Tom's Ford was incredibly easy to work with from New York City. We got everything negotiated over the phone and I got a no surprises proposal that didn't change when I arrived. I got a ride down from the city and I was home shortly after.
After going to dealers running scam after scam, Tom's was refreshing in their honesty and how much they stand behind their cars. Not only do they sell vehicles at a fair price, but they warranty the engines for life!

Staff is amazing especially AL, he took enough time to listen to what I wanted instead of selling me something that I didn't. Even though they were busy and I was running late he made it work. He was extremely honest rather then telling me what I wanted to hear, and was super nice to my 11 year old. I will definitely return again and recommend them highly.

Awesome experience. Gerry was amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and treated us like family. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the deal. The whole process was quick and effortless. Andrea was also awesome explaining all the numbers and paperwork. If your looking for a dealership that is very friendly and treats you like family, Tom's Ford is it.

The few out there available for sale for $10k on average over MSRP. Your review is actually surprising considering most people who know the RS already know what the car is selling for. Quick and easy. Considering the age of the vehicle was offset by the
incredibly low mileage and four new Cooper tires, the price I paid was fair.

the truch they were selling had major problems that they hide. Front end
collision, oil leak, needed brakes etc.. didnt buy

We have a budget category of vehicles that have different reconditioning standards than our vehicles above $9,000. It's impossible to completely recondition a $5,000 car to be perfect, so we focus on making sure that the vehicle is safe and is in mechanically decent condition.

My fiancée and I had a great experience
purchasing our 2003 Ford Excursion
from this dealer. We worked out a great
deal with Mike Bastedo, he wasn't your
typical salesman that was looking and
pushing for a sale. I'd come back for
another vehicle from tom's ford.
Had a good conversation with the representative. Unfortunately, the car was sold already. Perhaps they should consider removing the ad.
