Looking at your review I noticed that you were kind enough to mention that when you communicated with the first person via email, he was polite and informative. I'm sure that it's been mentioned to you that test drives aren’t allowed here at our dealership just to see if someone likes the way the car drives, test drives are the last step to finalize our deal with our clients since they come to our dealership with specific car and they know what they are looking for. Test drives put our dealership at a risk of a collision specially on fast cars such as the one you’re looking for and at the same time that we do aim to please our clients we do want to protect ourselves and not allow any unnecessary joy rides, we pre-qualify our clients and make sure they are serious buyers and have no problem with the pricing of the vehicle.
It seems like you had a problem with the price of the vehicle which makes us wonder why you were interested in our vehicle to begin with, our price is at $13498 not $17000, we are not responsible for government fees and taxes which still does not add up to the figure you brought up.
You mentioned 66K miles which for a 6 years old car is still consider to be low mileage, for the year of it based on the industry standards it should have 90K miles.
We try really hard wrap our head around your review but respectfully none of it made any sense, like driving a 13 miles distance for 40 minutes.
We understand you were not able to get what you wished for but throwing tantrum that way is not fair either.
To say the vehicle has a bad interior, dents, overspray and bad mouthing our business and our merchandise is not what a fair and decent person would do.
We wish you the best of luck with your car buying endeavor and hopefully this experience makes you become a better shopper.
