Dodged a bullet by not doing business with this dealership. LIED about the price, financing, and rude staff. Car was running on fumes when I took it to test drive and dirty. Horrible experience right in the middle of submitting application after spending all day there negotiating and agreeing on a price just for them to say they sold the car during the process.

Someone responded quickly. The salesman was working with me to assist in my purchase of the car from out of town. While I was on the phone with him someone showed up and bought it. My salesman was helpful by quickly contacting me to stop completing the credit application process until it was known if the other person was going to buy the car. He said there was no reason to get a credit inquiry hit on my credit report for a car I might not get to buy. I'm grateful to him for that.

Purchased a Lexus here… completed and signed purchase forms in less than 2 hours. This dealership has a formidable team of professionals. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle call pre-owned sales and ask for Ronzel Wilson, if you need financing make sure you ask to speak with Deja Webster and be sure to speak to Tim Harless the GM if you are unsatisfied with anything. Absolutely 10 stars out of 5.

Charles was VERY helpful with me through the process of returning another car and purchasing one from sterling mccall. he went above and beyond for me to get my car and i’m very appreciative! my only complaint is that Exhavier in the finance department was VERY pushy with trying to get me to purchase warranty from their dealership even after i said no 5 times. then once i made my self completely clear that i did not want to purchase warranty his attitude completely changed and he was rude and stopped making friendly conversation and honestly ruined my overall experience for my first time buying a car. sales manager Aaron and Charles were very helpful and I definitely recommend that you go see them!

Great experience from beginning to end. Salesman, Iloye called us within minutes after we showed interest. We drove from Dallas to Houston 3 days later. The car looked better in person than the pictures showed. We test drove it, had it checked out by a local mechanic and were told it was in great condition. The only hiccup we experienced was waiting 3 hours on finance, but it was well worth the wait because we ended up with a great deal! Best car buying experience. Everything was great from beginning to end!

they were annoying trying to get me to finance with them when it had already been planned and processed that i would be financing with my bank but thats just them doing their job yaknow? other than that i got a very nice car and they moved at a professional speed.

This dealer is a joke they don’t even answer the phones or when they do answer it they send you to voicemail boxes when they say the people are there they screwed around with me for over four days because I’m an out-of-town buyer and I gave them a chance to try to finance me when I could’ve paid cash upfront they listed the car and said it had no wrecks according to the Carfax and then once I’m looking at the Carfax it shows a wreck with up to $1000 with the damage and I asked him to look at this and tell me if they could tell what were the damage wasRepaired. I’m re-looking at the pictures and I still see damage them they made me believe that it was the vehicle was fixed I mean these people lie or don’t even do what they say they’re going to do they probably never even looked at the damn car I’m telling you I don’t know how these flaky dealerships can ever stay in business especially when they lie and try to screw the buyer around

Bad communication. Did not deliver the car at the time discussed and no courtesy call. Salesman left us waiting on him and he didn’t bother to call. I had to call him just to find out he wasn’t coming. Said it would be the next day, but we decided to go somewhere else and not purchase the car from them. Very unprofessional and will not recommend this dealership.

I visited this dealership on 1/27/20 and walked around on the lot for about 30 minutes. No one approached me and asked to assist. I called the dealership from the lot and told them I was there. Still nothing. I walked into the building. Still no one offered assistance.

I was actively involved in the process of the car buying experience with the dealer. I set an appointment to go and see the car and test drive it but they sold the car even after several phone calls and great interest in it. With all that they failed to let me know that I needed to put some money down to hold the car due to interest from others. I live 2.5 hours away and wasn’t able to see the car immediately, but clear communication would have alleviated all confusion. The best thing is that I called getting more information on the car on the second day of interest and they answered it even though the car was already sold. I was totally disappointed with the service I got from them. Two days later I received an email saying the car was sold as well. This was an awesome car buying experience...

Contacted me twice and that I should call and they could do a test drive with me. We went there and they were able to meet the price offered in Oklahoma and actually did a little better than the other dealership on price. Did not have the exact color/equipment combination we wanted, but were able to do a better deal to entice us to take the one they had on the lot.

Stay Away From This Dealership!!! We had an appointment set up with Salesman Eddie to come purchase a car we saw online. Since we had not heard from him, WE called to let him know we were on the way across Houston to buy the car. He then advised us he sent it to another dealership to sell it out from under us. When we called back to speak to the Sales Manager he was “out of the office” and his voice mail was full (What does that tell you...). Terrible customer service and sketchy (at best) sales tactics. I give one star ONLY because I think we have to. Will never shop at Sterling McCall again.

