Well, the dealers online sales dept did respond. But never gave me better price, which is what I was asking for. Couple days go by. Then a sales man called from the dealership. And I also asked him for the best deal on this vehicle. And told him that the online department had already contacted me. He never responded about the vehicle I was asking about. And sends a list of 5 vehicles he thought were in my price range. Definitely a little confused at this point. Then the online guy emails. I asked again about another vehicle on the lot from the online sales guy. He never responded. Not sure about them, Or they are not willing to discuss a discount on vehicles. Either way poor follow through.

I contacted dealership Salesperson Isaiah,Informed me that the Dealership
manager would not accept check from outside., quote " We work with over
60 banks we can get you a fair rate depending on your credit". All I ask is
the dealership send a purchase sales agreement for the amount of the
Escalade to be bought. Never heard a dealership turn down money, in
order to finance with so-called their banks. smh. wow The cadillac needs
front fender.

BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP
For the second time in a week, I went there for a car that had been
advertised, only to be told that it had just been sold. But they suggested
other (more expensive) cars.
I was going to chalk it up to bad luck or bad timing, until a couple hours
after I left the dealership after being told the second car had just been
sold, out of curiosity, my wife inquired about the car. She got an
immediate email reply that the car was there just waiting for her. Feels a
lot like bait and switch to me.

I bought a car from them, not the car I initially went to look at, but a great car. They were very willing to work within my parameters and we
were able to come to a deal. Overall the service was great, the in house service was good. Initially I had to wait over an hour and a half to
see the finance group, so i left and came back on Monday and was in and out in 30 minutes. They were just really busy on that Saturday.
The sales group was informed and fast and were enjoyable to work with

Less than honest.
They did not have the vehicle in stock as I was told several times. I asked for a video walk around of the vehicle as it was not listed on their web site, before going to the
dealership. They then admitted that they did not have this vehicle in stock and were not able to locate one with these options / color.

This place was the worst I’ve have ever done business with period! They tried to add a charge for $995 for a “vehicle inspection” fee. When the vehicle was clearly never inspected because both inside door panels and outside door handle were broken and needed to be repaired. Well part of the deal was repair the panels,handles and fully detail the inside and out the vehicle was promised Monday by the “salesman”. I did my part got my bank to finance the vehicle the next business day. I called Monday to make sure they received payment and was told vehicle wouldn’t be ready Monday it would be ready Wednesday. Wednesday comes another excuse Friday comes my “salesman” ghosted me and never responded again. Until Saturday when the sales manager calls and says he’ll call me Monday morning. I called at lunch because no one called me I called him 2 times and the sales man 2 times then finally emailed the manager. Then at 4:45 I finally got a call telling me it would be finally ready 2 weeks later

The salesman was good and everything but the honda had a couple of scratch and one dent. I asked him they would be able to remove the scratches and he said yes so i did everything such as the paper work and what & i was told the car would be ready in about two days. Two days passed & i still wasnt ready till the forth day & i was in need of the car & when i got the car one of the scratches looked worse & I believe they made two more dents on the car trying to remove the ones on the right side cause i went around the car 3 times & i only seen 1. When i got the car i didnt say anything about it cause i really needed the car. Their service is trash

I kept in touch with the general manager and salesman for 3 days to make sure the vehicle was available. I made an online appointment to test drive the car. I showed up Saturday morning before they opened and then I was told the car was sold, on the way out to the auction. So which was it really?? Bait and switch. Tried selling me a more expensive car. I will NOT buy a car in the future from them because of the dishonesty.

Salesmen helping was great but sales manager decided to get involved and tell me the beat price was $18,300 from &18,500 after I said I can get it cheaper at another dealer with less mileage. I walked out of course and went to other dealer and bought the car. Next day they lowered the price to 17,888. Really???

The best experience I've ever had buying a car. I rarely write reviews but I feel it's my duty to share my experience. When I expressed interest in a car I liked, I received a very pleasant call telling me it was still available. I immediately made an appt. When I got there everyone from financing down to the office staff were beyond nice. I made a purchase that day and I'm happy I did. I will refer everyone I know looking for a car to this dealership. My salesman was very friendly and tried to make it right for me. The mechanics we're supposed to give my car a front end alignment before I took my car home for the first time. They didn't do it. Other than that I had a pretty good experience. I love my car.

