I had inquired about the Lexus GS350 in their inventory, which I was interested in, but it had already been sold. The salesman contacted me, and I told them about the exact car I was looking for. They will notify me if they get another in the inventory.

Truck had just been traded in so was still dirty, but dealer got it all detailed and repaired or replaced the few things that needed taken care of. The salesperson was great and kept me advised on when vehicle would be ready. I was given a nice loaner to use until mine was ready. All in all a great experience, I was pre-approved so financing was quick, almost too quick.

Wow! I found a Certified Pre-Owned ProMaster City listed at Tacoma Dodge. Certified Pre-Owned, touted as being worthy of an extended warranty. I called the dealership from Portland to inquire about the vehicle, asking the sales rep to be my eyes (distance and Covid etc) I was told how fantastic the vehicle is, blah blah blah. I decided to trust the sales rep, and put a deposit down. I drove up, the vehicle looked good, low miles, and it’s CPO. From a dealer!!! Upon arriving home near Eugene Or, I realized that the car pulled to the right and that the steering wheel would not center. $132 for an alignment. I was informed of existing damage to the right rear wheel well. I’be reached out to the dealer who sold me this Certified Ore-Owned gem to make it right, and am still waiting. Any bets on whether they’ll do the right thing????

Very friendly dealer, probably the best deals and prices you'll find. Worth the 170 mile drive to save some $. I recommend Stephanie "Gigi" she was very friendly and left no stone turned to get me a great price.

Kathy was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time looking for a new truck and Kathy walked me through each step and answered any questions I had. Very helpful and professional. The online price of the car went up as soon as I told them I was interested in a specific truck!!! This might be something all dealerships do but that was enough to keep me from making a deal.

Provided my information for trade and they never responded and I was passed on to 3 different sales people. I was also qualified with my credit union. This was my 2nd attempt to buy from Tacoma Dodge.

The sales person, Samantha, claimed the car had all of these features that were great. She talked about the nice JBL stereo system, but did not tell me a speaker was not working. She told me about the Homelink system, but did not tell me it did not work... When I called her the next morning after purchasing the car to ask her about the items, it was too bad, the car is yours now.

They said they sent the jeep to auction after i test drove the vehicle, on a thurs. they pulled my credit report friday and started the process. after 4 days of very little communication all innitiated by myself i didnt receive word they sold the jeep until 455 Monday night. I was told that a sensor in the engine went off a modification had been done voiding the warranty so they had sent it to auction.. i wont attempt to purchase another vehicle from them even IF its the best deal amd exactly what I want.

We liked the RAV 4 and purchased it, but the salesman was not particularly helpful at first, and was not willing to negotiate price even though the vehicle needed tires. Tacoma Dodge also adds a $400.00 charge to all vehicles sold for security etching on the glass, even though customers may not want it, but we were able to get that charge waived.

No answer over the phone. Drove there anyways and car was gone. I am set on getting a white Chrysler they attempted to find it and took all my information. Once I was there they did everything they possibly could have and were friendly. Car was an amazing deal as well.

Went to visit and see car, after traveling to different location with salesman they couldn't find it. Would have been my 3rd vehicle from them one good experience, one bad. This was annoying due to distance to visit.

spoke with Kathy at 730 Friday night about viewing the truck at 12 the next day.....SHE had called me back, so she had my number. we drove two hours to see the truck and was informed the truck had sold the night before....she could have contacted us and saved us 4 hours of driving .Then wanted to show us something else.... ...will not be back...EVER

Don't let Tacoma Dodge fool you with those low internet prices. They'll more than make up the difference when they undervalue your trade-in (30% less than other dealerships in our case), add in $900 Gap Insurance ($250 from our lender), and a $4000 Extended Warranty ($1550 for a better Mopar EW from 2 other dealers), and $400 to "etch" a "code" on your new car's window - not even the VIN, just some meaningless code. And just when they have you cornered and ready to open your wallet - poof! that low-priced car just sold to someone else!!!

Online sales were really awful! I was emailed by the first person, who gave me a price of $19k but said she was having a blowout clearance of all used vehicles and asked me to make an offer. I offered 17k and she "transferred" me over to her manager who said I was ridiculous for asking for such a price, told me the car was $24k. He told me he didnt have anything for me and to go elsewhere. I copied and pasted what the girl wrote before him and he said she had "no idea what she was talking about" on clearance of the used vehicles and he would not honor that pricing. I copied and pasted thier ad pricing - which was $19 and he said this too was a mistake by his "internet guy".

They were very interested in helping me find a new car, however once I contacted them it was nearly impossible to get off of their lead list. I got calls from three different sales people even a week after I bought a jeep from championship motors.
