I call on a Saturday car was in shop.. set up an appointment for Tuesday 11am (perfect day to see car) according to sales person, because it gets picked up from shop Tuesday I get there Tuesday 10:40am after a 2 hr drive and car Was sold Monday night no call no heads up no nothing…

Overall vehicle condition glossed over. Salesman pretended to be powerless. Seemed only interested in a quick sale. Had little to no knowledge of finance.

Received the incorrect financing information, at first, which almost caused me purchase elsewhere. Fortunately, I checked again and all was well. They need to prep the cars better but otherwise, a good experience. My sales rep, Yaman was great! Thank you, Sergei, in financing.

It was a weird one to say the least, but the car I got is better than I could ever have hoped for. Test drive a lot, but this one is just, different. Nice staff too, Yaman seems to be a very talented salesman, as well as Shaune.

The response was very prompt. I was inquiring about a vehicle they had advertised online. They said that there was a deposit down on it but they would contact me if the sale fell through. Six weeks later, the vehicle is still advertised for sale online and my follow-up email was not returned.

Responded to my interest in a car 2 or 3 days after my initial inquiry. By then it didn’t matter I bought the same make and model of a dealer that called me and set up an appointment.

I like people who are honest and he did not waste my time trying to get me to go two hours from my home to find a car that would not suit what I am looking for.

This is an awful place. We gave them an hour notice we were coming to test drive a specific car and they made no attempt to clean it up. Puke stains on the seats. Very ghetto

Horrible ! They advertised the price at $15,000, and then charged me $16,500 claiming it was because of my bad credit. They attempted to clean the car but left swirl marks and left over polish everywhere. They promised me the chip for my navigation, but never sent it. Last but most importantly they treat Black people differently - when you first walk in the door regarding credit issues. They first tried to charge me 27% interest - that’s when I headed to the door, but they quickly changed their tune. Don’t walk away - run away from Taj Auto!

A time was set up to test drive a vehicle. We showed up only to find out the car was sold. Had they at least called me to say someone bought it, it would have been fine, but that never happened...instead, they completely wasted my time. Then they told me I had missed my appointment...which I had not, this was the excuse given for bad customer service. They gave me the appointment and then screwed it up and put it down for the wrong day...Not even an honest apology. I would never go back just for those reasons.

They called a number of times, however I had an appointment to see this car and I received a text they sold it prior to my appointment. I mentioned I had surgery that week and could not come out until Saturday. Sad, they seem like nice people. The car was exactly what I was looking for, I do know it's a first come first serve, so partly my fault.

They got back to me right away, I went the next day to test drive. After driving 4 suv’s, choose a different one then I went to drive.

Dealer provided internet price, but when showed up to see the car had price $1000 less and would only honor that price if I went with their financing.

Good communication. Bought vehicle elsewhere since the one I was interested in was sold the same day but people were courteous in maintaining communication while I was still looking.

They only send genetic emails. No one actually read them or responds. Becuase this dealer is over an hour away I wanted to discuss my trade in before making the drive. I called once and was told someone would email me about my trade (I emailed them the vin and description) but I never heard back. Now I just email messages about managers specials.

Yaman Is a very nice salesman. Needs more experience on the sales side, but very personable. It may close the deal in the future, but not give me a number for the vehicle I was interested in it before I left. They just gave me the sticker price as I left. Not smart from a sales perspective, need to give customers a number when they leave the used car store. You can’t shop to use cars against each other they’re all different it doesn’t hurt to give a Customer number on the used car when they leave.

Very Poor. Did not answer questions nor supply requested information. This is an absolute hassle. Dealers use the "Web" to augment print ads but have not shown the ingenuity to change their processes. I need an innovative level of service e.g., a "broker service" which has the car vetted and delivered once assurances are given, and a initial period warranty offered. I did this for a very successful dealership for 5 years after my retirement from the competitive corporate world. Most of all, they don't hesitate to take up your valuable time with their needless "Sales Calls" which are both annoying and intrusive. I need detailed information up front to avoid wasted time and travel before going to a dealership. In all cases, they will avoid paying "sales commissions" because I know what I want and don't need "Sales" getting into the process. Again, they operate on an outdated business paradigm. They need to show the intelligent initiative to leverage WWW technology, instaed fo "Keep'In on, Keep'in on" in the same old outdated ways.

I called instantly after seeing a new listing and Briana said that they truck had not arrived at the dealership yet. She said she would call me the moment that pictures were available and the truck would be ready to be seen / driven. After two days I called again and got the same story. Three days after that the listed said "sold", I received no notification from them, I even emailed them after this inquiring about the vehicle and received no response. I would not deal with them again!!!

Lack of communication at this dealership. Nobody seems to be prepared for customers. I came in and was waiting for them to get the car I wanted to look at because it wasn’t on the lot, and the man sitting beside me was upset because they were also taking a long time to get his car. I waited about 10 minutes and nobody could tell me where the car was, so I left. Salesman I dealt with wasn’t helpful, and wasn’t dressed professionally—his suit was far too large for him. Will not be returning.

They were assistant. I had to go into the office to see the vehicles. I will go back to them when I'm actually ready to but a car. Very nice people to deal with.

Victor help me at taj auto mall. The experience was absolutely horrible!!!!! I drove over an hour there, which they knew, to wait over two hours to see a Honda Odyssey that was a complete mess!!!! The car had a messed up bumper they couldn’t fix, the interior was worn and filthy, and there were dings and dents all over the vehicle. I couldn’t believe they actually brought me a vehicle that looked like this and thought I would be the slightest bit interested in purchasing it. Horrible costumer service with an extremely ignorant sales manager. Do not waste your time here!

I think that when you are selling a vehicle, I think you should list everything. I also think that when a person is leaving a message to the dealer. Stop being so quick in wanting to get a person to come in and make the quick sell. How about answering the questions and list everything about the vehicle.

The vehicle sold itself. If it wasn't priced so competitively, I wouldn't have even bought it there. The sales floor was in confusion and contradicted each other. I drove 4 1/2 hours to buy and they "forgot" to inform me of body damage that I had to wait for 5 hours to get fixed. Then, after the transaction I was told they would give a complimentary fill up of fuel. Then, when I went to leave, noticed that it was at under 1/8 of a tank!

I think they are gtg. Every time I contacted someone by email I got a response within a few hours.

I love how well they treat people here. When they say they treat you like family, they treat you like family. I was a first-time car buyer and I can't express enough how thankful I am that they were so patient with me. There was so much information that I had to figure out on the fly despite my weeks of research I had done on what's important to look into when buying a car. They were more than willing to work with me and even gave me their own personal computer to use to figure out my insurance. They're a great group of guys that show that they really care for their customers. Don't be alarmed when they let you take a test drive without a supervisor. It was weird at first, but then I felt no restrictions and just knew that the car that I got was the one for me.

I was very impressed with the way the taj team worked. They greeted me as soon as i walked the team was very courteous and unlike other dealerships ive been to, i wasnt sitting around for hours just twiddling my thumbs.

Got one text saying vehicle was available and then another saying it wasn't. Asked if it was or not and got no response. Drove all the way there and was told it was sold.

I called and was transferred to a few different people, then placed on hold... I hung up.

I had shopped for almost two weeks and then travelled to Bethlehem because Taj had several Ford Escapes showing up on their website. We found them fair, and easy to deal with. They even stayed late to finish the transaction so we would not have to return the next day.

They call me after couple of hours, i went there to check the 2012 Toyota camry. i went there, they have a selection of life time warranty low mileage cars in good prices. i changed mi mind and bought 2015 corolla. al was my salseman. Thank you Al
