Horrific.

This dealership scheduled a time for me to come view the vehicle I drove an hour away to see it and when I arrived the vehicle was in the shop and could not be view. And the person I spoke to whom I was supposed to meet with was not there to help me.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a car dealership. I arrived to see the car and they didn't have the keys. I left the dealership. I called back a few hours later to see if they located the keys and they said no. They then told me since they didn't have the keys for the car I initially looked at they would sell me another comparable car for the same price as the one I originally went to see. I drove back to the dealership to see the car. I figured they were going to make me a good deal as a customer since my initial experience was not good. IT GOT WORSE! The guy tells me they can't sell me the other car for the same price because the salesman wasn't authorized to make that call. Then they said the price ADVERTISED ONLINE was not the actual price. In the tiny fine print under the "dealership info" it says the price shown is AFTER a 10% DEPOSIT. False, manipulative advertising at its finest! These guys are the worst representatives of the auto sales industry. I would avoid them!

Poor......great response on phone, but arrived not knowing where to go inside ...everyone too busy to even look up much less speak to me....the car didn't have oil that touched the stick, exhaust was wet,black soot....hard to believe less than 90,000 miles.....lady apologizedfor missing us and bade us return to rectify the situation but we were burn out from all the traffic and trying to find a place to park
