This dealership raised the price of the car AFTER I had signed a contract! A few minutes after e-signing a contract the sales person texted back "I am very sorry. I just spoke to the owner, and it seems like the price went up before you emailed me, and he is not willing to honor the old price. I didn't charge your card yet, so you would not be losing anything. Again, I am very sorry."
Stay away!
The reply wasn't as quick as expected. I asked if the price was negotiable. The answer was No, and they only give discounts to veterans and first responders(I think, not sure). I guess the rest of us Americans don't matter? I said ok, if it's non negotiable, I'm out. Amazing, the next day the price dropped $500. No thanks.

The experience was great! They do things differently than most dealers, they do not try to keep you there all day. Shout out to David, he was awesome! I did not buy the car I came for but I love the car I left with.

They had the car I needed but there was a few issues they didn't include in the listing. One of the speakers is totally blown and they are a pain to find a replacement for. Also, their 3 month/1000 mile warranty is more like health insurance because it only covers the drive train and it's a $200 deductable and THEN they only cover 50% of the parts and the labor. So that's a scam but I got my fingers crossed I don't have any issues with the car.

After test driving the car for our son,
we had to arrange for him to come
from another city specifically to drive
it and buy it. We were in constant
contact with our salesman. The day
our son arrived I received 3 emails
and texts confirming our
appointment to see the car. While on
our way to the airport, we got a text

been sold online. This system is
crazy. Buying a car is stressful

I ended up purchasing the 350 EQB from David here. I was glad I went with Trust auto. It seemed a little uncertain from the look of the dealership and area, but they do a lot of volume with multiple auction brands. If you’re looking for a potentially good deal, checking their inventory would be wise.

**Buyer Beware**
This vehicle has serious leaking from the sun roof- passenger side soaked in the ceiling with horrible staining!
I drove 1.5 hours each way ( they knew I needed to make arrangements for my special needs son) and still decided NOT to be transparent about such a serious problem.
Not only that- they had the audacity to raise the price when I said I couldn’t purchase a vehicle with that much damage and an active leak- it would need to be repaired. They said the price would change as a result. Mind you, I called numerous times about this vehicle and drove 3 hours in total to see it. Not once did they mention this serious issue. Do not waste your time!

Called to schedule a test drive and day of the test drive I was unable to make the appointment and I called to reschedule and was given a and before the day arrived I was contacted by the GM who left me a nasty voice mail who was upset stating I never came to see the vehicle and they were holding this car specifically for me and to see if they can put it back for sell for other customers. I then called back and stated the car was over value and he decided to argue with me asking am I going to buy the vehicle or not.

BUYER BEWARE - In the small print you will see $499. processing fee - " Not required by law " - in the
case of the vehicle we discussed there was an additional $795. " freight fee". The vehicle was acquired
by dealer in Georgia and transported to dealer site in Maryland = $795. is exorbitant for this distance -
dealers get discounts also. This is on top of the sales price - and speaking of sales price = this vehicle
is $5000 above Kelly Blue Book average - based on its VIN & mileage & condition. It has been in
accident - this dings the price also... In dealing with sales rep - I made offer and I got no response
budging on their price ...It's all good - another will pop up elsewhere - just beware of this kind of mark

They have been very accommodating. They sent me a copy of the sticker. They sent me pictures of the car that they took. They followed up every other day to see if I wanted anything else. I worked with Jylia and Max. I'm
driving 350 to go see the car. I want to drive it before buying. They offered to deliver the car.

I got mixed information about pricing from the sales staff there, confusing; we could not seal the deal for that reason; I felt pressured to sign papers without the car being ready to take home.

