They were great till I got there.The key fob was broken and I flew in to pick up car. It should have been replaced. They said it was ordered and would overnight it. For a week it never came I had to go to VW dealer and order one and pay for it and then pay to have it programed. They never responded.They sold me an extended warranty and I'need to check if that is valid. I'm getting no response from them at the beginning I was so happy but soon as I signed the paperwork that was it.

If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. Reached out via CarGurus. Received a text back, supposedly the car was still available. I
noted to respondent that I lived out of state, but would be taking advantage of their offer to ship it to me. Ive never bought a car sight
unseen before, but it seemed to have everything I was looking for at a slightly inflated price, but, what the hell. I asked for a short 10 sec or
less video of the exhaust from the rear of the car. The video they sent me to watch showed someone walking around the car, starting it etc,
but never once did they show the rear of the car once started. I conversed with two different salespeople, waited for over 19 hours on the
first one to get a video, contacted salesperson #2, stated that I had been waiting on said video for some time now and was reaching out to
see if anyone there actually wasnted to sell a car. Was told I would receive a video of the exhaust and a quote to ship. That was over 4 days
ago.

I was really interested in this vehicle and was trying to get pricing and to see if I would qualify but they are very slow at responding. They eventually asked a few questions and then just stop responding all together. If they weren’t interested or if they felt I didn’t qualify they should still have respect to at least inform the customer. I wouldn’t send anyone here if asked. Horrible customer service

The customer service was sub-par. The sales people were very abrupt.
There was no communication, once they decide you 'cannot afford' their
vehicle. There is no communication, they don't call you back to see if there
is any way they can work with you to arrive at an agreeable negotiation. I
found them a bit prejudiced actually.

Bad experience. Dodgy dealer. This was a clickbait (read: FAKE) listing. I was called to the dealership and
made to wait for about 20 min. Meanwhile they asked for my DL and made a copy of that. I was told the van
was at another location and shall be there shortly. The van never arrived, because there was no van of that
description at that price. I was told that that particular van was in the process of being sold, but there are
other vans at higher prices. This was the catch. They list low priced vehicles to lure customers into their
dealership, only to tell them it has been sold. And then to sell them an expensive vehicle. The van that they
had listed which I had went to see and which was being "SOLD" while I was there is still on the website
under the same dealership and has been there for the last 180 days. Moral of the story: NEVER TRUST A
CAR SALESMAN EVEN IF IT'S YOUR OWN SPOUSE OR SON OR DAUGHTER.

Once they have your number and you show interest, they won’t leave you alone. VERY PUSHY for financial information even when I told him I wasn’t financing. Asked for a lower price and he said no; yet the car was reduced by $2K on Monday. Something about it was just not right; felt something in my gut, said don’t do it. Finally unsubscribed and blocked the number.

The guys at TX auto group are awesome and funny. but man, Israel he really knows how to take care
of he's customers. the most exceptional car-buying experience I have received in years, people the
car buying process was so simple and smooth its mind blowing. from the moments my wife and I
stepped in the dealership the vibe and mood were there, co-workers joking, laughing. it's good to see
that people getting along and at the time providing an expectational customer services. Israel is
awesome he was very transparent; I like the fact that if he didn't know something I asked, he'll admit
it first and he'll get you the answer. So, calm. And guys we were out of State buyers, and you know
the nightmare that sometime comes with that. but the made everything so smooth and simple for us.
Everyone at Texas Auto Group was very helpful, but Alex Hernandez was exceptional!! I bought this car out of state and unable to physically see it. Alex took videos of it and face timed me while he test drove it. He was honest and straightforward with me. He answered all my questions and if he didn’t know, he would get help to find the answer. You can tell he loves his job and is truly there for the customer. I’m excited about my new whip!

My husband and I are the proud new owners of this beautiful Camaro! Our experience with our salesman Juan Marquez was excellent from our first contact and all the way through. Unfortunately I understand that Mr Marquez is no longer employed by TX Auto Group so I cannot vouch for anyone else's future experience. We cannot be more satisfied, however, with our complete purchasing experience working with Juan - who was (and is, I'm sure) professional, skilled, courteous, friendly and occasionally funny. He was also surprisingly generous to have sent us an unexpected thank you gift in the glove box of the car!

