Dealership is horrible!!! They’re selling cars that they know have major problems for top dollar prices. I purchased a car for my son for 12,300 and have spent almost 1500 in repairs and have only had the car 30 days. Beware of this lot they are dishonest scammers the father and the daughter. The whole lot is full of junk cars. I saw people coming and leaving the cars there. I wish I would’ve done the same. Save yourself the trouble!!!

So disappointed with the sales rep, makes me wonder if he was there to sell a car. I’ve bought a car from here before. He did not want to work to get me a deal. Gave me a monthly payment but didn’t want to give me information how he came to that amount. He stated he did not want to go back in forth for with me. So rude, my experience was not good.
This dealership was so responsive. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in was sold out already

I just purchased a beautiful pre-owned F150 truck from Sterling McCall Honda! I live in Pensacola, Florida, and was shopping the southeast. Working with Julie Barnachea, who is absolutely fantastic, I struck the perfect deal! She worked with their finance specialist, Ryan, who was also terrific, and once everything was in place I flew into Houston and drive the truck back to Pensacola... Whew! What a day! Salesperson was great However the price of the car was $2500 more out the door then advertised. The out of the door asking price should be posted. Not some imaginary price that isn’t even an option.

Drove two hours to get there car was priced at 16k some how was priced at 20k the car was in bad condition front bumper cracked and bashed up screws holding the lower bumper grill together . Door handles melted not to mention the $995 mark up to have wheel locks put on the car which wasn’t included in price wheel locks cost about 45-55 bucks sterling McCall isn’t for anyone!!! Run from this dealer they’ll put the screws to you

Dealer add-ons were expensive (clear-coat/interior
protection plans) and they were unwilling to not add
them even though they didn't even have the car in their
possession yet. In addition they taxed these add ons
which raised the price of the car to an amount we were

This dealership drove 45 minutes to pick up my mom to bring her to buy a car. She had picked out a couple off their used lot. She needed something with 3rd row seating. They bring around a 2010 Honda Civic, trying to talk her into buying it. I had to leave work early to go pick her up from the dealership, so she didn't have to wait for someone to bring her home. Nice way to treat an elderly woman

Arranged for a test drive. The person I was supposed to meet was 30 minutes late, so I initially
dealt with two others. They said that as the car was parked in I would need to wait for a test
drive. After 30-45 minutes when the manager finally showed up she said they never allowed test
drives of this car.

You have typical used car experience here. The car listed at very attractive price will
disappear when you show up the dealership and then you will shown 'similar' car with
substantial higher price. They would include optional items, which perhaps is the need
of the dealership like wheel locks for which they include around 600 in the estimate.
Then they will include another 600 for protective treatment to the fabric and interior
which nobody knows if it was treated or not, unless it is put to use.

This is where I bought the car. Errol, the car salesperson, was fine. It
wasn't until I got to the finance office that there were problems. They
didn't appreciate my reading all the contracts before I signed them. When
I added all the numbers in the final contract, it was $1550 more than what
I had agreed to pay. I was told it was impossible because the numbers
came from the computer!! After arguing for a long time, they added the
numbers & saw I was right. I must have spent 4 hours in the finance office
while they were looking at the computer program. Finally, they had to
manually put in the correct price. I asked them if I had signed the contract
would I still have been responsible for the extra money & they said yes. I
wondered how many people they have overcharged because most people
don't question a computer or add the numbers like I did. I also wonder if
they ever fixed the computer "glitch" or continue to make people pay
more than what was agreed upon.

they confirmed they had the vehicule they even schedule an appointment for me to go test drive it it took me about 1 hr driving to get overthere ,when I got there first thing they said that vehicule had just sold earlier that day and no one notify me anything ,so they tryed to sell me something else for a higher budget and about 3 0r 4 the salemen are not organized at all they say they only know whats going on with their ownn sells and dont know if some one else had sold a car that people are tryng to go buy ,so they dont know but they ll confirm that the car still available ,even some one else call me 3 day later tryn to offer me the same already sold car because he did not know it was sold ,waste of time .

The actual salesman (Ramiro) was really quite good. He was
knowledgeable, engaging and accommodating. He was excellent in terms
of getting increasing amounts of information, answering questions and
providing options. I can find no fault. He went the extra mile. The other
salesmen were polite and respectful as well; there was not that "pack
mentality" where they swarm you as soon as you enter the compound.
Their Finance organization is a bit of a different story. Horrid attempts at
high-pressure "upselling". At one point, this guy had me waiting in his
office while he was chatting to some girl! Arrogant beyond measure, I was
simply glad to leave his office.

After informing the sales man that I was not interested in the
2006 Corvette they are selling because of issues in the CarFax
report and thanked him for his time, he sent me a very short
and unprofessional response: "Your loss".
Perhaps Sterling Mccall Honda needs to teach their sales
representatives to be professional and courteous even when a
potential customer does not want to buy a particular vehicle.
You never know, they may want to buy another vehicle down
the line.

Their internet sales manager responded quickly, we worked out a fair price without much hassle, and I ended up with a car I am happy with. I knocked off one star because, despite having worked everything out in advance and paying in cash, I had to wait a long time once at the dealership before I was able to drive off with the car and because I have not been able to get anyone from financing/accounting to return my calls to answer a simple question in the few days since buying the car.

Purchased previously from this dealership and sought out again when I was ready to trade in that vehicle and purchase again. They replied but really did not appear to care or seek repeat customers.
