Bery respectful, helpful, and made the whole process very easy! The whole process from arrival to driving off in our new car took maybe 3-4 hours! That included 2 test drives, signing paperwork, and us taking pictures!

As soon as I saw it on line I called and offered a deposit to hold it for 3 days. Drove from Long Island to PA and the car was more than I ever expected. The salesman and everyone at the dealer was awesome. Live my new Lexus
Very quick response and made me aware of any issues that were not listed because
they discovered them after the posting. Would def feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle
from them.

Sales Manager is a complete jerk. Wanted him to hold the car for a few
hours while I went to drive another. Even offered $10K to hold it. They lost a
sale that day as I purchased the other car. Will never even consider this
dealership again.

I had a great experience with the Thompson team. Every one was polite and courteous. They responded to my emails and text promptly. Wayne my sales person was very helpful in purchasing my vehicle and was pleasant to work with. Sharon in there finance department was also very pleasant to work with and helpful in the process. I'm very pleased with my experience there and the vehicle I purchased.

It was awesome. The dealer had a lot of patience in walking me through all the charges and went through all the documents with me.But before all these , he sent a Uber driver my way because I was having transportation problems getting to the dealership.He finally took me to the car and explain all the new technology in the car to my understanding. He made my day, he was awesome.

The salesperson and one of the sells manager called me last weekend and told me the vehicle was available.I got a call that Monday saying the vehicle was gone.Funny it is still showing on there website.Guess that didn’t want to sell me the car.

very helpful with a used Lexus I was interested in from another dealer which would require some cosmetic work. dealer went out of their way to give me details of the work and the approx. price I would pay if I decided to purchase the vehicle (which I did not).

Ryan McKinnon responded to my email about this car very quickly. When I got there the next day Ryan was busy so he happily referred me to another sale person. The only reason they contacted me, was to tell me the car was sold. I don't believe the car was sold that day, in fact not really sure they had the car on the lot still anyway during my initial contact. I highly doubt someone going to purchase a Lexus opted for the VW but hey you never know.

The pictures and description did not reflect the condition of the vehicle. I made an appointment to travel to the dealer for a test drive and had every intention to buy the vehicle. The internet sales rep called to let me know that the pictures did not show that the paint on the roof was faded and that the front brakes would need to be serviced at the next inspection. A second call from the dealer let me know that the paint was also pealing. A third call let me know that the internet rep has JUST started the vehicle and noticed an engine vibration which led him to have their garage mechanics look into the cause of the vibration. He related that the mechanic first told him that the vibration would go away after the car WARMED up. After a closer look, the mechanic said that the motor mounts would need to be replaced and that there were three motor mounts and parts alone would be $300 per mount not including labor to replace them. None of these issues were covered in the description of the vehicle. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and vowed not to do business with them in the future.

The SUV I was looking at online was exactly what the car
looked like in person. The pictures represented the suv well.
I purchased the car and the buying process went very
smooth. My price was good as I was willing to wait until the
price dropped, it finally did so I purchased the car.

When I walked in nobody greeted me or even asked if I needed help. I stood there waiting and then I finally walked over to two salesmen who were taking to each other and told them I was looking for Tom (a salesman I had been emailing back and forth) they pointed to his desk where he was on the phone talking. Tom was excellent and friendly and the only reason I give this dealership 3 stars. My wife said I was ignored because I drove up to a Lexus dealership in a green 2002 Honda Odyssey. I did buy the vehicle I came to look at because of Tom. Other then that, I was disappointed with my initial experience.

website it was just an image of car on
there site.... but what got me upset is I
emailed them for the price for the car
and salesman sent me back an email
with a price for a car they didn't even
have... I drove 1hour and 20 minutes to
purchase a vehicle that they didn't even
have...
