We were supposed to look at the Jeep on a Wednesday, the jeep sold on Saturday.......We found out about it from Car Gurus update that Saturday night......The dealership didn't contact us until Wednesday, the day we were supposed to come see it, wow thanks for the update guys!! Lol

The staff here at suntrup Ford Kirkwood are very nice, attentive, helpful and insightful to any concerns/issues/questions that you will have. They are very quick to respond to your messages and very much open-eared and willing to make your shopping experience the best possible. Although I have not made a final decision thus far to the truck I will ultimately finance and keep forever, this dealership definitely is top of the line in customer service!

They were great and purchased a car
Drove 2 hours to test drive a garaged vehicle. It clearly wasn't a garaged car at any point in time. Was not allowed to test drive on the highway, just around the block, overall weird car experience. I told the salesman that either someone lied to him or he lied to me, he knew nothing about the car.

Although the dealer was very polite, I heard all this rave about how they can approve you for financing regardless of your credit situation, and how the are flexible with down payments but after sending over my info, given my lower credit score, I only had the option of financing with a down payment of 1500 dollsrs.

GREAT customer service. I've been looking for an F250 for quite some time now, found it online and called Matt at Suntrup Ford. Matt was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I could get the truck and also taking possession as I live 550 miles away. Overall my experience with this dealer was grade A. I would definitely buy from them again.

The dealer responded amazingly quickly to my email...but failed to answer questions I had related to the vehicle in two separate email attempts. That's unfortunate because this is/was a vehicle I have interested in.
First, they REQUIRE you put your phone number to submit an inquiry. So,
I get a call while at work, they left a message saying they were responding
to my inquiry on the car I asked about. I call back, they proceed to inform
me they NO LONGER have the car. Fine. They ask if I was interested in
anything else in their inventory. I happened to be interested in one other
car. Asked about it, and guess what, THEY DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE
THAT ONE EITHER. Then, they proceed to call me everyday for the next 4
days after I repeatedly told them I would contact them if I wanted their
help. Finally I got them to remove my number from their list. Not very
helpful at all.

I was looking at one used vehicle. (2003
Nissan Xterra) Instead of emailing the
price they sent a message to call them. I
emailed them multiple times to get the
price expaining the distance I would
have to drive to look at the vehicle and
wanted a price first. Suntrup Ford
refused to send the price and after a
couple emails back a d forth requesting
the price they replied saying they were
waiting for a manager to set a price for a
weekend sale then stoped contact. I
then emailed from their website and
they again refused to give a price. After
emailing off their website a second time
asking for the price before I would drive
there they replied the vehicle is no
longer available. This email was
9/30/2015. The date is now 10/5/2015
and the 2003 Nissan Xterra is still on the
website for sale.

The vehicles that I inquired about were misrepresented in the
advertisements on CarGurus. They were listed as a Platinum trim
level but were lesser trim models. They represent their online
price with every potential factory incentive, which almost no one
could qualify. Typical bait and switch tactics. I would not trust
this dealer.

Leaving the rate as "No Rating"
would be better than rating at the
lowest score possible. I did the
reviews on the vehicle and had
financing already to put in place.
The asking price being 1,800
over fair retail value. Danielle
knew my top dollar before I drove
over 2 hours to test drive the
vehicle. While doing the exam of
the vehicle I found a nail in the
back driver side tire about an inch
from the edge. Pointing it out to
Kevin, he said it would be fixed
before leaving the lot. Having had
a nail like this before I know it
could NOT be fixed! The tire will
need to be replaced because it is
too close to the sidewall! Before
driving the vehicle I told Kevin I
didn't want to drive the vehicle if
he wasn't going to work my price
rage. When I told him top dollar
(same price as I gave over the
phone before driving over 2
hours) he said no way. The price
listed is the lowest price they
would take. Plus, add the $169
paperwork fee! When asking why
he didn't tell me prior to driving
the long distance he passed the
blame to Danielle. He asked to
show me other vehicles in the
dollar amount I would give for the
Mariner, which I was willing to do.
I told him vehicle model I did
NOT want and that is ALL he
showed me. By the way those
were priced higher than the
Mariner!!! When driving off the lot
I noticed Kevin parked the
Mariner back on the lot WITHOUT
"fixing" the tire!

well. After looking for a car at multiple
dealerships, I bought one from them in
about 24 hours after my first phone call.
They were helpful and not pushy. I
would highly recommend this location.