Worst experience ever. Promised to deliver truck one day and then they couldn’t. They need it to get funded before they can release then they said they didn’t have plates ready. They would provide an exact date when van was going to get delivered. Not buying another truck from them

Wish I could give less than 1 star. First truck broke down one block… ONE BLOCK FROM THE LOT FOR A TEST FOR A TEST DRIVE!!!! Then we go to try another truck, not exactly the best, but would work. Go in to talk, and the sales person REFUSES to even adjust the price EVEN AFTER ISSUES WERE POINTED OUT ON THIS VEHICLE AS WELL!!! Drove over an hour l, won’t be making that mistake again. Hi, each vehicle that we sell comes with a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty. If your clutch went bad within the first 30 days of ownership we would be inclined to fix it unless the clutch showed evidence of user abuse. Found a car I was interested in. When I called to ask the sales rep some details about the car, I got very short answers. I asked specifically about any damage, defects, or known issues and the sales rep said they take pictures of all defects and post them with the listing. There weren’t any pics of defects so I figured this car was in very good physical condition until I got there and there were multiple deep scratches, dents, cracked headlight, and the best of all….14” piece of duct tape where a piece of molding was missing from.
We took our business elsewhere and receive a phone call a couple days later from a sales manager asking if we were still interested in the car. I explained to him my experience and he strait you hung up on me! Would NEVER recommend this dealership

If I could give less than one star, I would. Response via email was very slow. The salesman did not disclose all
added fees even after I had requested those in writing. At one point they tried to raise the price above what they had
quoted me in writing. I finally got what the salesman said was the full disclosure of all costs. I made an offer and it
was accepted. Then, the salesman reneged because he said the sales manager didn't realize I had already included
the $574 shipping charge even though it was plainly visible in my offer. That meant they wanted more than my offer,
which they had already accepted. Finally, the final straw was when I was sent the Retail Purchase Agreement. They
had added two new extra charges they had never mentioned before. I told them to forget the sale. They did not fully
disclose all extra fees and refused to explain why these fees should apply to me. It was a horrible buying experience.

Communication was good. Overall time was lengthy even though I was pre-approved with Westlake it took days to hear back from Trust Auto.
I went to another dealer that had a similar van listed on this site and drove away the same day financed through Westlake.

If I could give this a zero I would. I emailed about a 2500HD truck that they had listed Inquiring why it says out of state sale only. Asking what was
deleted off the vehicle. In there response to me it they said it was straight piped. That doesn't explain what was takin off. I then said so the def system
was removed. His response was then and I quote "Yes usually when the car is straight pipe def system is usually been deleted" The guy was very

The salesman (nick) was sarcastic, and I was lied too about the
delivery of the vehicle, it wasnât ready to go when I drove 5+ hours to
pick it up, like I was told it would be, and was lied to again about it.
The truck wouldnât start. It needed batteries. I have had to make
repeated phone calls regarding my title. Itâs been three months, and I
still donât have my tags, and title. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this

They are not organized in their email and telephone responses. Two different salesmen calling, then the emails to follow as well as follow up phone calls after being told that I did not need their services. The biggest concern is that they are not open on Sundays or that particular Sunday so I had to seek other opportunities.

Fees are a killer makes these cars not worth the time t go somewhere to buy them. Feels like a bait and switch showing you one price and
then adding more to it by 1200$. I have found similar vehicle at this price and it did not had all the fees and actually have less miles.

I sent an e-mail inquiring about the validity of it being listed as a limited model. They responded by saying that it was a limited. I asked for a copy of the window sticker but they never responded back. This seems to be a regular occurrence on here where a vehicle is listed inaccurately so as to boost the price rating. I don't know if this is intentional or not but it doesn't give you a feeling of trust for used car sales! Terry

The communication was ok. I was trying to buy it but wanted a price reduction because the selling price was about $6k over KBB price. They sold the car and contacted me to tell me but didn’t try to work with me on a price.... so needles to say; I’m not happy with that outcome.

Costumer service is worst. I drove 5 hours too buy the advertised car. I also called and confirmed that if the listing is right and car is available. But, after reaching there the trim level was different than what they are advertising. They are advertising higher trim levels. On call they told me that the car is exactly what you see on listing.

