I spoke to the salesman on the day before I was to arrive and stated that I was interested in the 2022 tundra. I told him when I would be there the following day when I got there they said that the other dealer came and picked it up that morning. The salesman said that he tried to contact me via phone. There were no missed calls on my end from this dealer. I did get a text stating was I still interested in the vehicle while I was in route there? I will not be dealing with them again. I drove 70 miles to see this vehicle.

Wouldn't recommend this dealership. Tried to have a car delivered 30 mins away due to scheduling and work and Matt treated me like a criminal because I wouldn't come in "it seems fishy" he said. This dealership lost a sale and I bought a Nissan somewhere else.

The experience was perfect! My salesman, Moses, provided the best customer service experience I could’ve asked for. He exceeded my expectations. I drove up from Savannah for my test drive. He spent a couple of hours with me as I went over the car with a fine toothed comb. He answered all of my questions and we actually found a couple of answers (regarding the computer) together. I would definitely send any of my friends or family to see Moses. I love my new car. It’s just what I’ve been searching for!

Tru Auto made sure I got what I wanted. I purchased this vehicle because it was exactly what I wanted and they made sure everything was good. I love Tru Auto because they always make sure you are getting what you want and at a reasonable price.

Dealer made immediate contact through a returned e-mail, but I could not visit the dealership to view the vehicle for several days. During the interim, the price of the vehicle was lowered by over $500. When I arrived at the dealership for a test drive, they would not honor the price reduction. I would not agree to purchase the vehicle at the higher rate. I attempted to contact with the person at 9:00 AM the next morning who had originally contacted me by e-mail, to ask for assistance in getting the dealership to honor the rate posted on-line. They did not respond until 3:00 in the afternoon. I did finally receive a call from the dealership saying they would honor the reduced price, but by then another buyer was in negotiations and I lost the vehicle. This dealership appears to be a satellite of a much larger dealership and communication between the 2 was poor and caused me to lose the purchase. If they had honored the reduced price during my visit, I would have purchased it that day.

The website said it only had 75k miles and I show up there and the sticker on
the window says 118,700 then get inside the truck and the dash say 119,900.
They said the car just got there a few days ago, someone using it as their
daily driver and put a 1k miles on it in a week.

I traded in my 2005 Cadillac DeVille for a 2007 CTS with 80,200 miles.
Some minor items and brakes were resolved prior to my taking title of the
car.. I could not be more pleased with service and prep of the car. Tru Car
Auto gas true cars and stand behind sales.

They treated us bad they did not want to deal and there was a lot of things
wrong with the car. There was no oil and there rack was leaking. They acted
like they did not car for the safety of the customers. All they care about is
money. There was no customer service. They would not talk with me even
though I /female was the One buying the car. They wanted to talk to my
boyfriend. I would not tell anyone one to go there. They have very bad
customer service.