Everyone was friendly and responsive. Since it was a Hyundai dealer, when asked about the Toyota we were looking at, if an answer was not known they would not make something up. They would respond that they did not know but would find out for us. They were able to find out and answer all of my questions.

Bought from Lisa Priest. I put in a call, she called me back quickly. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Had been unsuccessfully negotiating with a different dealership closer to my home and going thru their typical sales process. Lisa found the car I was asking for from another dealership and shortcut all the haggling. Got me my price approval and then even got my financing request approved after the fact. Turned out the car had a scratch on it so she found a different one and gave us a loaner to drive until it came in. Then even offered to drive it to our house to re-sign the paperwork. No wonder she has so many sales awards in her office. Now if Hyundai only made a full-sized pick-up.....she'd be my go-to person. Easiest car deal I've done and great service.

We just bought a used vehicle from Sterling-McCall Hyundai on Saturday and almost didn't happen. It took 5 hours to finish the deal and we almost walked out after receiving the first quote. The sticker price was good and the trade-in value they were going to give us on our vehicle was good, but then they added a huge charge for installing their "protection package" ($3600) on the vehicle as they do on all used vehicles they receive to sell we were told. My wife was ready to walk and I told the salesman that this was ridiculous, so he went to the sales manager and he told us what it was for, blah, blah, blah.... After all of this back and forth they finally got within $500 of what we thought to be fair and we gave in because the vehicle is really nice. The best part came when we were leaving, the salesman handed us the key and they only had one. A new key from Ford is $280!!! So we gave-in and still got hosed on the second key. My point is to do your homework and don't give in to them!

Called the dealer and was able to test drive car same day. When I got there car was worse than what the pictures show. The front bumper was hanging off, the console on the inside was broken, gear shift was taped up, and the sunroof did not work. Despite all of this the thing that disappointed me the most was their unwillingness to come down on the price not even $100. The only good thing was the customer service I received from John?. I wouldn't want to deal with anybody else as I'm under the assumption he has no control over pricing. To bad we couldn't make a deal I was ready with cash.

Horrible expierence with this place. 0 Star rating. 1. They advertised a car they didn't have on the lot. I live 92 miles from this dealership and specifically told the salesman that and that I would have to take off work to go look at/buy this car. I wasn't informed that the car wasn't there until I called to let the salesman know I was half way there and what time to expect me. 2. They raised the price to 35K from 31991 a few days later. Which they emailed with an official Sterling McCall internet quote. Of course they wouldn't honor there own quote. I would post the email if I could paste it here. These people are full of all sorts of excuses that they can't keep straight when they talk to you. Bottom line is they are Shady and it goes all the way up through management.

We had one of the worst experiences working with Paul at the used lot. He was rude and would not listen to anything we had to say about things that was wrong with the car. His only answer was that "it's a used car. He added in a fake "documentation" fee to make up for reducing the price by $150. Then when we asked what that was he lied and said it was a city fee. His manager even verified that he lied. We walked out at that point because if they will lie about one thing then you can't trust anything. Avoid them completely and they should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business that way.

Contacted them concerning this car, they responded in a timely manner and said the car was there in stock and ready to test drive. Arrived to the dealer, and the car doesn't exist. Wth!? They have no idea where the car is, where the key is. Apparently losing the key to cars is a ongoing trend there. I was highly disappointed and decided to just take my business elsewhere. The Professionalism and organizational skills has to improve here. They were just all over the place trying to sell me some car that I couldn't see and that he has no access too in the service area. All he kept saying was he has to sell that car. And I'm just like where is the SONATA you all are advertising!? So they should remove this post from this page THE CAR IS NOT THERE PPL!!!

THis dealer is advertising an extremely low mile vehicle at 15,600 miles. When I contacted them they responded with the updated mileage of say 58,000. The ad is still running.

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not go here! The guy ignored us from the very start was not interested in being a customer service and helping us in anyway we stayed two whole days here until 9:30pm with both of my young children getting fussy and tired because we were promised our payments would be $200 a month we asked for two days to see the paperwork for our payments and were told over and over again don't worry it's $200 don't worry he will go over it at the end but I promise it won't be higher than $250 told me to pay for insurance on the car after I told him I needed to see prices before I get insurance because I need to make sure the payments were affordable he continued to force me to pay insurance on this vehicle we get the paperwork done get it washed and gas up and I am getting ready to leave with my children excited to go home finally after an awful experience the finance manager comes and tells. Me my monthly payments will be $394! I was beyond pissed! I asked to speak to a manager and he was just as awful he did not try to fix the issue what so ever just blamed the bank never tried to finance through another bank to get the payments correct he just said give me ur credit card to reimburse me the down payment!! Do not go here you will waste your time!! Every person was horrible and rude uncaring and unhelpful no one trying to actually help the customers like their job require! I am very disappointed I wasted two entire days up here to leave empty handed and have such a bad expirence I left in tears crying because of how bad these employees are! This dealership needs to be shut down!!

