Safi was very patient and friendly. Test drove a RAV4. It was nice. The price was a ltoo high for me, and not my ideal color. The visibility in the back of the RAV4 was not as good as Subaru Forester. However, I considered buying the RAV4. As I was reviewing all my comparisons, trying to make myself like the RAV4, it sold. That was fine by me. I’m sure it was a nice car for someone who wanted a RAV4. I did end up buying a Forester. But the dealership was clean friendly and Safi was friendly and patient

Was waiting for the car to get back on the lot on after recondition as I was told it will be available on the lot ready for sale on Tuesday January 21. Got a text message on January 20th it was sold. I am in Elk Grove and was a cash buyer waiting for confirmation that car to get on the lot so I could drive out to Redwood city. I responded to the text message my frustration about the whole experience but no one bothered to even reply. Worst experience ever had.

Was contacted via email and text that the car our family was interested in was available. We even set up an appointment to see the car. However, when we arrived, the dealership representative that spoke with us said that the vehicle we expressed interest in had been sold a while back and that there were no new Siennas available for 1-2 years. Only Sienna available was a used Limited trim listed at $60k, $20k more than what we were interested in. It’s not really Swickard’s fault that we were lied to and drove 40 minutes for nothing to the dealership, but whoever is handling their online requests needs to be held responsible for such poor customer service. Therefore 1 star rating. If you all get a response about a car from this dealership, make sure to call the dealership directly to make sure the car you’re looking for is actually available instead of wasting time driving in for nothing.

care about you as a person…all they care
about is making the fastest deal to whoever
they can
Overall Impression: bad way to do business—I
confirmed multiple times that the vehicle was
still available…told them the exact day and
time I was going to be there to likely purchase
the vehicle but they sell it after hours the night
before to someone else. It’s extremely hard
topurchase the car you want right now due to
supply shortages and you have to travel

Contacted quickly and after normal hours. Secured the car I was interested, and I was able to buy it a week later. 10/10.
The dealership is very quick in responding my inquiry. I couldn't go see the car on the day I was thinking to go but the sales manager was nice to update me when the car was sold so I didn't have to waste my time going to the dealership for that car. I will definitely consider buying from them if I find a car that comes to their inventory that I like.

Be prepared to be ignored by the sales staff.
Inquired about a vehicle. Received one email giving
details about the vehicle. Tried to get info on
location, no response. Found the location myself
the next day,only to find the car was in the shop for
repairs. I was told that they would call me when it
was available again for a test drive. A week goes
by, and the vehicle was sold. I had cash in hand.
Great way to do business....Not.

Good honest information
Excellent salesmanship. Honest and fair negotiations. I came off getting a fantastic deal with excellent financing and a total package deal. I love the car and can honestly say that Adam Raines and his boss are great people to deal with and I’d recommend them anytime to anyone wanting a fair and honest deal in purchasing a new vehicle.

excellent service from sales, through finance. From the time I arrived, I was treated respectfully and they offer me a better option since the pre certified 4runner is no longer available, I've got 2016 4x4 SR4 4Runner. Great job Toyota 101..

The car facts report stated clean
title. The car I looked at had
clearly been a very serious
accident. Then the sales guy
claimed he had no idea.
Always open the hood and look
for new parts etc. I had no idea
that car facts means nothing
