Only dealership I’ve been to that does not accept cash. They try their best to run your credit even for cash deals . Cash deals should never require a credit check.

The vehicle could have been sold that day or a day before you were or contacted us. Once a vehicle sells it doesn't get removed immediately, it takes a few hours for the systems to communicate and sync with the inventory. We apologize the vehicle was sold, unfortunately there was nothing we could do.

Spent a couple of days in communication with the dealer. Arrived at a price and ready to drive the 3 1/2 hours to complete
the deal. Sales guy called back and said just found out it was sold. Would have been nice to know before making all the
other arrangements and efforts.

I cannot say enough great things about Tansky and I want to make special note to Billy. This is a rare dealership that treated me excellent and he went above and beyond when he did not have to. I was serious about purchasing a vehicle and was going to arrive late, Billy stayed late and I purchased the vehicle. Great customer service at a great price for a great vehicle. This was a win.

Car dealership was slow. We spent almost a week waiting to hear back for an answer and kept getting the run around. By the end of the week I was being very obviously ignored. I spoke with a MANAGER in regards to my concerns and customer service and he told me not to blame him. I wasn't looking to place blame, but simply get an answer. After getting all the information I needed in an 8 minute conversation I decided this dealership didn't deserve my business after all and got better rates and newer vehicle. I would never recommend them to anyone for they are nothing but careless, lazy and the most unmotivated dealership I have ever been too. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Quick and persistent responses, but attitudes quickly changed when it came to negotiating. I simply asked to match a price from another dealer on the same make/model/year, but with half of the mileage as their listing. Communication quickly ended with the question “what are you trying to accomplish here?”

I drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive car. Got there an hour early. Contacted a very rude salesperson who said to wait bc she just got lunch. Which was fine so I waited After waiting an hour she told me the car sold 1/2 hr ago. She was beyond rude. Guess this is how they treat their customers.

The dealer responded quickly to my request. They stayed in constant contact when I had questions, was important to me as I live 2 hours from the dealer. I ended up buying the vehicle. They made it very easy.

Zack was very friendly, not pushy and very helpful...but...
I would recommend if you drive the car and want it buy it that minute. I drove the car loved it, but didnt have my trade in with me. I live out of town, made an appointment to come back, emailed them my approval for financing and they sold it the night before I was supposed to get it.

A sales person responded back to a text message, I specifically ask if the vehicle had been in an accident and they stated no but there had been a few incidents reported but no accidents. I made a 50 mile trip to Columbus to test drive the car and was told the car had been in an accident, hit from the front and rear. I was very disappointed and left. Bought a vehicle from another dealership.

I made an appointment to see the car. It was one of only 2 dealerships that offered to let me take the car for a test drive without a sales
person. That was a plus. On the downside it was a 90 degree day and they failed to mention that the car's A/C was broken. The price
seemed better than average but when I asked about having my mechanic look the car over, the sales manager said that they wouldn't allow
it unless the mechanic came to the dealership to do the review in their garage. They were afraid that something would be stolen from the
car, I think is what he said. There was no way my mechanic was going to agree to drive an hour each way to do a presale assessment
without me dropping a boatload of cash. This made me a little suspicious of the place after other dealers had said, "No problem" to the
same question. Ultimately that killed the deal for me.

Dealer contacted me back quickly. Was willing to negotiate over phone and discuss pricing. Was fairly easily contacted over multiple transactions. Offered me to come view /drive the car (I had already drove the car multiple times before trying to negotiate). Was unable to match my desired price but was courteous during transaction.

I did not have much contact with this dealership. I called on a Toyota Highlander and was originally told that the car had been sold. I was contacted two days later about this same vehicle. Apparently it had not been sold. By this point I was no longer interested in this vehicle.

I have no car and cannot ride a bus to the dealership because not on bus line. At first the salesman said "no problem, we will bring the car to you for a test drive." After about three days with no call backs, I called again and salesman told me that his sales manager said it was against their policy to deliver cars for a test drive but that they would credit the cost of a cab or Uber ride against the price of the car if I would buy it. Needless to say, they lost my sale and interest in the car.

Although this didn’t end up working out for me Kirby was extremely helpful and tried his best. I loved that they didn’t just run my information to numerous places. They did the numbers on their end to try and see which bank would be a better fit, if any. After realizing this truck wouldn’t be a good fit he offered other options. Overall, good experience, but I was frustrated that after I returned from the
test drive, the sales person was nowhere to be found. I waited for 20
minutes and ended up leaving because no one came to help me discuss
the car further.

I received a response from a dedicated and diligent member of the service team right away. I was invited to the dealership for a test drive and enjoyed my experience with the sales team and finance manager.
I was impressed with the Tansky promise and proud to be shopping at a locally family owned and operated dealership. Will continue to recommend this dealership to everyone I know that's in the market for a new or used vehicle; wonderful experience!

The only reason I'm rating this dealer is because this dealer is the ONLY
dealer that I've seen not "accidentally" label the trim levels on their vehicles
wrong. I have seen all the other Toyota dealerships in central Ohio mislable
trim packages on CERTIFIED vehicles. If the dealerships are reviewing
vehicles and completing the 100+ safety inspection to guarantee and certify
the vehicle and can't get the trim level correct, I don't want them to sell me a
vehicle.

Spoke with dealer on the phone and went to look at vehicle. On arrival I was told there was a deposit on the vehicle holding it for more then a week. Did the whole spiel about contact information and was told they would let me know if it was sold or not. No reply from dealer received. Saw vehicle again online about 10 later. Emailed dealer and received email and was told vehicle had already been sold.

Jeep was sold the day I contacted the dealer.
I informed a Tansky salesman of my expectations in advance
that I wanted a late model low mileage vehicle that looked like
new inside and out, and that it is a 170 mile rounnd trip from my
home to come to the dealership to examine the 2015 Odyssey
with only 20,405 miles. He assured me that he believed the
vehicle would meet my high expectations. I drove there and
was shocked. A one minute look showed the vehicle showed
real neglect inside & out. Even a line of rust extended all the
way across the rear bumper where the hatch door closes. The
bottom edge of the door also was covered with rust. When this
was pointed out, the sales rep responded that the vehicle had
not yet been cleaned up!!! That experience ensured that I would
not be doing business with that dealer nor recommend them to
others.

Called the dealer about price for car. Ask
sales guy if the price was right and he
said "What do you think?" I told him I just
wanted to make sure. He then said rudely
again "I would of bought it already" and
then hung up on me. With that said, I
won't go or call this dealership again.

yet another liar trying to hook people - the 2010 Avalon Limited listed is NOT a Limited. No wood grain interior and no Limited nameplate on the back - why do I know more about this car than THEY DO? Either they're not familiar with the product (even though they're a Toyota dealer) or they're purposely trying to deceive people to think they're getting a deal.
