The dealership was very responsive.
Seems like a fabulous staff. They reached out to me many times regarding my interest in several of their vehicles. Great selection of clean vehicles at great prices with friendly and helpful customer service. I unfortunately do need to put my vehicle purchase on hold, but do plan to come back to do business with Subaru of Rochester. Keep up the great work!

Prompt reply to my inquiry. Vehicle sold shortly after
Things started off okay. But after a couple of phone calls communication suddenly stopped. I was under the impression that we were working on a deal for a new vehicle. However since Thursday the salesman Collin I believe is his name has stopped communication. Not what I would call professional.

My experience at Subaru of Rochester was the best experience I ever had at a car dealer. I found the car, its condition, and the price as advertised, and they went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I would go back there anytime, and I recommend them enthusiastically.

Alex is absolutely great to work with so far. Beverly in their financing department has been very helpful and nice to work with. Hopefully the delivery process will be as painless as the purchasing process.

Awful pushie never even showed us cars we emailed about n were interested in tried putting us into a car we couldn’t financially afford! Never even discussed the prequalified financing we had prior to walking in

I spotted a 2004 Subaru Forester XS and I'd looked for months. This one showed up in Rochester, just a short distance from where I live. I
wrote the dealer on a Saturday and Josh wrote back within minutes. He answered my questions and I decided to buy the car sight-unseen. I
showed up on Monday morning and bought the Forester. Another buyer was there to test-drive it, but the Manager jumped in to give me first
right of refusal. Very professionally handled. The Forester is exceptional and it came at a very fair price.

VIN research shows car may have been obtained at an insurance auction by dealer,
which was not disclosed to me by the dealer. There was even an online photo and date of this vehicle? in an ins auction yard!

We provide auto check for you about the history of the vehicle, and every vehicle must pass through our rigorous safety inspection before it ever hits our lot for customers. When I spoke with a sales rep
about a car I was interested in, she
said the car was clean and in great
condition. She failed to mention
the car had damage that had not
been repaired. Family members
drove 150 miles round trip to look
at the car.

Mike was very helpful and great to work with. I had questions after the sale and he responded promptly. He also said that while he didn’t know a lot about my vehicle (a Nissan), he would be more than willing to research any question I had if he didn’t know. It was definitely a good experience.

Fast response from Mariah, polite and courteous in emails and setting
up an appointment on the phone. The car was waiting for me when I
arrived at the set time. Mariah met us and pointed out the car and our
salesman, Nick. Nick was very knowledgeable of the car and friendly,
easy to talk to. The car sold itself as they had it spotless inside and out.
After the test drive, we did the paperwork and were on the road quickly.
No second thoughts, easy purchase, great vehicle! Thanks to Mariah
and Nick for a great buying experience.
