Dave Eason was very attentive and patient as I worked out my bank deals. This dealer prices their card VERY competotively as well. Didn’t feel predatory at all, lol.

Dennis and Darris had 5 star customer service. They were very helpful and did everything in their power to be sure we were pleased and taken care of. The only downfall were a couple initial mix-ups in the vehicles we were supposed to be seeing. We highly recommend doing business with this company.

They were really good about getting back with me even though it was a holiday. I told them what I wanted to pay and ask them to give me an "out the door" price. Rather than discuss options, the woman told me I could look up other cars at their dealership that were available in my price range. I see now that they have reduced it again but she would not even discuss price reductions with me. Too bad, I was willing to buy it and pay cash.

The dealer contacted me online and that was great, but when I arrived it must have been too early because I waited inside for 20 minutes or so before anyone came. I eventually called and asked if anyone worked there. Then because of the few number of salesmen, I was rushed out the door with a quote and was told to decide what I wanted. Not a very good experience.

The dealer did not get back to me on my initial offer but did after a subsequent contact. They were very apologetic and offered what I considered a great deal on the car. Just happens that I received a better deal on a year later model. I would recommend them.

Pricing is high. They also have some of the highest "fees" I have ever seen. Don't go here unless you have very deep pockets.

I love the older retro feel to the place. It's a not a store that is fast paced like others they really make you feel like family. It was fun to deal with them everyone was so warm and inviting. It's a very relaxed place and never once did I feel I was pressured into buying a vehicle! Don't let the size of the dealership fool you, Classic Chevrolet of Kannapolis is a step above the rest!