As consumers, we should be informed of what to expect when visiting a place of business which is why I am taking the time to write this review of my personal experience at Sterling McCall Acura. I contacted this dealership on 11/28/2017 to test drive a used 2014 Lexus GS350 listed on the cargurus.com website and ensure that the car was in stock. I informed the dealership that I would be traveling 30 miles from my house and that I did not have any time to waste, and in turn they responded that they had the car and it would be ready to test drive when I arrived. I arrived on time and met with the sales person (Dammy) who said he had to retrieve the car. I waited for approximately 10 minutes and when Dammy returned there was no car. He stated that the car was having tire issues and had been sent to the service shop for repair the prior day to which I sharply questioned why I had not been informed before driving 45 minutes to the other side of town. He apologized and asked if I would like to test any other cars, and I stated I did not. I left feeling lied to and very frustrated so I called the sales manager, explained the situation, and asked why they had wasted my time. He stated how they have so many cars and that it's hard to keep track of all of them and apologized and said that he would personally call me back shortly to look for another car close to the same price range for me. I never heard back from him. I do not hold anything against the salesperson as he is not the one I spoke to on the phone who told me the car would be ready. I do hold the sales manager responsible because his attitude shows me that he does not care about his customers. I take this personally because my time was stolen from me and cannot be replaced. This was my experience, and I will be posting it on as many websites as possible to inform others until I hear back from this dealership.

Called about a vehicle several times and never got anyone to talk to me for
more than like 2 min and then when I finally got to the sales guy he said the
vehicle was sold Then the next day I saw the car on their site and Cargurus
for $1000 less. Unless they are giving away the vehicle I don't think there is a
deal at their dealership that would make me want to go there.

I contacted them in the morning if the car still available
They said yes do you want a drive test I said yes I'll stop by 3
I go and the guy don't answer so I walk in and somebody start to help me
He said the car was sold last night and he try to sell a different car I said no and I left
The original guy contacted me later saying he still waiting for me 3 days later I got mad because I already bought an other car and I said how unprofessional he is and I explained why
He answer that he's been professional for 26 years and he will continue and I should wait for him
He said this is no Walmart that you can just go with anyone
He said he put the car away for me and he still have it
So I said I already bought one ,what can I do
And he said come over ,you can trade in the new one ,let's talk to fix it but today is my off day
I said ok I'll try tomorrow
I went again, straight with the guy and he said the same lie. The car sold last night but I have a lot of cars let me help you
For me I'm no going back to that dealerships ever again
No even if the call me to give me a free car
Just a bunch of lies
I can't call that professional!

I live in Kentucky and was prepared to fly to Houston to see the car,
based on the description, the low mileage and the price. Having
been burned less than a month before when I visited a dealer in
South Carolina, I asked the sales agent "is this car EXACTLY as
described in your narrative ?" The next day he called to say "well,
we've discovered the car has a transmission and clutch problem
which we intend to fix, then send the car to auction." I appreciated
the call as it saved me a wasted trip but I do get concerned when
information in the car description isn't accurate and complete.

I walked in for a test drive and it was clear no one was willing to help. Finally I approached someone and asked for Darrell, the dealer I had been in contact with. They said they would get him and walked off and didn't return. Another manager walked up to me about 10 minutes later, now 20 minutes after the scheduled drive time. The manager asked if I needed help, I said yes and again told him who I was looking for. after making the call, the manager informed me that he was not in the office but was on his way back. He then had Mike assist me. Mike was nice, offered water but was not knowledgeable on the car I was looking for. I asked if they still had the Prius in that I came in to test drive, and he told me no that it had been sold the previous day. This was upsetting as I called before I came in and asked if it was still in and Darrell told me it was. Mike then tried to find me a Prius around town that he could get for me but I soon walked out when he didn't know what the "1,2 and V' meant. (Prius 1, Prius 2, and Prius V).

It was the classic bait and switch. The car did NOT have the options
advertised and, after driving 50 miles to the dealership, they said it was a
"misprint" and offered to sell me something else, of course at a higher price.
I do not want to even do business with dealers like that.
