Great customer service.
The sales person was not very engaged. The first thing when I sat in the car I realized the battery was close today because the car would not start unless the fob was pushed up against the start button. When we went back in the building to discuss other options the sales manager came out and kind of badgered us about why we didn't want that car and that there wouldn't be a better car out there for the price. And then I found five cars just looking on Facebook marketplace to try out and I bought one of them. Did not like the underhandedness of having us come in to look at other options and then send me the sales manager to push us with the usual sales tactics I would have been more apt to look at more cars raise my budget etc if we hadn't been pushed so hard by the sales manager. And this sales person disappeared

I had a good experience.My salesman was very helpful and my time at the dealership wasn’t very long. The finance person was good at explaining things to me. I feel like they did everything that could to make my experience good!

I inquired about the 2026 Corvette the dealership listed on CarGurus and was immediately contacted by the dealership. Deisi Parzano co tacted me. Great communication and when the time is right, this dealership will be at the top of my listed for future Corvette purchase.

Over 5k in mark up over window price Unnecessary hard hit on credit and still was unable to
secure and OTD Price prior to moving forward.
One of the worse experiences a customer could have. Placed sizable deposit on a used vehicle.
Only to find out next day fro Car Gurus that the car was sold. Went back to dealer to verify and the dealer told he was sorry as he was off the next day! Even when the deal was in file and reciept of accepting a deposit!! I gues guess money on the spot talks. I would not recommend this team again. Usually placing a deposit initiates a deal. in this case I need to return with the trade.

Called before I drove across town assured vehicle was there got there no truck to be found dont think there ever was a truck, salesman kept trying to ask me about new purchase and apologizing about the situation beware folks
I contacted the dealer and responded by text. After a deal was made no on responded so I drove 1 hour and a half to buy the car and it was said to have been sold but as of today I received an email that says the price of the truck has went down. How? I guess my money is no good with this dealership

Put down a deposit on a vehicle and changed my mind the next day I was put on the run around trying to even talk to a manager to process my refund for the deposit no returned calls messages nothing I had to drive 1.5 hr to the dealership for anything to get done when I shouldn’t have had to do that I would not recommend at all
And they did a real good job on the sales staff of
following up unfortunately we just couldn't come to
number highly recommend them

Quick response and follow up. I went to test drive the car, and Donell my sales person was great. He showed me a couple cars and did
test drives on two vehicles. The next day, I decided to buy one and followed up to see about price. I was told it was firm and provided with
a quote. Within a week the price was dropped. And it had a drop or two after that. No one ever called me back to let me know. I decided on
another car and bought elsewhere.

The lady who sets up the appointments was nice. The sales person was pretty carefree. Didn't really seem to care about the car or me very much. The management was also kind of carefree. I
never really got the sense like they thought I was a valued customer. The sales manager also called me to let me know that he thought my credit union was rude? Sounded like he took it
personally for whatever reason. Kind of childish if you ask me. Luckily I was able to pick up the car without any further issues.

Responded very quickly. However, I decided to consider other options.
They did not do their research, I was told to come in and see a rep by the name of Anthony, we made an
appointment for 3 pm Monday. I showed up and was greeted by someone other then Anthony, they checked
me in, only to come back and say that the truck was sold the past weekend . I sent Anthony a text wanting to
know what happened and he never replied. THAT WAS BAD BUSINESS....

They are untrustworthy and liars and don’t
honor their prices. I was told I would get
the car for one price and then when I got
there he was a while other story. Don’t trust
Cory the finance manager. I was told he
would sell the car for $11k out the door
over the phone I stop by there test drove it
and then he said after I test drove it $15k
but I told that is not what he told Zach over
the phone I was on the phone when is said.
He said he told him he would consider it
and Zach confirmed in an email that is not
what he said. He said he would give the car
to me for a $11k.

called them at 12 PM today 12/22. Drove there 1 hour later. They told me they already sold the car AFTER they told me they still
had the car for sale. The sale man I met dressed up like a hobo off the street. The office looked like an abandoned cafeteria.
Don't shop here regardless of whatever deal they got. If they don't rip you off at the front end, it's the back end or rear-end in the
finance office where they will rip you off. Unreliable POS.

