The price listed on carguru was $70k. I reached out and confirmed that the price was $70k and set up an
appointment. After confirming pricing, I came for my appointment to see that the price was $96k. Bait and
switch approach to improve foot traffic I guess? The sales rep I met with was great, only positive.

Honestly not impressed on the rate they gave me for a AT4X 2500 2025 and the salesman kept saying I was too young to be basically buying a truck like the one i wanted , so i ended up going to a better dealership and i got me the 2025 AT4X WITH A AMAZING RATE so be careful with thompson Buick salesman’s they’re not very helpful .
Called ahead to make an appointment. Was told while driving the car might not be available. Got there and the car was on a lift being repaired. Two other cars we wanted to look at that were listed on their site were no where to be found. Drove about 30-40 min one way to not look at any cars.

Dealer initially responded at first, but after I asked a few follow-up questions they never responded back. When I reached back out they informed me the truck already sold.

If your not rich don’t waste your time drove 1 hours to go there they had me waiting for 1 hour and the seller just talk to me for 20 min after he saw my 650 credit didn’t even try to sell me anything had a Tacoma for trade didn’t even bother to look at it sorry dealers but i got my truck somewhere else thank God

they've been heavy on e-mail follow-ups and have called but it seems like they've ignored what I'm looking
for. I contacted them about buying a Canyon, yet I get a form-letter e-mail from the GM about what he can
do for me if I "help him out" by buying a Cadillac or Buick.
Sure bud, I'd love to help you out...which Cadillac or Buick is 4 wheel drive, with a 5 foot bed, tow package,
maybe a crew cab?

I called ahead to make sure the vehicle was available and it was. So I drove down and learned the vehicle was not on the lot because it had already been sold. They tried to sell me a more expensive and different make of a vehicle instead. Note, my salesman was nice and professional.

Contacted dealer with questions about their fees on a sub-$9000 car. Their "reply" didn't answer any of my questions but asked a ton of their own questions (template, impersonal email), and suggested a $103,000 car as something with a little more equipment. That's not a typo. Then, I received emails from various people using other people's email address. Very insulting and unprofessional and I would never do business with them.

Trevor responded to my request to look at this vehicle quickly. He was very accommodating to my schedule and my request to look at multiple cars. He understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and kept me updated with cars that he thought would fit my request.
