The pictures on line didn’t point out some of the imperfections in the paint so that was a surprise. The car seems like a good deal, so I will spend a few more $ getting the car fixed.

Wow! Customer service is second to none at Ultimate Motorsports! Joey contacted me very quickly and answered my questions. I was encouraged to make the trip from San Antonio to Houston. When I arrived I was greeted courteously and the people there were all wearing COVID-19 Masks and had hand sanitizer readily available. Joey was very diligent, clear and quick about the paperwork. I ended the day driving out of the lot this Mercedes GLS-450!

I will never purchase an out of town vehicle again. Too much fast talking and circle running. Minor flaws of this vehicle were not visible on the video and after I noticed them, I was rudely told I could send the truck back! Truck shipped with no gas and not detailed After having a mechanic look at it, the truck itself is in great condition.

Had communication with four different people. One has no idea what the other is doing or saying. I have a voice mail converted to text conveying that I have been approved by Chase at 3.5%. Took a screen shot. Then, the rate changed to higher. I was asked to send all information through a link. I did that. I was then asked to send proof of income as a PDF file without a link. I did that. They responded that it needs to be a PDF file. It was a PDF file. It said PDF on the attachment. They responded back that it needs to be a PDF file. I resent the PDF file. They responded back that it needs to be a PDF file. I sent back an email to cancel the transaction and told the person in writing that they are a moron. They refunded the $500.00 deposit the next day after I spoke to another person. Talk about a bad experience. I was already pre-approved with Capital One at 3.8% and sent them my reference number. They had come back and conveyed to me that my rate will be 5.5% with Capital One.

We were going to purchase this vehicle. My husband had been in contact with the saleswoman all week. We were to drive there which is approximately 6 hours to buy the vehicle on a Monday. They were supposed to let us know by that Saturday at closing if the vehicle had sold or not. We received text messages that everything was still good for our appointment on Monday. So, we drive 6 hours on Monday to purchase this car only to get there and the saleswoman says the vehicle was purchased by someone else on Saturday. We were extremely pissed off!!!!

Not Quite Professional. Contacted then visited at the end of December. Car I wanted had just been sold but they had just received a similar model. I drove it, liked it, and made and offer that was accepted. Great experience so far. Dealer had bought the car from auction and it tooks until February 3 for the dealer to obtain legal title (from auction house). Signed papers and went to pick it up. Significant mechanical issue in that the convertible hard top would not close. Returned to dealer. They couldn't get it to work either. It occured to me that they took the top down for my test drive and on delivery... Never disclosed this issue. Claimed they knew nothing about it. I offered that if they took it to Volvo to have them resolve the roof issue reliably, I'd be happy to purchase the car. They have not responded to my subsequent communications and held on to my lender's check for a full week after the deal was cancelled. Odd behavior for what seems like a reputable place.

Went to dealer and find out that the car has 2 big gel leakings on main screen and driver front screen and handles not working in 3 doors. I was trying to talk about to have a better price but they did not mention any possibility and they answer that they are going to fix the car before to sail again....3 hours driving to see the car for all this? Not professional and not clear with customers, not good.

We sit down with salesman in his office and one of the first statements from his mouth is, “We Don’t Negotiate Prices.” After I attempt to negotiate a different price anyway, another salesman comes in and (Low and Behold), announces another customer is here to test drive that very same vehicle, and wants to know if it’s still available. I promptly tell him YES IT IS. We leave and will never go back. I don’t like being Conned.

They sold me a car with a bad catalytic converter and burned out sensors. After I signed the contract and took this car home a few days later it's at the mechanic and I am having to pay $2000 to fix the issue. Very dishonest seller. This car was for my wife and I felt played. So my advice before you purchase a car off this lot make sure to get it tested my a good mechanic what glitters is not always gold.

They have really clean vehicles I know this because when I was acquiring about a car before I mentioned it my sales person tracie told me I could go ahead and do a PPI. I went ahead and did it car came back spotless except for the rear brake pads and rotors I told them to replace those and we had a deal they went ahead and did it. Now I cant wait till my car ships here from california tracie was always available when I called her and had questions.

Asked a really simple question, " How much would you take for this vehicle" and like most used car dealerships, I could not get a straight answer." How much do you want to pay? Our manager is not here now. Why don't you come in and test drive?" Etc. etc. etc. ! Why does car buying have to be so difficult? Just tell me your absolute lowest price and I'll either say yes or no. They must know what their bottom number is so just give it to me. Rather then this stupid back and forth that just wastes my time and theirs. Show your potential customers some respect. That's the description of my experience!