Good looking dealership with great inventory. Ladies at the front were nice, can't speak
for all the staff but the representative that helped me, Marcus, was absolutely out of
sync with what was happening. Picked up about half of what he was saying to me, he
never seemed interested in the negotiation for the car and spent half the time on his
phone. Not to mention that when I left, I tried to shake his hand, and he had his phone
in his hand so I basically shook his thumb. Like I said, I can't speak for all the staff, but
Marcus in particular was unprofessional and rude and that ended up affecting my
interest for buying the car I came to see.

Had a good buying experience here. Josh was great and was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Made the deal in advance, drove 5 hours to get there, and everything went smoothly.
Fast, friendly service! Juan and Alejandro were a pleasure to work with. The only issue was that the price of the vehicle changed (increased) without prior notice to me, so I had to call to get an explanation on that. Otherwise, everything worked out great, and I am very satisfied with my new vehicle. They even shipped my vehicle to the other side of the state free of charge!

I purchased the 2019 Fiat for a decent price, was able to add an extended warranty on my own. Loss of a star because I had to wait an hour plus because I was told they were detailing the car and replacing some lights that were out. Had to go pick up a trailer and had it waiting for when the car got there. When the detail guy brought the car he loaded it up on the trailer and that was the end of it. After a 5.5 hour drive home, and get the car off the trailer at night, we realized that four lights were out on the vehicle. One day time running late one reverse light, one tail light, and one turn signal. Needless to say when you're selling Lamborghinis Ferraris and Porsches, 1 tends to expect more of the dealer. No issue with the sales person. If it was only for the detail group I would probably give one star. Which is a shame for such a dealership. The window is streaky looks like they use the same rag for the dash armor All was used on the windows. Took me 40 minutes to get it all off.

This dealership treated me incredibly well. As a single, young female sometimes it’s hard to be taken seriously at a dealership when you’re car shopping. Not here. I was met with amazing customer service and friendly salesmen. They gave me a great deal for my trade in. They even offered to deliver to me as well which was very helpful. Zad was a great help during the process. Please go and visit them I promise it’ll be worth your time and money. They have a great selection even some supercars. 10/10

Buyers BEWARE!! We drove 4 hours (after communicating in detail with the salesman our plan, and making sure the vehicle would not have surprises when we arrived) However, after a 15 minute test drive, the engine was getting too hot and there was a MAJOR anti-freeze leak among other issues. Some key electronics also did not work. Something is majorly wrong with the car and they are still trying to sell it anyways without disclosing to the buyers. If you must buy here, take it by a mechanic and pay for them to look it over. It will be well worth your money to be sure there is nothing to hide.

And they couldn’t get my monthly payments where I wanted them so I back out and they took my $500.00 and will not give it back. I hope someone sees this and makes sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I have tried many times and asked for my money back but the refuse.

Would never recommend! This dealer sold me a vehicle with coolant issues and refused to give a full refund. Car was delivered to me dirty I was told I had to do my own detail. Heater core was bypassed radiator was clogged I had to spend 2k in repairs within the first 2 weeks of owning the vehicle. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The person I spoke to, Alladin Q, was very helpful. He answered all my question. They worked hard to get me the deal and financial assistance to purchase the vehicle. It didn't work out. I didn't purchase the car. It wasn't that Alladin Q didn't try, it was the interest rate and monthly payment. That was the deal breaker. It's something the Dealeship has no control over.

I definitely would not recommend! Spoke with AL several times via text. He came down on the listed price less than $1,000, which was
great, but then tried to add that and more on the back end with fees and delivery costs which would make it a couple hundred more than
the listed price!. Car Gurus said the listed price included a delivery fee of $852. Al said the delivery fee was $1000, plus $420 in "fees"-
which he said he would send an email explaining what was included in the "fees", but for some strange reason he never sent it. He said
some of the fees included temporary tags until I can get the car registered in my state. I tried to explain I can have the car registered the
day it arrives, so I didn't need any temp tags-if needed they could use dealer plates for the delivery-on a truck! So now, two weeks later I
contact him again to see if they have moved on the price, only to find it is $2000 more! I don't believe I would trust AL or the dealership with
any other "deals".

