I set an appointment online. They confirmed the appointment for Monday at 12. Then called, texted,and emailed relentlessly. Starting 15 min's after the appointment was set for 3 days. After I bought another truck somewhere else. I called told them I wasn't interested anymore. They said congratulations on your purchase. 10 minutes later the phone calls and text starts again. I had to block the number. And unsubscribe from emails. They were annoying from day one. And is the main reason I purchased somewhere else.

I went through the entire process of being pre-qualified but when I arrived at the dealership, the salesperson acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. They didn't even know that I had scheduled an appointment. So they ran my credit again, and came back with a much higher finance rate than what I had been approved for online. I was ready to put $10,000 down on the vehicle, which should have put me at an approximate total of $34,000 to be financed. Instead, the salesperson somehow came back with more than $44,000 to be financed. He treated me as if I was stupid. Car Dealerships are all the same. They try their best to squeeze every dime out of a customer and then try and act like they are giving you a great deal.

While at least one salesperson was giving her absolute best effort to get me financed, there was one who flat out refused to do much of anything. Plus there are people out there with bad credit or challenged credit who are able to pay for a car but can't get approved. There needs to be a way for people like that to get financed. Sadly this dealership doesn't offer such offers like that. You'd be better off using buy here pay here places or do rent to own. If by chance anyone does have someone they know or a family member who could help,you'll have a better chance. So if you have bad credit or challenged credit, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

I was contacted by their internet sales and was told someone from Sales would contact me. I was never contacted when I requested pics of the vehicle. After several e mails for them to contact me via e mail I received no response from their sales group.

They would not stand by the price listed on CarGurus. They said that CarGurus made a mistake. But then their own team sent me an email with the price and they still wouldn't stand behind it. They jacked the price up $2000 more dollars. And I have all the emails and texts to back everything up. BEWARE anyone that would deal with this dealership

Although the salesman, Zak, was quite helpful and prompt, the advertised car we were interested in was "in the shop" waiting to get the windshield replaced. We didn't learn this until we arrived at Sunshine. Zak let us test drive a similar, older model Mazda, and apologized for the mess-up. We are still waiting on the car we were interested in.

Wonderful! I had to travel over an hour to test drive the vehicle, (which turned out to be a Volkswagen instead)! So many questions were adequately and patiently by Amanda answered before my trip. I purchased the car, and was really pleased with the internet manager, Steve and our salesman Andy. I would highly recommend Sunshine Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I personally dealt with Robert Rosser and couldn't recommend a better salesman. He and the staff were extremely personable, made me feel welcome and comfortable with no pressure at all. easy to deal with only set back was I made an appointment to go see car then when I got there it took them a good 15 minutes to find the car, then it was on empty and needed to be cleaned up from where they had been driving it around.

Dealer responded and I went to look at jeep but the young salesman was quick to point out they don't negotiate. He let me know what all they couldn't do for me. I have bought vehicles from this dealership in the past but will never drive on their lot again...ever. Employee better suited for sweeping garage and not dealing with public.
