Great experience

charging 5500 over MSRP, nuts when I found and purchased same exact model for just under MSRP

They were very helpful and professional. Brought the car to us, which really helped my husband and I. I would definitely do business with them again!

If I could leave no stars I would. Dealer offered pennies for my trade in when a few other dealerships offered twice as much. I went to Team Nissan for a specific model and trim they had in stock. The salesman was pushy and kept saying "just go to your bank and get the check" after I repeatedly told him the numbers did not work for me. He insisted on giving me a buyers order for numbers that did not work for me. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and now have a brand new 2021 vehicle.

My overall experience at Team Nissian was good. They got back to me quickly. The car was definitely clean and available for a test drive. They were friendly. I would recommend Team Nissian and Nissian overall. Almost 200k miles on my old maxima without any major problems. Service your Nissian regularly and it will be good to you. Thanks Team Nissian. Found Team Nissan of Vineland Nj through Car Gurus during my car search. I called them a few hours before I came since I was driving from out of state .Issac said he would have both models ready for me to look at. When I arrived Issac was there but was unavailable to help and had to wait for another salesman to help. Esaias pretty nice at first both cars of course wasn't ready had to go to the lot to find it so that i could test drive it. Finally when it was time to negotiate a deal. That was stressful they failed to tell us about the 1.9 at first they said they didn't offer that then when we pulled it up online they all in a sudden said they offer it. lack of knowledge coming from amateur salesmen at this dealership. Reached out to the dealership on Monday and told them that i would be coming back to purchase the car that I wanted. And to please have it ready. Once again driving from out of state It took me about 1:45 to get there you think that the car would be ready. Finally

I had an appt to go view the car. Drove 45 minutes only to be told it sold several days before.

Set up appointment, travelled 30 miles and the sales person was off the day appointment was set. Vehicle was not show ready. Strong smell and had coffee grinds in rear of vehicle. Will not go back.

Terrible experience me and the salesman walked around with the key looking for the car that I wanted to see we couldn't find it he found out that one of the managers had it so they told me to come back tomorrow they going to have it cleaned up for me so I can test drive so I get a call the next morning the guy tells me he sold the car the manager never had it but I think he was lying cuz he had the spare key we was looking for the car so how you going to sell a car without given themn the spare key.

Sales people are nice. But used cars needs lots of work done before it can be put up for sale. It seems like they trying to sell trade in cars in exactly same conditions cars coming there.

Dealership was honest and knew what they were doing

Truck was dirty, didn’t start, had a flat tire and leather was ripped in various places.

Dealer contact was quick and they provided requested information. They were honest. I did not buy vehicle but they offered help with others.

Prompt response and good follow up; awaiting a time the will allow me to look at and test drive the 350. Very satisfied with this dealership response and respect of me (the customer) !

While the salesman was very nice and easy to talk to, the used car sales manager however, was rude and unprofessional. I would never want to have to deal with him, and I haven't gone back after my initial test drive

Bought a USED car from them at full price because they thought it was priced just fine. Mean while there were several problems with the car once I got it home. Have been trying to reach them and they do not call you back
