buyer beware this guy is not a man of his word and will
sell a car out from under you no matter what was
arranged , scheduled pick up was set and the car was
sold less than 24 hours prior not only was the pick up
time set finances were secured and insurance was in
place but none of that mattered was notified at 11pm
by text pretty gutless if you ask me

This was very different experience as a previous customer. This (Jeep) was not ready for
anything at the very least a test drive, it was an older model understandable. I would say bring a
mechanic if you're not one yourself. I bought a car 8 years ago from them and it was great. It was
a fleet car (didn't tell me at the time) Solid car! I still have it! However, this jeep at a jeep
dealership was confusing and very shady in my opinion. They need to be more diligent on the
mechanics, integrity, and not just a sell.

Mark was very helpful and no pressure sales.
I drove from Cincy to Columbus to view this car. I met with Mark, he runs the place, and he showed me the car. Mark was very pleasant and real easy to talk to. He didn’t “sell” me a whole lot; I think he’s more of a “let the car speak for itself” kind of guy. His finance guy, Bobby, and I talked numbers and it was quick and painless. Honestly, I told the guy what I wanted to pay and he didn’t miss. They don’t have a lot of cars but the quality of the ones they do have seem like they’re solid (possibly CPO status). They drove the car all the way down for me with some paperwork to signed and swapped with my trade in. I highly recommend this place and I plan on going back ima year or so for a lift kit and a roof rack installation. And yes I am a real customer not a paid affiliate for The Motor Collection. I’m an elementary school counselor, if that helps you believe that I’m a real person lol. Thanks Mark!

Lower miles yes but car needs TLC... The sales guy has absolutely no budge in his price so I could not buy this car the color of it may be gold but the car Is NOT made of gold but the Salesman act like it was the way he would not budge at all..... had to buy a car with less problems.

I reached out to Mark on 3 different platforms, I was probably highly annoying but I wanted this car SO BADLY. Mark responded on all of them in a timely manner with up to date information regarding the truck! As I type this my bank is underwriting the loan for financing! :) The listing itself is accurate! The pictures represent the true condition of the car both the exterior and interior. The truck was ready for the test drive as soon as I hit the lot and Mark was humorous and professional. He definitely put me at ease, considering that car buying can be a huge headache! Mark was familiar with my credit union as well and had worked with them before; that also put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and others. I hear he's got a gold caddy ready tah go!

I presented a cash offer close to asking price
Dealer wanted full price after searching other convertibles I found one will 20k less miles and would not have to ship car .
The odd thing was car sold the next day I wondered if it was really something that that had.
The sales rep was rude at first back n forth gave me the no haggling deal and I asked all service mantance on vehicle sales rep said like I told you it was done just found that rude response to a customer.

Poor, poor poor, communication. They had a vehicle listed on multiple sites without pictures & I emailed asking for some. I received an email back days later with a link to one of the same sites with no pictures. I emailed back numerous times without getting a response & the car ended up being sold. I could never recommended a place that neglects potential customers.

Mark was excellent throughout the process. He patiently walked me through the history of the car and its features. We also enjoyed some good music on the test drive. He gave me a fair price on my trade-in and made the entire process quick and effortless. Mark was also great on follow-up (both prior to and after the sale). I would highly recommend Mark to colleagues, friends and family.

arrived early for appointment to view, totally ignored by office staff. jeep
had several issues not listed, missing parts, nail in tire, etc... the mileage
was incorrect since the salesman was using the jeep for his personal use,
weekends at the lake with jet ski's. purchased price listed of 13,980, no
negotiation available, had a certified letter of loan up to 14,6xx and still
wanted me to pay $800+ out of pocket after letter. Offered me the jeep and
$4500 for my truck, then offered $20k for my truck outright. Bank told me
before I went to see it, my truck trade in $25k, $23k would be fair. I do not
recommend this place, however it is a small business, and can't offer like
the big dealers. I get that !! I have money to spend, but do not have money
to throw away or burn.

Mark was very Friendly and helpful. He was honest about the truck and was willing to let my Mechanic take a look. I went on vacation and when I got back it was sold. I had a feeling, but it couldn't be helped. I would look at more vehicles from this dealer if the right one matched again.

I came in and told dealer that I will back that sameday on a Sunday by appointment only. Dealer never communicated that someone else was going to see that same vehicle that day. Remember this is not a walk situation you must make appointmentioned and sold the vehicle. He knew I was coming back that sameday. I was paying full price cash as well.

Although we want every customer to come back and purchase a vehicle, the reality is, that 90% of the people who tell us they will be back, don’t come back. We make our vehicles available on a First come first serve basis. We really can’t turn away a customer because somebody else told us they were coming back to buy it. Dealer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and accommodating for a test drive, however overall condition of vehicle was not what was represented both interior and exterior, i.e. too many minor to major issues that would require repairs. Dealer was also helpful in offering to secure financing.