Gentleman from the dealer called me I asked about a cash price on their truck he said he had to talk to his buyer and would get back to me quickly after six hours never heard anything back at all went to another dealership to get a truck. Trust auto alone the name is joke I don’t trust their word at all Let alone how can you trust someone that doesn’t get back to you when they say they would. Yesterday was a joke. You can tell this vehicle has
sat for months as the tire pressure was low in
every tire. Uneven west all around and to top it off
the wheel on the driver side rear was broken. I
tried to trade a vehicle in to which they declined
as well as dropping the price of the truck to which
they declined. They obviously do not want to sell
this vehicle and do not work with their customers
to make them satisfied. I watched a handful of
people test drive a vehicle and leave the same
day I was there. Let’s not forget...the seller I was
working with (the manager of sales) offered
someone else over 20k for their trade in right in
front of me. Very disgusted with this “dealer” and
the way I was treated. If your looking for over
priced repoed vehicles this is the place for you.

Quality vehicles and good price for vehicles, very delayed response or no call back at all at points. Also note that price dealer shows on website as primary price does not include nearly 1500 dollars in dealer fees. So a truck marked at 23795 actually costs closer to 25250 before taxes and title. Price of vehicles are still great for that extra money but you don’t learn about them unless you read fine print or you get to your final loan numbers. I went with another truck through another dealer simply because the price of the truck was fully disclosed from the beginning

Very good, standard and very save environment for customers during this pandemic
I am out of state and I feel that communication is key for an online sale. With this dealer communication was poor between the
online sales manager and myself. I was very interested in the vehicle but never really got any word about the status of the vehicle
past the weekend. I eventually found out through CarGurus that it had sold but communication about another individual being
interested would have been nice. Not to mention they call me two weeks later to see if I am still interested in the car but it isn't
listed on their own website anymore.
Car had a strong fuel smell inside once started and driving as well as it showing a fuel line or fuel pump replacement on the CARFAX twice. Originally brought to dealer’s attention while test driving but he acted as if he didn’t smell it. I brought it to his attention again once I saw it on the CARFAX and he just said it had been replaced several years ago, as if it wasn’t an issue presently. The the fuel smell was strong enough to make someone pass out.

They respond, but when it comes to business, to the average consumer who knows nothing of add on fees in the car buying world, I recommend them stop adding in “reconditioning & PDI” to their pricing. I understand you’re trying to gross & profit for business, but it’s not good business. Reconditioning is what you’re SUPPOSED to do, to get a vehicle up to par to sell, & PDI is something done to new vehicles once they arrive to the dealer from the manufacturer, brand new, not on used. You shouldn’t be charging these at all. It’s a slap in the face to people.
This People play to much game. But I when out off my way 2 and half hours and all they want to give mi for my trade in was 1500 and and Iwas goin to take it. But when I call the next day to ask for the bill of sale they want to tell me that they need to check my vehicle again and the price may droop. So. I'm thinking I'm going all the way out there for this people to tell me that the only thing they could offer me for my vehicle is 500 dollars. They're CRAZY. And when I ask the sales person if at least they could fill my gas tank up because the car was empty. He responded oh! I had to check for that. Look if I spend 27,000 on a vehicle the least you could do is fill my tank up knowing that I'm coming from 2 and a half hour away. NO THANKS THEY COULD KEEP IT
They are full of it! They reached out in a timely manner. I received an email and few text messages. I spoke to David regarding the SUV that I was requiring. I asked for
status regarding the availability of the SUV and I receive a weird text that appears to related to someone else. Then, I was sent an application and I filled it out. I asked for a
status then he states he is off for the day. But continued to make excuses and never heard back. If you want to play games... Then this is the perfect
dealership for you. Another dealership from Car Gurus reached out to me things worked out.
Good experience. David was great. Disappointed could not make a deal because of continued shimmy in right front of truck. Gave them 2 chances to work it out. After 2nd test drive it still had the same issue after saying it was corrected. A shame because I was ready to purchase the truck. Response back was very good though. Don’t think anyone would purchase the vehicle like that. All this being said I would do business with Trust Auto. I had other dealerships that never got back to me. This one did.
This first car I contacted them about was sold, and they led me to another vehicle. I spoke to one individual,
was then contacted by another individual, and ultimately handed off to a third person to deal with. I needed
to travel a good ways in order to make the transaction happen, and was convinced that I would be offered a
better price if I bought it before the end of the month. Upon arrival, the car was nearby and checked out fine.
Once at the negotiating table I was presented over $1000 in dealer fees, which they agreed to offer a $300
discount. It cost me almost that much to get there, and the final negotiated price wasn't much better than
that. But I either buy the car and pay more than I want or spend 5 hours and more money to just walk out. I
felt the only one who benefited was the salesman who chalked up another sale for the month. He was
pleasant and knowledgeable, but I feel like I overpaid in the end. Happy with the vehicle otherwise.