I contacted them about the vehicle on 3/13/22 and 8 days later it was in our driveway. Our salesman Aladdin Q answered and explained any and all questions we had. We’re in MS and since unable to test drive he actually drove it for us to see and hear it. If I called he answered, if I text he replied. He also asked me to call him no matter what time it was once car was delivered to see how we liked it. Also, he checked in the next evening after having it a full day. It only took 2 days to ship to us from Saturday to Monday. We may have gotten it in 1 day but we were out of town. I did have my financing already in order before I contacted them but I still think the process would have been just as good if I didn’t. I would definitely recommend them and even the driver that delivered the car was very nice and courteous. He called me 8 hours before delivery, then 2 hours and I asked for 15 minutes prior which he did also. Thanks Al for a great experience with our out of state purchase.

Went there to test drive the vehicle first of all i walked in there i wasn’t greeted, the only person that was nice was the lady that worked at the front desk; i was interested in the car so i decided to do a finance app and once I was finished with the app I gave it to the guy imma assume he was the finance manager cause i told him my situation and he said let him see what he can do for me; so i gave him the finance app before I could even show him my check stubs the first question he ask me if my job legit, don’t lie to him be straight up because his people would be able to tell, he was like if i google this company is this a legit job, I’m like sir yes it is why would i lie about a job it’s a staffing company I’m working for at the moment, keep in my I’m a single young black mother so i felt very offended for him to keep questioning me like that in front my child like I’m doing fraud which i wasn’t so i told them i was leaving he was like their working on my app; i never been back

Car had a clean car fax which translated to nothing reported. Had hood and body paint done at some point, only 1 key (not original) , no manual, hind sight 2020 I wouldn’t do it again. Buying online and having it shipped.

This dealership has an extensive inventory and they move cars very quickly. It seems that they always have something new coming in to catch your eye. I you are not refinancing them, be prepared to wait because it seems to be a bit of confusion with staff members on what to do in this area. I spent most of my time calling my bank and directing emails back and forth to speed up my own sale. Unfortunately I did not receive a Commission for my hard work.

I left a deposit on a car, so that I could have the car inspected. I needed to make sure this car would be able to be registered in California
where I live. The sales rep Greg Walker assured me it would. Two hours later this same guy called me for another $500, I said no way. I
asked him if he was going to send me the contact for the $500 Venmo cash deposit I gave him, and he said yes. The following day Sean
Veilani started emailing me and tried to sell me this same car. I told him I had already put a deposit on this car, and why would you be trying
to sell it again, he changed his tune and said my rep would talk to me tomorrow about it. This car lot is a scam, they keep taking deposits on

Terrible experience. I went to this dealership very excited looking to purchase the car. However upon arriving, the guy that I had been in contact with (who had told me he had the keys and car ready for me), didn’t even have a clue what car I was there to see. From the get go the whole interaction was very unprofessional, and I was made to wait 45 minutes just to see the car. Finally once the car came in some other random sales lady took me to the car for a test drive (she had NO IDEA what car she was trying to sell me). Back in the office the original sales guy seemed completely uninterested and had no idea about any of the questions I had. Overall weird and unprofessional experience, would strongly recommend to keep away from this place.

Agreed to $9000 on this vehicle, then wanted $500 to deliver. Said I would travel to pick vehicle up, said discount would only be applied with delivery. So... Not actually free within 100mi or not actually quoted price of about $180 delivery on Car Gurus. Do not by this vehicle online.
Drake told me he had two cash buyers for the car..I told him I had financing already in place for this car..he ignored my response...two days later his so called two cash buyers dropped out of the deal...he asked if I was still interested...no thank you..not with his attitude would I buy from here..no way.....zero stars

The worst experience! I was speaking with Greg we doesnâ??t return call makes you chase and has
no answers. The finance company finalized my loan on Wednesday the 21st today is the 24th I
have no idea when the car will be shipped. The place bids for contractors to deliver at this point
Iâ??ve been in contact with 3 ppl that still will not tell me when the car will be picked up. No
response to messages. I told the finance company the car was here. So now what???? My car
note is due November 20th not even 30 days away! Mind you I donâ??t even have a idea when the

Good deal. Salesman could have been a bit more informative on the process of shipping. My vehicle arrived at 6am and i had not been given a date to expect it. Luckily i had not left to work and was able to be there to sign documentation.

