. Car was fine. It was cleaned, and open to inspection. I like the car. Not a bad deal, but not a good deal either. Somewhere in the middle. Friendly enough. Started to add $1,000+ in service charges. I was ready to leave. Still got me for $500+ in service charges on the contract. I didn't notice that till later. If I had, I wouldn't have bought the car. Would I recommend them to a friend? Not sure that I would.

Salesman Angel Lopez was great and seemed to genuinely care, but once you get to finance the sleazyness is out in droves. You will need to

Very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was looking at and really just a nice salesperson that was able to show me 3 Ford pickups and drove 2 of the 3 were very nice trucks and was more than likely pricing is not negotiable and too high priced.

Waste of time!! Not only did this dealership low ball me on my trade they added $3000 in bs add ons on top of the asking price. If you want to experience everything you hate about car buy stop here.

I ended up buying a vehicle (this one) from this dealership. They were quick to get pictures to me
and get everything rolling. I'm not giving them 5 stars only because I did not like the finance
experience and felt that the finance guy I dealt with was unfriendly and never did answer a simple
question.
The vehicle has empty beer bottles in the backseat when I arrived. Then they tried to charge me 3k in dealer add ons for absolutely nothing. They were unwilling to negotiate on the price of their vehicle for sale or on the value of my trade in. They let me walk over 2k after I was approved. I wanted 1k more for my trade in and 1k off the price of their truck for sale. Absolutely zero customer service or sales skills at this dealership.
When asking about this certain truck, the listed price is NOT what they are asking for. after continuing to talk about this truck with 3 different people, finally the fourth person informed us of a “certified pre owned” charge that would tack on and extra 3,000 dollars to the price of the car that’s non negotiable. If that is non negotiable, it needs to be reflected in the price online, not something you’re surprised with after you drive an hour up to the dealership. They would’ve had my Business if not for this. Bought a truck from a different chevy dealership, no hassles, no extra fees, etc. As someone who works in the auto industry, i’m extremely disappointed. This is the reason car salesman and dealerships get such a bad wrap. this dealership is leaving a stain on the Chevrolet name.

finance with addional dealer protection $ on
paint and interior that was never discussed.
Vehicle prep is $2300 and can't provide a list of
the work done and it doesn't include a tank of
gas.

I personally like a no-haggle experience. My experience was far from it. Dealer tried to add additional operational costs (replaced axle) of up to $3000 on the price as well as undercutting me $5000 on my trade. I valued my trade based on NADA/JDPowers trade in value. Salesman stated they based trade in value on the wholesale market. To say the least the sell didn’t happen.

They will get your hopes up, then tell you that you do not qualify. They will run your credit more than 10 times, bringing my score down. Not very professional at all. Zachary Viranelson, is not professional at all. Don't go to the place.

Terrible experience. They scheduled me an appointment and when I arrived on time, the vehicle was in service at another location. I drove from Ewa Beach at high traffic time. They were none apologetic and totally wasted my time.

Called about a new Corvette they had at their dealership and was curious about the options on the car. I asked if they could send me a copy of the window sticker. They said they could and sent it later that day. Very friendly, very helpful and if they had the car I wanted, I would make the drive to purchase the car.

Spoke with Corbin on 10/31 and scheduled an appointment to meet at 10am Thursday morning 11/1 to view the Chevy Trax. My wife and I arrived at 9:50am, but unfortunately neither he or the car were there and the person that was helping could not locate the car or knew where it was, so we left. I called the dealership back later that afternoon and was told the car was given to a potential buyer the night before and was then told I would get a.call back if the car was still available or not. Never received that call...I then called the dealership back on Saturday afternoon to see if the car was still available but the potential buyer still hadn't made a decision. Early that evening I finally spoke to Corbin who told me the car would be available on Monday 11/6 at 9am and that I would then need to make a deposit to reserve a test drive because there were now other interested parties. I told him if that's how they do business then I have no interest. Stay away from this dealership!!

The dealership could not confirm the exact mileage of the vehicle. The information sheet read that the car had over 114k miles on it, and not the 63k mentioned online. There are also marks on the car that show there were poor quality cosmetic repairs made to the vehicle. The car salesman did not try to work with us in a better deal, regarding a similar vehicle.

One of the best car buying experiences we have had. We appreciate the honesty, upfront pricing, and willingness to work with us.
We ended up going there later that day but no one from the dealership replied until the next day. When we went there the vehicle was no longer there. The next day when the salesman called I told him we had already been there and were no longer interested. I then received 2 more emails about a different vehicle and he called me two more times the following day. When he called he wasn't very professional. Started out the conversation like we were friends. Saying hey how are you doing and then when I answered he said who he was. By the third call like this after he said hey I cut him off and told him to not call me anymore. I'm giving 2 stars because the 2 people we interacted with at the dealership were nice but they made it seem like that car had not been there recently.

was costly. Originally was agreed on 1,000
deduction and transit of the new car from
the dealer to Az. Deduction from the base
was good but the transit, I paid. Was told,
not our policy. As for the title, I did not
know that Texas does not accept computer
generated. My fault. Lastly, I could not
receive answers as to why this vehicle
serviced at their dealership had tires
replaced three different times. Reason for
the question was that I received the car with
a rear tire that was very low in air and had to
be replaced. Other than the tire problem,
the car is good, the dealership fine and I am