Brandon head of internet sales at the dealership was extremely helpful. I
ended up buying a 2019 Tahoe in Blue that they found at another dealership.
The vehicle I purchased had a couple more options than the original one but
I got exactly what I wanted for a very good price. I was treated with respect
and my desires were listened too during the entire process, just as I would
treat someone if the roles were reversed. Brandon was great and I would
recommend him personally and Steve Rayman the dealership without
hesitation.
Tried to get a conversation going where I could make a planned trip over to look at a vehicle and barely could get any response to my emails and barely had one phone call. Several days later the vehicle is no longer for sale. Waste of a week. I was ready to buy, but I guess they don't want my business.

Called to confirm I qualified for available rebates as the dealer was over an hour away. I was reassured that they did, however, upon arriving found out that I in fact did not. The sales man I worked with at the dealer was polite. The manager on the other hand was not.

The salesperson contacted me on Sat. was suppose to call back on Monday to set up an appointment to come look at the car. I checked the web site on Sunday and the car had already been sold, he said he would call me if the car sold did not get that call, only after I sent a email to him he did reply by email that he car had sold. Did not receive a call from the dealership on Monday informing me car was sold

All staff was polite and not one bit assertive. Easy to deal with and answered
questions fully. ISSUES THAT COULD HAVE RESULTED IN DIFFICULTIES
were easily handled and disposed of without conflict. All in all, purchasing
the 2015 used Kia was a good experience with Steve Rayman Chev.

Called ahead of time and told me that the car
was there. Drove across town at 5:00 rush hour
only to find out that they sold it that morning.
Felt like they tried to bait and switch me on
another car. Seemed like no one knew what's
going on. Very disappointed.
They gave me the run around, wouldn't not return my calls, and just treated me like I was unimportant because I wasn't buying a $30000 vehicle !!

My experience at this dealership was way below my expectations......the
vehicle that we test drove was not in safe drive-able condition. The
vehicle needed motor mounts and all four tires are severely dry rotted,
after test driving the vehicle I discussed the matter with the financial
manager and to my surprise, he was aware of the tire situation and still
allowed customers to test drive the vehicle.........needless to say I will
never return nor will I ever recommend family/friends to this Dealership!

What can I say "bait and switch." Their Internet
salesman emailed me the price of the vehicle, I
said no thanks, its out of the budget, told him
the maximum that we would spend . He replied
that they were offering a 25% discount,
therefore he had a lot of wiggle room with that
price. The 25% discount that he promised put
the price within our budget. I rearranged my
evening and my family went to the dealership .
We looked at 3 cars, test drove one , and
decided that one was the car that we wanted.
Sat down with the finance person to begin the
paperwork, he was surprised at the mention of
a 25% discount . He went to speak with his
manager, who advised him that there was no
way they would come even close to that price.
In fact they pulled up the email correspondence
by their salesman, that promised me the 25%
discount, but still outright refused to honor it,
and with no real apology or some type of
compensation.

Contacted dealer using Carguris app in
efforts to confirm pricing. Initially, I was
informed by their CSR that they were
unable to quote me pricing over the
phone. I informed her that I was not
coming to look at the vehicle unless
pricing was confirmed. She asked how
much I was willing to spend, approved
through her manager, and informed me
that price was approved. Long story
short, got to the dealership and was
greeted with a credit application PRIOR
to test driving the vehicle. To add insult to
injury, I was told the pricing was NOT
approved and the price of the vehicle
was actually $6,000 more than what I
was told by their employee via phone!!!
Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!

Quick to respond, however, what was told to me over the phone and what data was provided via their website (where they told me to look) was not accurate. I was looking for Cadillac SRX, first 2006, then settled on 2008 and newer. The lady with whom I interacted was delightful, but it seemed she was being given erroneous information. When I asked if they had other SRXs than the 2006, she was quickly told to tell me they had plenty, just check the website. I did and saw none. Yes, we have no bananas today, I suppose. I went elsewhere.

Dealer responded promptly to two agreed upon & signed repairs to used vehicle we purchased with a loaner vehicle. Ben Golzer was an all around pleasure to work with. Our daughter has fallen in love her "new" car. Thanks for all the help Ben!

Bait and switch. Saw car on autotradet, caked to discuss the car and
scheduled a teat drive appt. Upon arrival when they learned that I
wanted to pay cash, the car was suddenly unavailable. This car was in
their buy here pay here section where they charge triple the average
interest rate. They make money off of these low cost cars by jacked up
finance charges. They don't want cash customers.....