My salesman David was knowledgeable and fair.
Salesman was not very helpful, provided very little information and provided none unless I messaged him and asked for it. He sent a few emails to my banker during the financing stage, but never heard back so he did nothing. I finally had to call the salesman, then call my banker, (found out the salesman’s email went to my bankers junk mail folder) finally gave approval to send over the paperwork to my banker with all of the numbers, and more than 24 hours later I’m still waiting on a response. The process of trying to purchase a vehicle from this salesman has gone on for 5 days mainly due to the fact that he is not proactive enough to pick up a phone. I should not have to call or message a salesman and ask him to call the lady at my bank since no response had been received from his emails. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership unless you are within driving distance of it to walk in and sit while they work on other deals.

They are awesome!!! I decided to go another way in getting a car but they were so cool about it. It's a few reviews that made me very shakey. But a people we're all different so what may bother one person may not bother the next person. I'm actually thinking to reconnect with them and see if I can get the car.
I liked this dealer eventhough it's not right in front of your eyes. Myron was great, like your neighbor instead of a salesman. Only issue was their was a hold on a vehicle I was interested in buying and when I returned a week later to look at something else it was still on the lot and other sites for sale.

Maryland does not allow purchasing via online and was not able to have vehicle delivered with out me physically going to the dealer. Thus no transaction occurred. Was fully ready to buy too.

Looks like they have a lot of cars, but I drove all the way up there (1 1/2 hrs) and they could not find the three I was interested in. Apparently were out in the shop, even though I had emailed someone who asked when I could come by. They were very nice. Nice waiting room. Not much parking for customers, but had a lot of cars and trucks.

Sent information I requested.
I made an appointment for a test drive and the salesperson was extremely helpful and the test drive was a success.
However two days later I received an email stating I had not responded to their original email and was there any information I desired. I
replied that I had visited the establishment and actually had a test drive in the Vette. I requested more detail concerning the equipment and
possibly a "build sheet" to valid the options on the car and they never responded.
Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Terrible experience! I was told the truck was in hold for me Friday afternoon at 5 so I rushed to my bank to do paperwork by 6. I contacted trust auto Saturday morning letting them know I would be earlier than I had said being it's a 4 hr drive one way and their response was the truck is sold. I left a review on their FB so they call me promising to find another truck for me this week. That was a lie as well so know I'm left with $150 cancellation fee and no truck!
They informed me of the pre qualification and down payment requirements of Capital One, but due to an exsiting auto loan the down payment was very taxing. I appreciate their straight forwardness, but didn't accept the fact of Trust Auto to suggest exhausting my monthly income
completely to use as a secondary option after rejecting the first. I eventually passed on both options and continued my search elsewhere. Trust Auto has great determination to get you in decent cars, but my primary objective was not accomplished.

This dealership is substandard!! These individuals don’t return phone calls or any other form of communication. The salesperson and receptionist I dealt with were very condescending to say the least, towards customers that are not in the local area. These people give off the impression as if the customer needs them, when actually it’s the opposite. If you’re profession of choice is customer service, then that’s exactly what you should provide to all customers. If you don’t like it, maybe you should try something new!!!! I mean after all......you’re just a car salesman!!!

