Flew into Houston arrived at the Dealership closed the deal in a timely manner, I was on the road home quickly, No problems with the vehicle drove 1,200 miles, No Issues

Integrity in this scenario is doing what you say. They did.
Be careful when dealing with this
dealership. I purchased a 2016
Maserati and within a week of
getting it the AC stopped
working,brake pads light came on.
Took it to the Maserati dealership
and it has over 10k dollars worth
of damage just to fix the ac. I knew
the car was wrecked but it said no
major damage but the car was put
back together with zip ties. It’s
been over 2 months now and still
haven’t received the title so I can
register the vehicle and get a tag
and getting penalties cause it’s
been over 30 days. My advice is
go to another dealership cause
this one will cause you more
money and not take any
accountability for the vehicles they
sell and own. They famous words
are we selling as is but but selling
20 plus thousand dollars vehicles
you should stand behind what you
sell and not sell lemons
I advised the salesman I lived 820 miles away from the dealership, so couldn't make it down for a
test drive. I was advised if I was interested in buying the Buick,(beautiful car), I could make an
offer, seal the deal over the phone or internet, and the Buick would be delivered to me. In light of
the fact I would have a trade in, a 2021 Subaru Outback Limited, with one accident, minimal
damage, and overall a very good car, I would not be able to deal for it at this time. Everyone there
was very helpful and friendly. Thanks .

This is not what you expect from second hand car
dealership, these guys are great and they are NO guys, let
me lay out;
NO Bait cars sold 45 min before you arrive but stay on
Cargurus 3 days more,
NO hidden we put the shoe shine BS package with some
jack therefore pay me $2000 more on top of Cargurus
price,
NO holding your driver's license in and hold you hostage
against your wish.
NO credit BS about the price you see at Cargurus is
finance price after $5,000 down payment crap
NO let me ask my leader, let me ask my floor manager, let
me ask my finance manager, let me ask my dealer ship
manager 1 hr intervals
we go in, we ask the price of the car, they tell us what the
price is we took the car for test with Cashier's check
number on hand, that was it.
it all took 1 hr. unfortunately wife found Nissan a lot
smaller than Yukon so we didn't buy. I wish all car dealers
are like them. Special thanks to Mr.
Moses, he was courteous professional, and to the core of
the business, he is GR8.

the truck you test drove was a 2008 truck with 170k miles on it, basically a cheap work truck, nothing of what you mentioned was wrong with the the truck. in fact we sold it the next day.

Overall experience with Texas Star Motors was very positive and smooth. No pressure while on the lot checking out vehicles, we completed the deal with a handshake, and the actual processing of the purchase was efficient and quick.

Another junk peddler.. update..I guess
that wasn't enough into, so here ya go. I
went to Texas Star Motors to look at a f-
150.. it was listed as clean, no accidents..
79k miles.. but the hood was once red..
painted white, flapping because the left
hinge wasn't installed correctly, when you
pop the hood it won't stay open, because
there are no springs that would normally
be there.. the four wheel drive won't
engage, seems out of alignment, like been
wrecked.. and the other two vehicles I
looked at were in similar condition. That's
what I call a junk peddler..

By Reading your review i felt you test drove a brand new truck, the truck you came to look at is 11 years old, i told you that that truck was red and the previous owner painted it white, the hood shocks were missing but these are very cheap and easy to replace, you told me the 4x4 is little hard to engage and now you saying it won't, However considering the year of the truck its pretty normal, i tried to show you newer trucks but you were not interested.

Texas Star Motors contacted me several times about this truck ! I am very pleased with their response to me & the questions that I had ! I love that truck but I can't get up the down payment ! I do have a 2000 F-150 Ford extended cab to trade in on it ! I would recommend this company to anyone !
