Awesome experience with this dealership! Although we didn't purchase a vehicle, the staff was exceptional and patience. They also followed up with me three times after I left the dealership. The only reason I didn't purchase was because of the safety/recon fee of $1150. I felt that was a bogus fee and no value added to the consumer.

DO NOT go to this dealership. I was told that they were offering $1,500 off used vehicles only to be told that I was given the wrong information and that they were not offering that incentive after spending hours waiting. I spoke to the manager and he said he was willing to take $17.00 off of the price. $17 dollars??????? I told him that was an insult to even offer. He came back and told me that I was insulting him asking for the $1500 incentive that I was told that they offered from the beginning. They do not have great customer service AT ALL!!!

I contacted this dealership Monday May 1st and began the process of a credit application. I was contacted by FaceTime to see the vehicle while my application was reviewed. I did not hear anything back within 24 hours but my credit was pulled several times. I tried to contact the sales representative that was helping me and I got a generic text back as a response. After 72 hours I received a text notifying me that the car I was interested in was sold and I was asked if there was another car I could be assisted with. Horrible customer service and I now have hits on my credit report from somebody who wasn’t interested in making a sale.

My experience with this dealership was simply horrible. I made an appointment to see the vehicle. And they sold it before I arrived. I spoke to the manager who stated my call wasn’t good enough to iniate business— very poor customer service and ethics.

McDaniel. He was the most genuine, nice, and humble sales rep at Carey Paul Honda.

Salesman was dismissive and forced me off the phone when I wouldn't accept the overpriced quote he gave me. Did not want to talk price one bit. Very rude in tone. Save yourself time and go to the next Honda dealership.

I went to view two cars at this dealership. I confirmed my appointment that morning but was told the cars were sold when I got there. In looking at the reviews more closely it appears this car particular car may have been sold some time ago. Not sure why it's still being advertised

Good experience I did purchase the 2017 Honda Ridgeline
I received a message the next day from Clarence and unfortunately when I called him back the vehicle had already been sold that morning.
He informed me that sometimes there is a delay between when a car is showing online as available and when the system gets updated.
He seemed eager to set up an apt. on that day or the following and even gave me another sales persons name if he was unavailable.
I never got back to him as I had an urgent matter to attend to!!

My dealer experience was great. They were very attentive. Carey Paul Honda has been in business for years, so they have great customer service.
Not able to negotiate purchase price to $28,000 with dealer at this time . I have a interested buyer for a car that I have and must sell first, but I can not sell until the Summer.
The dealer said that they would be in a better position to meet my price in the Summer. I should contact them at that time.

Showed me the car but they're not really into answering questions.
Wow! Where do I start? I contacted the dealer, and received a prompt response about the vehicle. I set up an appointment to see it, and just as I'm about to take the drive to see it, i was called and told the general manager's wife drove the car home!!!!! What???? OK. Since I had narrowed my choice down to two cars, i called the next day to see if the car would be back so that I could see it. I was finally able to see the car the next day. Car Gurus had the car listed a little over 43k miles, but when i get to Carey Paul, it actually had over 45k miles. A 2000 mile difference!!! So, we do the test drive, and it actually is a nice vehicle, but when i try to negotiate the price, due to the mileage difference and a few other minor issues, I was told that the general manager would not lower the price. I politely shook the salesman's hand, said thank you, and left Carey Paul Honda.

Salesman, Justin Pounder, was great! Answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time for a test drive.
I bought the white used HR-V advertised on Car Gurus after they lowered the price and gave me a reasonable price for my trade in. So glad Carey Paul Honda advertised on Car Gurus or I would never have found this car since I live over 30 miles from this dealership.

The old bait and switch. Contacted the dealer about if truck was
still available and verified price 24 hours after inquiry. i sent
email to verify price and trucks availability. I was assured pricing
was correct and truck available. Made appointment for the
following morning at 11am. Sales associate called me at 10am
to confirm appointment, and availability. I arrived at dealer taken
to and shown the truck at which time I was informed the sales
manager had made a mistake on posting the price and the price
was $5,000 more than Internet, my phone conversations and
my email. Very poor salesmanship!

Car wasn't even on the lot. CarGurus showed multiple Black and Tan Accordd. They didn't have one. Acted like it was a mistake. They just want to get people on the lot. Drove an hour and wasted another couple of hours being stalled.

I told the sales person that I talked to on the phone what day I
would be coming in. He wasn't there when I got there. Then
we found out the car we were interested in had just been sold.
They then tried to sell us another car that we said we weren't
interested in.

The dealer was so deceitful. I called them
in the morning and asked them if the car I
was looking for is still available and they
told me yes, but when I got there after
half an hour they said the car is sold and
then they tried to sell me some other cars
which all were in terrible conditions. The
guy who was trying to sell me a car no
matter what was also contradicting
himself every 5 seconds. Like he was
saying this car is cheap and very reliable
but for the next car which was expensive
he was like, son if you wanna buy a good
car you gotta pay some more, otherwise
you don't know what comes out of a
cheap car. The trouble with them even
continued after I left there, since they
were calling me and asking me to get
there and see a car which by a quick look
at the car's report, you could figure out
that the car is a total mess and if one
buys it, he's gonna be the last owner of
that car.

concerning 2009 Volvo XC90 - contact was consistant, offer of trade-in and other items were discussed - contact stopped when a counter offer was made, although sales person said he would get back to me concering the counter offer - he never did...........