When we arrived for our scheduled appointment no one could find our appointment, the vehicle was not pulled up and waiting as promised, AND no one even knew where the vehicle was located for about 10 minutes as 3 salespeople wandered the lot looking for it. We ended up having to ride in another car with the salesman who drove us down the street to a fenced in area where the vehicle was located. I did not feel confident in the dealer's ability to competently carry out a professional transaction and did not move forward with the purchase. Then, we received numerous emails. I realize they are basically form letters, but they all said pretty much the same thing and it was like no one knew who was sending what. Super disorganized overall. Would not purchase here.

Great dealer, always stayed in contact asking if I needed any help, they accommodated to my tight scheduled, and even tho I did buy my vehicle there. Their customer service was always outstanding. A girl name Karla was always taking care of me and making sure to keep me updated on their inventory of cars.

Immediate - almost automatic - response, but when I e-mailed my questions back to the sales person, she didn't respond. A few days later, I called to follow up with her and learned that the car I was interested in Sold that morning. It was the only car on the lot I was interested in. Poor communication.

Went in knowing which car I wanted and with cash in the bank. They couldn't figure out how to transfer the money electronically even with my routing and account number. What I thought would take an hour ended up taking 4 hours...very frustrating!! I love the car but the service was slow and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't seem to care that they were wasting my time.

Horrible, the salesman didn't know the difference between a bad engine sound and tires on the highway. A total waste of time. I will never go back or tell my friends to go there. My 2005 Dodge Caravan sounded and ran better than 2016 Kia Sorento they were trying to sale, The car was rode hard, the hood had several small dents in it, the windshield wipers did not work. No wonder they were trying to get rid of it. And my other car, 2006 Outlander could out drive their car. Bad experience.

Zero stars! They will use a bait car to lure you in and then claim they don't know where it is for a week. They will then promise a test drive but only if you come in and sign paperwork for the car first. I made my first trip there with a scheduled appointment and was told the car wasn't there after sitting around for 20 minutes. I was told by Leonard after almost a week of trying to schedule a test drive, "My supervisor wants to know you're serious, so we need you to come crunch numbers and sign the paperwork before we bring the car in. If you decide you don't want the car we will just void the contract." As if my daily phone calls and multiple trips to the dealership weren't indicative enough. He then started asking for personal info over the phone such as my credit score, etc. Run! Do not even attempt to test drive a car here unless you want to waste your time, money, and dignity.

We went to test drive the car on Saturday (6/4/16) and liked it! We told the salesman on Monday we would be there at 9am on Tuesday morning to bring the car to our mechanic to check it out ~ he kindly told us, no problem he would see us then. I rearranged my work schedule to do this ~ I waited for him to show up (30 minutes late) and it wasnt until then that he ... took the car to fill up with gas .... looked at the meter readings, etc. He told me he couldnt let me drive it off the lot until his mechanic could look at it b/c the meter didnt look right. While I can appreciate he noticed this ~ I was very disappointed by: 1) he didnt care to show up on time to our appointment 2) he didnt have the car ready for me to get it inspected 3) he STILL hasnt called me back (which he said he would do) to let me know the car is ready for our mechanic to inspect ~ its been 5 days ... needless to say, we have moved on to another deal ... and much better customer service.

Good communication with the Internet Manager, made appointment but I canceled via telephone message because I decided to buy something other than an Audi Q7. I recommend that they have a sales guy call, that knows the vehicle to keep the potential customer's interest.

Had already sold the car but lied to me about it to try to get me to drive 2 hours w/my 3 yr old. Found out because another dealership owned by the same company looked (were going to have a driver go get the car for me so i didnt have to go so far) & the car had been sold for days. I was lied to by 3 different people within that dealership.

Was running an ad and once i contacted them to purchase the car they seem to pull a bate and switch stating that the ad priced was just a daily promotion and had expired. But even their website had that same "daily" price listed... During our negotiations, they changed the website price asked where i saw that price changed that and rised the overall price......

Used car salesman quoted and repeated one price to begin with; after the offer was accepted and the paperwork was in process, the salesman new price reflected $1k higher... As supported by AN online ad. Backed out of the deal.
