We ended up at Sunset Ford, but decided to buy a different truck from them that we liked better. Got a great trade in for our new truck. Love it. Our salesman was Josh and he helped us immensely. Sine we had bought our first truck there and had it serviced there, we decided that we would stay with them since we had already built a good line lof communication with them

Contacted dealer through CarGurus , got a quick response and set up a test drive. After meeting my salesman Cory Pupillo and test drive it was clear this was going to be a done deal. To speed up the financing paperwork and let us get on with our day, worked with Tim Stewart and he was great fast and precise and clear on details. Great experience, thanks Cory and Tim!

I LOVE my new Toyota!!! But I would never do business here again with SunsetFord-The saleswoman would not work with me- I drove over two hours after work to get to sunset motors in St. Louis- and found there were multiple issues with the Toyota that she failed to mention - there was damage to the vehicle that she nor anyone had any clue how it happened or even what the damage had been!!โ€ฆ the front wheel makes a sound like itโ€™s falling apart when you turn to the left hard(the owner came out right away and before I even got inside the door he was telling me he himself just now put four new tires on it and thatโ€™s why it makes that god awful sound, the indicator is stuck on, the windshield is cracked, and their mileage was off by over a thousand miles. So all of this hit me eight in the face after an exhausting day at work then a long drive to get thereโ€”- they didnโ€™t even offer me a glass of water!!! I almost left when I found out it had all these problems

Great communication, sent e-mail within minutes (dealership was already closed) had test drive set for 11:00 but arrived early and salesman (Keith B.) showed me the car and asked if I wanted to test drive now. We went out, and drove around. The car listing was spot on customer service very friendly and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend the dealership.

The car was priced very well! Good deal! No big hidden fees from list price. Windows still badly streaked inside and out,after detailing, not a big deal. It was not a ford vehicle so no warentee transfers but they give it their own power train warranty no added cost.

The moment I first saw the vehicle listed I contacted this dealer & they responded within minutes. Yes they did contact me on a timely basis, at 9:30 to 10:00 in the morning I made an appointment to see them at 1:00PM, they said the vehicle was there and would be waiting for me. Keep in mind I had a 2 1/2 hour drive! Arrived on time for the appointment, they said it was at another location and they were working a deal. They asked me to wait two hours, I told them no and they did not meet their terms of our appointment! I feel they were doing a "bait and switch".

Purchased the vehicle at noon and didn't get out until six. And still had to leave without the car and have to come back on Monday. If we didn't like the vehicle, you would have lost the sale

Keith was a great salesperson to work with. So was the sales manager. Everyone aimed to please and we're very friendly. I would definitely buy a car from Sunset Ford again!