After several months of searching for the right Yukon, many disappointing long drives, lies, and total disrespect out of many dealerships we stumbled across Stonebriar add. I did the normal email only contact. After so much frustration in the past I was Not expecting much. Let me tell you, Daniel responded we messaged a few times and made the decision to make the 3 hour one way trip. I am glad we did. The search is now over. Daniel listened to me, worked with us, and treated us with the respect (and that is a first with the auto buying experience) I was totally surprised.. we were handed the key to the Yukon and given a chance to look it over with out a pushy sales person yacking in our ear. Then allowed to test drive, what a nice ride.. Dang mommas happy. Returned to get the paperwork started, and again Daniel had me in awwweee, easy and painless.. Said vehicle was still available day prior-was sent a video of vehicle. Made plans to drive up the next morning. As I was on the road was told the vehicle had been sold? At least they had the decency to call me. Still- pretty crappy buying experience.

I was contacted by Robert who I thought it was a nice guy. I travel from TX to FL to look at the Golf GTI that he told me it was in excellent conditions. When I get to see it very exited since I been looking for the past 3 month for this car. I learned that the car is at it best in ok conditions on the passenger side corrosion is starting from the bottom and then I open the hood to take a look and for my surprise and “theirs” it have an oil leak. I think this is one of the reasons why people don’t like car salesmen, because you can’t sale with lies. If I would take it without checking it (like some people do) I’ll be stuck probably not even half of my way back.
Was left on site and remains on site even after dealer said sold on Monday, when I spoke to him Tuesday, but he had more expensive ones on the lot.

Jenn, thank you for your review. We are a high volume dealer and try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible. The 2014 Camaro is already off of our website. The vehicles are left on the website until the deal is finalized. The deal could be held up various reasons. waiting for signed documents to be overnighted back the dealership. Or, customers sometimes change their mind and back out or do not get approved for financing and the vehicle becomes available again. That is an automated process triggered by the deal status. The way I understood it is this; all of their used cars get wheel locks, tint, and a second key for $898 (or something like that). Luckily they hadn't put wheel
locks on yet. That saved me roughly $100. I'm not fully convinced that the vehicle didn't already have tint and a second key already. I hadn't bailed yet,
because it was still a really good deal. Fast-forward to finance. I decline all the extras, except GAP. The finance guy then says that he'll throw in one of them
for free, because I'm a veteran. Sounds good right? Well, I should have looked at the paperwork better. We still got charged $1990 for it. Luckily, it's fully
refundable within the first 30 days; prorated after that. Sales staff, and vehicle were good though.

Well they didn’t do a walk around with me on the car left keys in car when I left and didn’t know I xm radio thought I had blue tooth on car ... don’t ... not happy feel like I was not taken care of the right way and over all like they didn’t care about me... I won’t be back and I don’t think anyone should buy from here

I purchased this vehicle. Stonebriar Chevrolet was great.
I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. I contacted so many people via text, chat, email, phone and I could not get someone to help me out to try to purchase. Long story short when I finally did they gave me one sale price then submitted my credit with a much higher price. The sales rep was clueless the manager was very rude. When confronting the manager he said "do you want the car or not" . Do not trust this dealership!!

Communication was quick and accurately described the vehicle. Sales experience was generally pleasurable given the expected back and forth. One negative...as part of sale, dealer agreed to install front and rear splash guards (white car and driving back to my PA home) as spelled out on contract (with price listed). But when I returned to have them installed 3 days later, was advised GM does not make front for this vehicle with retract running boards (yet a price was quoted). I asked if Sirius XM could be extended instead...but no. Dealer recalled I inquired about cargo shade/cover that was not part of initial deal. I could get if I paid the difference. I felt as if I was being nickeled and dimed for their error but didn't say anything. My mistake. I paid the difference. Nevertheless I would recommend this dealership....with a caveat that the buyer ensure the seller accurately portrays added items.

The listed price was very misleading. Drove an hour to see this vehicle only to find an entire sheet of added prices that this dealership adds to every vehicle on their lot. The price with the added prices made this vehicle far above the advertised price. The salesman, Stephen B., was extremely honest and informed me about the additional dealer fees the minute he showed me the vehicle. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone.

Long story short. They had (and still do as of this review) a truck listed for sale. It had already been determined that it was going to be sent the auction due to mechanical issue. My wife and I were both looking for trucks for my 16 year old. She was told it was already gone. I was told it was available and I could come and look at it after work. Once she and I talked, I asked for a confirmation of availability only to find out that it was in fact already gone to the auction. Thankfully I was asked if I had looked at another vehicles on the website (red flag).
I get the break down in communication...potentially. What I don't understand is how you list a truck for sale on your website before you know it is OK to sell. That makes no sense. Then you have people confirming availability and setting up times to come and look at a truck when they are not even at work yet (red flag 2 and 3). Those do not add up. We will go elsewhere.