I had applied for a specific vehicle, for my birthday. I had had to continuously reach out to them. The lady for the financing was surely the most helpful and for her ***** but as far as the dealership, highly disappointed. Even if I had been approved or disapproved, I had to call and find out. Too bad, I actually had the full truck in full $16,000.00
I responded to the dealer after their initial contact and asked for more detailed
information on the car and it's modifications. I also asked them to contact me on Monday
to discuss shipping and a purchase. They NEVER RESPONDED to me at all. I wanted to
purchase the car IF THEY COULD PROVIDE THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION but
they didn't seem to be all that interested. Since I have been building and racing
Mustangs since 1964 as well as selling modified Mustangs all of those years I was VERY
DISAPPOINTED in their lack of interest.

Lived 150 miles from the dealer, followed the sales manager's recommendation to hire an independent third
party inspection company. They found several things, most importantly, a leaking valve cover gasket that
needed replacement. Average cost of that is over $2k. Dealer offered a $500 reduction in price, in addition,
the car had been reported stolen and recovered. A serious waste of my time and money.

I came in expecting to buy this car with some issues. Instead I got a great time and a great car. the 700 mile ride back home was was excellent. I stopped along some back roads off I45 while I charged my fantastic car. I got a blue one while the photographer was taking pictures of it as it came in new!!!!!! they had just got it and i was there for its twin!! lucky me. :)

with them. Within 30 days of purchase the check engine
light came on, and I've had to replace: the smog pump,
check valve, and radiator fan. Then they sent my title to
the incorrect address, now I have to wait until the DMV
reopens bc of COVID-19 to figure out how to get the title.
And they're extremely unprofessional, they've sent me
private messages and text messages calling me a liar
and telling me I am not a decent human being, bc I
posted an honest/detail Yelp review. What kind of
company does that? If the managers (especially Sean)
lack in: ethics, integrity, honesty, and professionalism
then I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like.
It's dealers like this, who give car salesmen/dealers a bad
reputation. And I believe consumers should know what

Was in Houston on business and decided to look for a Smart Car for my wife. Saw an advertisement for exactly what we wanted. The staff at Texas Auto were friendly and attentive. Sooo, why the 3 stars you ask? While test driving the beautiful red cabrio smart car. HPD pulled us over for operating a vehicle with NO plates. (Resolved by dealer with no further incident). Then we did a water test on the retractable roof. Very bad leak on the passenger side. No sale at this point. However, the owner and staff remained professional through out our visit. I still would reccomend them to friends and family.

The over all experience had me pretty satisfied with the whole car buying process, everyone was super helpful and polite. On another note, the first day I went to browse around I locked my keys in my current truck and they helped me get them out no issue at all, which was really nice of them being as I didn’t even purchase a vehicle that day
I inquired about a BMW 335i, 55k miles for $11.9k. They told me it was a clean title, and it’s salvage according to the CarFax. I got a call a few days after test driving to say that i was approved for a monthly payment of $249. Upon entering the dealership, a “manager” named Charles quoted me $336-372 for my monthly payment. The management and staff don’t communicate at all. I was sitting in front of Charles for 45 minutes before he told me to wait so he can help someone else. Like i’m not already here?? I waited for 30 minutes and told him i’m leaving as it was 8pm, and they’d closed an hour ago. Not a word from him. Horrible customer service, horrible salespeople, horrible experience.

Yet, by the next weekend they dropped the price another $1,000 - but never called me back. The salesman I dealt with was Brian. His boss is Renee - whom I spoke to and he was very standoffish.

I inquired about a vehicle, which was presented as a one owner vehicle. By looking at data from different service providers I realized that since the dealer had the vehicle and the current sale someone had put over 4000 miles on the car the course of 4 months. When I confronted the dealer he admitted it was a loaner car and that “this is normal”. This was not disclosed to me upfront when I asked about the vehicle. And no, this is not normal.
A different vehicle, a Mercedes GLK, I had looked at previously and that is still listed as accident free. Carfax however lists the car as accident vehicle with structural damage!
Buyers beware! Cars don’t come as advertised!