We tried to set up a time to drive the vehicle advertised and were told conflicting stories about its availabilty ans where abouts. the dealership does not return calls very well and are not customer service oriented. One week later they say the vehicle is available but they can't seem to be able to give defiantive information about whe it will return from wherever they have sent it. Very frustrating.

Went to look at a car that apperead to be in awesome shape. First off the car was advertised as the wrong model actually two models below the advertised model and features listed that were clearly not on the car. There was a number of things wrong with the body that had not been disclosed. The interior was the only thing that was actually in awesome condition other then the fact that it felt like Vaseline had been used all over the leather seats and trim.

I was able to purchase the vehicle from Austin and have it shipped without having to see it in person. They answered every question and did a FaceTime walk-around and through to give me the comfort of the transaction. Plenty of other customers can attest to their attention to detail and promptness in communication as well. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Beware these people lied about the condition of the vehicle I bought from out of state the pictures and the shippers pre condition report reflects this experience.The vehicle had multiple scratches and damage. this is not an ultimate motor.

I purchased a vehicle from Ultimate Motorsports and initially I had a great experience. The salesman (Markus) was very easy to work with and went to lengths to make sure the car was ready and the purchase was very smooth. On the drive home, I had to stop at a Walmart due to a flat tire. The tire specialist was not willing to repair the tire due to the degree that the tires were dry rot. Turns out the tires were 7 years old and in bad shape. I called the dealership about what could be done and after finally getting connected with the owner days later, she said the best they could do was refund me $400 (the new tires cost me $800) because I had already negotiated $500 off the price. I told her I was not happy with that and then she said she would be losing money if she refunded me any more (as if she was only making $900 on the sale) and she would take away the salesman's commission to give me more money. Then she said she was going to let the salesman go because she interpreted that I was unhappy with him. Markus was great. I was only unhappy with the fact that she or someone else with the authority to rectify my situation was unavailable for 4 days and then I finally talk with her and she is totally unprofessional. It was completely inappropriate to discuss anything like that with a customer. Buyer beware!!!!

Details of vehicle were not exactly as described on CarGurus. Salesman was polite and answered my questions regarding equipment on car. After the phone call I sent a link to a webpage that detailed the different packages from Standard, Luxury, premium etc. I asked for a clarification of what trim level the car was equipped with. I never received a response. Although I am pretty sure the car was the standard model.

Awesome! Responded quickly, were very accommodating, and within a week I was in my new car. Although it wasn't the car I had my eye on originally, my salesman (Mark) provided me with nearly identical alternative options, and I couldn't be happier with the selection! I love it!!! (It's worth noting that I Only put $500 down, and have a pretty reasonable monthly payment too!) I suggest checking out their inventory for sure!

What a great experience with Mike. I was shopping for a birthday gift for myself and luckily found this 428 on Carguru while I was about to buy another similar car at a BMW dealer. I actually contacted the dealer, we worked out a deal with me contacting him SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT HIM RETURNING MY CALLS, I finally asked to speak to a manager and was put back to the same no -responsive sales person. I put a deposit on the vehicle, forwarded all my information, only to lose the car to another buyer because we never could get correct info on where to send the final check from the sales person! I did get my deposit back, with apologies from the manager, but I lost a vehicle I had been searching for, for a very long time. Very bad experience!experience.

I went online and requested a Sales Rep to contact me in reference to this car. They never reached out. I called twice and finally made an appointment to view/test drive this vehicle. They said they do not keep it on the lot, as it was stored in a warehouse. I made the appointment for Saturday at 2:00 PM CST. On the way over, I thought that I better call just to confirm the appointment and who I was suppose to speak with. (It was a long drive from where I came from.) They said that didn't have the car, it was not available. It was at auction... From the previous poor reviews from this dealership, I agree with them. I would avoid this dealership, so many others that are willing to communicate and be attentive to the customers. Just think, if the sales people don't care about their customers, then what are the products they are selling like? I would hate to have a problem with this vehicle and have to deal with them. Avoided a headache here.

MK we don't know which vehicle you called about but we carry over 200+ units in inventory and have really outgrown our current location. Sometimes excess inventory goes to auction or storage but we can pull a unit back for a customer within 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience. We always recommend to call before your visit.