The auto was not in good condition, and the $2,000 in additional fees were cost prohibitive. It was a busy office and my appointed sales rep had to leave for family reasons, so we dealt with someone else that was juggling two customers at the same time. Overall the experience was not great. We did not purchase the Solara.

I asked them if they finance mediocre credit and they responded "yes they could help".
When I received my total loss check I asked if there was any wiggle room at all on the price let me know and I will come down, they never responded back. I was $500 short and hoped we could have came to a median. Ironically the only reason I checked before just showing up was another review indicate they will not budge on prices.

However There were additional fees involved in the price of the truck I was interested in that added 1200$ to the advertised price . Update from my previous review.....I purchased a 2014 Jaguar XF
3.0 from Trust Auto on 2/6/19. I had a not so pleasant experience. I
had since spoken with David the salesman who clarified some
issues in contacting him with my concerns. He was knowledgable
about the vehicle and worked to make transferring my tags
seamless. I received a call from Kayla to address my concerns
regarding my not so pleasant experience. Kudos to Kayla for
addressing my concerns. I was delighted to also hear from the
General Manager Ross who apologized for my unpleasant
experience. I appreciate a company that puts customers first and
when you have an issue . They are willing to resolve it. Glitches in
customer service happens ; however it takes a Trust worthy
company to satisfy the customer. My issue was resolved and I am

They didn’t budge on the price and insisted it was Maryland inspected, and nothing was wrong with it. it needs quit a few things fixed that I’m not sure how they missed it. The check engine light came on the day after picking it up. And two other people that had bought vehicles from them where sitting there waiting all day for them to fix the vehicles they had just bought. Don’t buy a car here if you want something with no problems and ready to go. Looks like it’s a pattern for this dealership.

Was told the vehicle had no rust in it. Drove 4 hours to look and possibly buy the vehicle and only took me about 45 seconds to realize I didn’t want it. It had a rust hole in the fender above the rear tire, grille was busted which it wasn’t in the photos, fender wells cut out and missing lug nuts.... never needed to look at the inside but I bet it was trashed to. Very responsive though so I give them that. 4hours one way by the way.

Yes the people here are very nice and respond quickly because they want your money. Money hungry scammers. The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was lied too and pushed over. Let’s just say my car is not up to par and not fixed only 60 days in and I’ve had more problems than a little bit and thanks to them I’ll be coming out of pocket. If you go take a mechanic and if your a woman don’t go alone. They will take advantage of you. They have really nice cars so you would assume that they take good care of them but I was fooled. If you have the money for repairs after purchase go for it otherwise stay away.

Was interested in a Grand Cherokee listed on carguru, I called the dealer to confirm that the suv was still avalible, A salesman confirmed that it was still available. After a 2 hour drive found out the the Cherokee has had been sold for 3 days, with no apology or explanations, the “English speaking salesman” tried to offer me a lessor vech for the same price, thanks for wasting my Saturday. This dealer is your typical slimy used car dealer. ( Would not recommend )

I brought my 2012 Toyota tundra from this dealership and i love it, this limited edition is very hard to find this cheap. Especially a 2012, and i was really impressed with the condition of this truck. No mechanical issues whatsoever ,plus it's a 1 owner vehicle with a good maintenance history. And btw these guys got alot of vehicles on their lot, lot 250 or more. I only took that drive out there for my Toyota tundra ONLY. but man they had alot of other nice trucks, that i almost switched up on my Toyota tundra lol. Oh and they work with plenty of banks to get you approved, and some good banks to. So yes i most definitely recommend this dealership and these guys are very knowledgeable of vehicles. Plus they have their own mechanics on deck ready to fix and solve any issues you have with your vehicle. And no negative attitudes there either, which goes a long way with me.

It's a used car lot. Most vehicles are from the auctions, and whatever other dealers couldn't sell. The vehicle we were looking at ended up having a replaced engine! They also charge an eight or nine hundred dollar PDI fee on top of all regular dealer fees! Was waiting for them almost a week to email warranty information, and had to call again to ask for it. Ended up buying a vehicle at a different place.
I emailed them to ask what type of accident it was in. There was a response but it did not answer my question.