Purchased a 19 Altima SL from them for a great
deal and asked numerous times if it had been
wrecked before, Alex assured me and showed
me that it had a clean Carfax. After 9 days of
owning the vehicle, I went to check on the spare
tire and discovered 4 inches of standing water in
the spare tire compartment. Once I vacuumed up
the water and removed the spare you could see
obvious damage to the welds in the
compartment. When I took the car back WITH an
AutoExam report that I had done on the vehicle,
they stated they did not know about the repair
and would not refund the vehicle. AFTER trying
to give me a lower deal on the car to "make me
happy". All in all I lost over 600 bucks on the
purchase. If you recently purchased the car, I
hope they disclaimed that it had been wrecked

I waked the small lot looked around did not see the car I went there for. walked in the show room the salesman was walking over to me but another person walked in said something and they walked away together I waited then left. the salesman caught me before I drove off I asked about the car I went to see then another person came out they conversed about the car it was in another lot down the street he could go get it very quickly I said no. i had run out of time and had to leave.

They contacted me by phone the same day I inquired and I told them I wanted a detailed buyers order of all the fees so I could secure a loan for the car. It took them about 6 phone calls from three different people over the next 2 days to get my email address and I still never received the buyers order. I'm still not sure what there problem was but I gave up on them and I just purchased a great Mustang at a better price from another dealership.

I arrived two hours after I called, after taking the rest of the day off work and having an extremely long drive(close to 2 hours) to find out that he sold the car to someone else. A gentleman the night before advised me to be there at 10am the next day to see the vehicle. By the way on the website they open at 945am. I get there at 915am to beat traffic, so I wait and 1004am rolls around and no one shows. I called the number in front of the building and someone named James picks up and tells me someone should be there soon. So i wait and someone else shows up and an employee as well. I called 2 more instances and I get the same thing that someone should be there soon and he apologized. 1050am and someone shows up doesnt apologize for being late. I let the guy that got there aftet me go ahead because he had to be somewhere at 11am. So i look at the Brown BMW and it had a lot of imperfections that were not pictured. What a big waste of my time and inconsideration on theirs.

Over all, I think they are running scams there. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle there. I would say some of vehicles there are all flooded due to the hurricane.

Dealer did respond to my email. I live about 20 miles away. Asked if they could check something out on a Tacoma. Dealership replied back with an answer. Saved me a trip..

It was a good purchase and they were kind enough to remove the dent in
the car. They were also very courteous. The only suggestion I have is to
follow on phone calls when he said he would. Don't let the customer to be
one one to do the follow up each time. Nice vehicle at a good price.

no agreement was made, agreements are only made when a deposit is placed on a vehicle, we have the email exchange proof that no agreement was made, the customer was notified that there is a pending sale on the vehicle for the asking price.

Horrible dealer. Their Colorado was in multiple accidents, and
had many issues I found when I did an Auto Exam.
Of course
Sean would never tell me any of this, he was trying to sell me a
dud. I'm fighting to get my $500 down payment back. When I
called to tell him I didn't want the truck he was very rude and
said "I got your card and PIN number, your not getting it back
Don't buy from here- very dishonest
people and they know it!
This comment about the carpet? The plastic crap in the truck
was all torn up- he had to replace it in order to sell the truck! It
looked so bad.
In order to give my a partial refund he wanted me to take down
my negative review- not happening. People need to know
about him- typical used car salesman. He played dumb about
all the damage to the vehicle- no mechanic would ever say this
truck was in good shape. My bank is investigating.
Also, he said I signed a paper about the non refund- I never
signed anything!!! All lies. Verbal was all and upon finding out
how bad this truck was, I should be given ever penny back.
Auto exam is reputable- not a bad mechanic as he states.
Anyone in the car business should know them- he had no clue
or was lying saying he didn't know about their services. This is
what Auto exam
does, save people from buying crappy used cars.
His mechanics work for him- of course they will say the
vehicle is fine. What a terrible process. Taking advantage of a
single female. Ridiculous.

Customer signed and was verbally told the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE PER COMPANY POLICY, and requested new carpet to put installed in the vehicle and then changed her mind due to a bad mechanics report that was untrue and expected full refund after prior agreement was made.

I was completely satisfied with my buying experience with Sean Veilani. He did everything he could to make sure i was not only happy with the car but that it was exactly what i wanted. Never at any point did i feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with me, especially on Friday night as they were closing up for the night. Since it was after closing on Friday he worked with my schedule to be there first thing in the morning so we could complete the sale. I will recommend Sean to anyone i know wanting to buy a car and i will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase.
