Very nice and very helpful
Kind, humorous and welcoming. I had Joe Dial, and even though I didn’t buy a car, he kept it real with me and he was extremely helpful. I am young, and a first time buyer and he let me know steps i could take to be able to get this car or better. So that, makes me want to go back for when I can get a car.

Went to test drive the 2015 S550 and when I started the vehicle, the engine started rattling, which was followed by a malfunction light indicating issues with the airmatic suspension. Front window needed repairs
. For this to be Mercedes flagship model, I was very disappointed with the condition and overall cleaniness of the vehicle. The only positive interaction had was with the sales person, Justin!
My salesman was Justin, Very responsive from the first call. He sent me alll the info and extra pictures of the vehicle. Set up financing and paperwork over the phone, when I got there all I had to do was sign and drive. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles but this was the best dealer experience of all. I’ve already referred friends to this dealership. Loved the whole experience. Thanks.

Great time even though I didn’t purchase
Best dealer I've ever dealt with. And I've dealt with a lot. Responded to all my calls. Super nice. Gave me all the info I needed. Didn't make me feel stupid for different questions I asked. Didn't hover over me or pressure me like most do. Handed me the key and let me look at my truck by myself. Then let me test drive it by myself. Purchased through my bank. Buy the time I came back. They had everything printed out and ready for me to sign. Went very smoothly and swiftly. I stayed at the bank longer than I was at the dealer. Very professional. Reasonable pricing, at least on my vehicle. Highly recommend!!!