On our first trip up the sales rep had JEEP pulled in front ready for inspection and test drive. Most eager.
I advised the saleseman 4wd indicator light on dash was not functioning. I also noted I was very interested in completing the sale. Received lame reply that there was no

knew. The sales man indicated that it would be ordered by the dealer (after I sent part literature on the JEEP). I indicated I would be up the next day to put money down
and final the deal while the indicator light was not yet repaired.
I called again the next morning noting we were on our way (45 miles) to finish the deal. I offered to place a deposit over the phone, which he said was not necessary.
Upon arrival, my wife and I were informed the Jeep was being test driven and a deal was underway. The salesman noted I could wait around to see if the buyer's credit was
good.
At that point we surmised the car was test driven, the prospective buyer had noticed wheel alignment issue, which the "shop" denied and sale WAS underway prior to our
departure from home. The salesman allowed us to travel the 45 miles knowing the truck was being sold. I no longer wanted to continue the sale with such shady sales
practices. The salesman and Manager attempted to persuade us to wait, informing us they had a newer vehicle available. We promptly left with no desire ever to do
business with TRUST AUTO .

My husband and I visited Trust Auto today and I had the opportunity to
deal with Prince and Dave. They were all outstanding. The car that I came
to see was waiting for me in the lot and ready for me to test drive. I
received the best service I have ever received. They were very
accommodating and patient to answer all of my questions. The finance
guy was named Nick and that process was very smooth. I test drove the
car, they gave me the carfax records and I sealed the deal. I would highly
recommend this dealership to everyone. Everyone in the shop was
accommodating.

I will rate the dealer after I receive the truck back.
I bought it on Friday 11/10 returned it to the dealership on 11/13.. The morning of 11/11 when i went outside my brand-new concrete driveway had a pretty good sized puddle of oil on it. They say I should have my truck back today or worst case Friday, we will see. Let's see what happens when I go to pick it up. If they do the right thing. I will post a appropriate review, based on how it's handled
Wow!!! What an awesome time we had with this dealership. Car was just as they said very clean and runs great. We drove 3 1/2 hours to buy the car. It was sitting out front stout and pretty for us when we arrived. Alex and Ingrid had us in and out in less than an hour. Awesome customer service A+++ couldn’t have asked for anything better. Price was unbeatable as well. Drove the car back home another 3 1/2 hours and she was amazing. Trust Auto is a true professional used dealership with great ppl and some amazing cars! I have no complaints. I can’t remember the fellas name that did my financing paperwork but, he was a good guy. That young lady, Emmy is also an asset to the business. So far, so good! I am supposed to pick up my car today. We’ll see how that plays out!

This was the worse car buying experience ever! I got approved for the vehicle gave them a down payment of $2133.00 payed for tax and tags and everything else I had to do in order to drive away. A week later they say that my check stubs looked fraudulent from two different legitimate jobs. Two weeks passed, i sent the truck back to them because of engine problems and some inspection they said it needed. I was still going back and forth and still showing new stubs and they ask for voided checks. Voided checks? I even showed them earning statements with the actual check still attached and they still asked for voided checks. Unheard of. So I said just forget it give me my down payment back and we'll part ways. They told me they aren't giving me my down payment back. You would have to be a fool to deal with them. The Better Business bureau has them rated super low as well. I wish i had checked it out first. DisTrust auto is a more fitting name.

A total nightmare, very disappointing experience. I was interested in buying Chrysler crossfire. Text and emailed for two weeks plus. Submitted an offer and was told it was accepted. But wait, nope we need to add some dealer fees.
Let's consider the new "counter offer", no wait, dealer then says they need to add MORE dealer fees, take it or leave it attitude. I would recommend prospective buyers read all the reviews on line before considering this dealer.

