my sale guy was so friendly and helpful
Dealer wasted a lot of my time with trying to make a deal. I explained to them that I was working with a local dealer and they said that they would sell me the same car but from their dealership and hour and a half away. He also said that they would beat the deal that I had already worked up with the local Toyota dealer and would beat the trade in offer. At the end of the day they kept dragging me along saying that the next deal they write up for me would be better. Spoiler alert, it wasn't. They didn't even match the other dealer! they sent me a total of like 4 offers and I had to wait hours to even get those. At the end of the day they sent one last offer that was worse than the deal I had already worked on locally so I stopped responding and went and bought the exact car with the exact deal that I told them about 30 minutes later. I told them to make me travel that far out of the way with a 6 month old they would need to send me something concrete so I didn't travel far for nothing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Their website listed one price, but CarGurus showed a discounted price for the same vehicle. When I inquired, they completely denied ever listing the discount—even after I sent them multiple screenshots and links clearly showing the lower CarGurus price.
Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to honor the price. It felt like a complete waste of time. The staff came off as dishonest and more interested in making a profit than treating customers fairly. Definitely not the kind of professionalism you’d expect when making a major purchase like a car.
I strongly suggest verifying everything in writing before visiting, or better yet, avoiding them altogether. Very frustrating and not worth the hassle.

Still currently engaged in a buying status with the dealer. The dealer is communicating but have to be sure that you keep the dealer updated with your purchase information. Meaning the dealer needs to be addressed accordingly to the situation at hand and do not expect them to be on the same page if you have a process started.

The salesperson was very helpful and tried to reach a deal on the car. However, management was not very helpful. The first
offer they presented on the car included a $3,100 line item for "ro". When I asked what that was, I was told that it was a fee
for making a 180 point used car inspection. That "fee" should have been included as part of the car's sales price, and it
actually made the car more expensive than a new 2024 model. After much negotiation, we reached a "drive-out" price, only
to discover the day of the closing - when I was scheduled to drive from Atlanta to Montgomery — that the Georgia ad valorem
tax had not been included in the drive-out price, although everyone with whom I had spoken knew I lived in Georgia.
Management would not agree to stick to the drive-out price to which we had agreed, and when I asked them to split the
"extra" cost of the Georgia tax, they refused. Attempting to add a $3,100 "fee" to the "GOOD" Cargurus price was grossly
deceptive.

I worked with the used car Team and Earl was excellent. I lived 200 miles
away and we made a great deal. When I got there they had it all set up and I
was in and out of the dealership in an hour to include a nice test drive. If you
want a great car buying experience this is the place.

Found a Corolla that was just what I wanted,
requested a lower price.Got a response noting
my interest, nothing addressing the price. Again
sent in another inquire. Same response. On the
3rd try I got a call, explained the situation and
ask about the equipment. Nothing was done, no
response to verify my concerns and No one
followed up to answered my previous questions .