Not actual value . 79k miles but the seat belt Torned up badly . I think they put another engine in to a car .car look fine but the sit belt is very old that tell me fishy about the car .

Brandon you offered us $5000 less for an older low mileage vehicle and when I refused you threatened a negative review. The car is older vehicle so seatbelt is older too. You looked at a 2004 sc430 which is clean and if your only concern was seatbelt we would accommodate it best as possible. I am sorry we couldn't do business.

Info on Car Gurus did not match what was in stock. Totally different. Car Gurus says Limited, actual car was an XLT. The dealer location looked more like a salvage yard than a car lot. The car stunk when I started it up and put on the air. The office area was a mess.

The experience was effortless from the minute I arrived at the location. The salesman gave me the keys and let me test drive the car on my own. Trade in value was good and the selling price was very competitive. the following day I came back, dropped of my trade-in and picked up my new car. No haggling and no pressure. A good experience overall.

I left a request for a 2013 Mercedes Benz M -350 and filled out their online credit app. A salesman called me back about a GL 450 and when I told him the car that I had inquired about he said he still had it and that I should fill out a credit app. No worries, there are many car dealers in Houston.

I bought my Audi Q-7 from Ultimate Motorsports. My experience was great at Ultimate Motorsports. The salespersons were very professional and applied no pressure to buy from them. They were patient but eager to answer all questions and provide factual information to back up what they were telling you...info from CarFax report etc. In general, I found that the vehicles at Ultimate Motorsports are of high quality and well maintained and presented. I dealt with Markus and Dan and they gave of their time, making this car buying experience very uneventful and pleasurable. I trust these guys, they probably won't even remain with your deposit if you finally decide not to go through with the deal (just my opinion) since they want you to have a good experience and not just want to take your money, but want you to be satisfied when you drive out of their car lot with a vehicle. I was looking at a similar Audi at another dealer and Dan told me that he was also looking at buying that Audi and told me that that vehicle was in good condition as well although it had more miles on it. Dan did not criticize the other dealer or the vehicle for me to buy the car from Ultimate Motorsports, which he could have easily done. He told me to take my time, go check out the other vehicle etc. Really, I can't wait for when I need to go car shopping again, I would not look elsewhere and go right back to Ultimate Motorsports and I would recommend that you do too. Allowed me to test drive the car w/o breathing down my neck or attaching themselves to me as if we were mates. They made me feel secure with the sale...got me 6% APR lower than my credit union of 25 years when my credit score was in the toilet.

Had to wait couple of days for car to be brought from another location...contacted seller option never got a response... When we finally saw the car the salesman didn't like our critiques of the car and just walked inside leaving us with the car running.as we kept looking.. Didn't come back out..had to go in and tell girl at desk car is still running and we were gonna look elsewhere.... He didn't come outside ...no follow up call..email... Doesn't even deserve a star rating...

Service was very poor didn't even open till 15 min after scheduled opening time car I had called about wasn't on the lot when I got there it was at a paint and body shop! Went and got it and they had painted the sensors! Maintenance light was on in the vehicle and they were not willing to negotiate price I would never reccomend someone buying from here I feel that if you did you would immediately regret it many underlining issues!

Made two attempts to contact this seller. 2nd attempt, actually spoke to someone who was to call me back and let me know about a test drive. No call back. I drove by their business, and they are a typical dirt-lot, buy at auction and flip kind of outfit. Not sure how they ever execute a sale, though.

This dealership has been very good at communicating and keeping me informed on their stock that I am interested in. They are working with me and that is awesome. The initial vehicle I was interested in sold. However, they have in stock the second vehicle I had intentions on purchasing. This moves up my time line, however, the cost of the vehicle makes it worth pushing my time line up.

This "dealer" is extremely SHADY! They seam to be very Mickey Mouse. I tried to buy a car from them and every time I thought we were going to close the deal, magically a NEW buyer was going to buy it at a higher amount and did not expect them to fix small issues with the car. I strongly suggest that anyone steer clear of this place. There are plenty of cars out there represented by better people. Hope this stops you from having the frustration I experienced.

Vehicles pictured honestly. Bought vehicle here. Warrant offered. Very straight forward. Only drawback is communication. They have an answering service that never puts you through and they are horrible with returning calls or even calling when your vehicle is ready.