He did not know basics about the Toyota truck, like how the automatic gear shift worked (I had not used one of these before). The truck had a 4 ft bed and I needed a 6 ft bed (but I hadn't made that clear when I contacted him. The truck drove poorly. Steering felt like there was no power steering at all. I ended up buying a truck elsewhere.I think the young man meant well, but lacks experience.

Less than one star would be appropriate. Even though I had confirmed my appointment and they knew I was on my way the car was not ready for me to test drive when I arrived. There were difficulties operating the basic functions, the rear tires were flat and when I questioned different functions the man was clueless and did not try to find the answers for me. They knew I was driving a long distance, over 2 hours, to come there, unfortunately I was more interested in buying this car than they were in selling it. I left and purchased a car from a dealer who was interested in my business.

Drove 6 hours round trip to see a Mazda 3 that was in "perfect mechanical condition". Dealer took 30 minutes to locate the vehicle's keys, only to give me the wrong keys. When they finally found the correct key, the key fab was missing. The car had a bad Ac compressor and signs of head gasket or radiator failure. We did not reach a deal due to the mechanical issues, which was fine. However the dealer now will not return my emails and is still advertising the car as being in excellent mechanical condition even after I pointed out the defects and their mechanic agreed. Will file a complaint with the better business bureau to hopefully prevent them from advertising seriously defective cars as mechanically excellent. It now appears that this dealership is just waiting for a customer who will not realize the car has significant issues.

I was contacted about a civic, but I ended up getting another car from Trust
Auto. I purchased a great car at a great price. However there were a few
things I found to be weird.
1. When I was buying and presenting my paperwork the owner and the
secretary were speaking in a foreign language, that didnt sit well with me
at all.
2. They have a lot of bad reviews online
3. The car's battery was dead when I got there, which isnt a big deal. But,
multiple reviews said they had the same issue.

Wasted the better part of an
afternoon driving to see this
vehicle. This, after I had a lengthy
phone conversation with the
salesman who extolled the
condition of the car. Turns out
the odometer had been rolled
back to their advertised 83,000
miles. In reality, the vehicle had
over 250,000 miles, as shown on
the Carfax presented to us at the
dealership. They met our dismay
with "the Carfax is free online"
and "the Carfax is wrong" and
"Subarus are great cars even with
over 200,000 miles on them."
Not saying they rolled that
odometer back themselves, as I
think that happened just prior to
their acquiring the vehicle at
auction. I'm only pointing out
that they advertised the lower
figure and were not up front about
the rollback alert. Would never do
business with this company
again.

Car I was looking for had been sold the day before I drove down,
settled with a mazda 6i but after taking it to a mechanic they
found thousands of dollars of repairs that still needed to be done.
Don't trust them when they say they fix all the cars in their shop.
The mechanic told me that the car wouldn't pass inspection,
however it was inspected... They are a shady dealership

Dealer comments said truck is in excellent condition everything working
great. WhenI called they couldn't even find the truckk then an hour later
they call and said it was lock in the shop cage across the stree. The
guycouldn't even tell me why. why would you advertise a truck all over the
net and lie in the comments when there is issues with the truck. I went
else where and bought a truck will never recomend these guys to anyon.

Set up an appointment to see a car and have a test drive. I
showed up, and they weren't ready for me. Had to wait 20
minutes to see the car that had no gas and wasn't cleaned.

Salesman was very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the
vehicle now but I would highly recommend anyone
making a purchase to have their own mechanic check it
out and not rely upon the staff or personnel who work
on the vehicles there to provide any accurate info about
the vehicles sold. Only 2 weeks after purchasing my
vehicle there the clutch went out resulting in a nearly
$2000 repair job which their warranty conveniently will
not cover.

minutes before I can see it. Also the guy who I was supposed to

in the shop. Very bad vibe, low communication/greeting skills. Did
not feel welcomed.

helpful and kind. they did not pressure me into anything at all. i
loved the car when i saw it in person and loved how it handled. the
car was kept in very good condition. i will recommend them to
