I’m upset with this dealer . No. 1 they showed the pictures of the car with damages . On the tailgate there are letters missing from the Range Ro er . In the word Range the N is missing, but there is no mention of anin the word Rover the letter R is onthe end of the word. I was told that the 7" long scratch on the top dashboard monitor was basically at too bad you should expect some flaws it is after all a used car it will not be repaired. So I the dealership a D grade.

I've tried contacting this dealer from Saturday to Tuesday. Saturday I was told a sales rep would reach out ASAP. Sunday their closed. Monday sent an email out, got a response saying a Sales Rep been assigned to me and will reach out ASAP. Tuesday called and person who picked didn't seem to help and pass me along and got hung up on. Wednesday called and in the end the car has already been sold a week ago.
Even during the whole 4 days come to find out I've tried contacting the dealer 11 days ago, probably for the similar car. Probably never got any contact back that I didn't even notice until later.

Sales Rep was great but then I had to speak to the Manager who was very disrespectful and rude. I was warned about doing business with Stephens....now I know why. The manager said the price was $2,000 OVER MSRP as it's in such high demand. No dealer I've been doing business with the past 10 days was a penny over MSRP. They called me back a few days later and said I could have it for MSRP. Too late I bought another car at an excellent dealership for BELOW MSRP alongwith a dealership incentive. My advice....make this place your absolute LAST CHOICE! You'll see why I wrote a negative comment but a true one.

Very pleasant buying experience. Borus my salesman was great. Gave me the car, said take it for as long as
you want. I test drove in several different ways, parking, turning radius and handling. Did not feel at all
pressured. Came back and purchased the car without a lot of haggling. Quite happy with my purchase.

The dealer was attentive and helpful while we were there. The car was ready for the test drive and looked attractive and as advertised.
However, we are from NY (not CT) and after we got home, we saw that the front bumper on the drivers side was falling down. We have tried to contact the dealer via email, text and phone and cannot get through. In addition, one of the FOBs does not work, and when we tried to make sense of the navigation system, we discovered it has its own manual that was not provided.
Today they called and said they couldn't get the NY state registration because we "owed back taxes". Totally bogus. We called NY DMV, who told us there was no problem. We hope they fix that soon. Perhaps they do not do out of state sales very often? We expected this to go smoothly and were disappointed.
This may not be the dealer's fault, but on the way home from a trip, the check engine light came on. Tomorrow we'll take it local Toyota dealer and hope our warranty covers it.

Excellent customer service! I’m so happy with my beautiful “new” used car. It was exactly as advertised and even more beautiful in person. Saied was awesome, a fantastic salesman who made the whole car buying experience a comfortable and happy one. He took care of everything, and even set up my Bluetooth and showed me how it works so I could have tunes for my ride home. The car was spotless and shining, with a full gas tank when I went to pick it up. I highly recommend Stephen Auto Mall!!

High pressure sales model of dealer. Lied about a car. It took multiple calls and days to get the deposit back but they were quick to process it. I personally cannot recommend them due to my experience.

Very friendly and responsive. Though I was quite overwhelmed with the amount of texts, calls, and emails I got every day. I was only looking at car deals, not trying to buy one right now but they kept wanting me to come test drive the car. I work full time and live in a different state, so this isn't something I'd do if I didn't plan on actually buying the car at that time. Maybe I'll come back once I'm actually ready, but for now its just a lot more than I need.

Saeid, my Salesman, Yusef the Sales Manager, Bob the Business Manager and Lisa who does the initial meet & greet via email with her personal video, have been great. Brittain who helped me with my rental while they did some promised minor work was very nice. I've also received a nice follow up call from Peter in Service. Great bunch of people helping me. I had to stick to my guns and work hard for my deal but Yusef made it happen. It all seems a little too good. I've bought MANY cars over the years and don't trust most dealerships but but so far I am very happy with my purchase!

The experience was horrible. The owner was extremely rude. When asked about the colour of the vehicle he said I should pull off the road and read the ad since I was driving. No manners whatsoever and didnt deserve to be interacting with anybody in the field of sales. Very rude

Just about perfect! My contact man was well trained and interested in my concerns. Sure,
they had a drop-dead price. But that's the deal; if it 's good and you can make the
payment then it's "win-win". And to boot, I bought a used car-something I never did. So if
you're looking for a good outfit and you don't mind driving a bit to Connecticut, I'd say you

Zero stars! Worst experience ever! Had the vehicle on hold for 24hrs and it sold while I was test driving it. I was not even offered any other vehicles to look at on the lot just told by Brian the manager that he was not going to tell the other girl she can't have it now even though I had the apppomtmemt and drove over an hour to get there. Shame on them!

The Terrain was available when the customer called the Dealership. When the customer arrived, there was another customer that had arrived unannounced 30 minutes or so earlier. This customer did not go for a test drive and bought the Terrain.
This does not happen very often to say the least, but it does once in a while. The Dealership does not accept deposits on pre-owned vehicles, too many customers were disappointed when they went to look at a pre-owned vehicle with a deposit that in the end were not bought by the customer with the deposit.

I drove to Stephens and was planning to view a few other vehicles at 2 other dealerships in the area. Long story short - I never made it to the other dealers. The people at Stephens were friendly, professional and straight forward. Two hours after I arrived I was driving away. The sales and finance process were very easy. I received a fair price for my trade and I got great deal on the car I wanted. I would definitely do business with them again. Well worth the trip from Springfield

Although at this time we have been unable to agree on a price I want to express my complete satisfaction with the salesman (Mike) sales Manger (Bryan) and the Dealership. I was treated with respect and felt at ease during the complete negotiations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because I was unable to purchase the car.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Asked them if they accepted cars with rebuilt titles before driving 45 mins down there. They say yes. They then offer me 1,800$ for my 2011 Nissan Sentra with only 70k miles because they " Don't sell cars with rebuilt titles they will auction it off at an auction ." Thanks for wasting my day . I emailed, inquired and requested pictures of a "newly listed " advertised vehicle, because I live over an hour away .
After a week there were still no pictures , so I decided to invest my time on a Saturday and drove over an hour to see the vehicle.
I arrived at the dealership, drove the lot, and reached out to one passing by salesman and asked the location of this used vehicle , who in turn replied laughingly ,"it's here somewhere" as he proceeded to continue on his way and headed inside, ... so much for his help.
I continued to drive around, and returned to the sales dept. and again inquired about this vehicles location ,I gave a different salesman the stock number and he took the info and went inside for 10 min or so, then returned to inform me that this vehicle was in the body shop having the tailgate repaired , and suggested I could try to look through the window but I likely wouldn't see it as it was covered in plastic to protect from paint overspray , and it wouldn't be ready until Mon or Tues. I left after driving that far not even given the opportunity to "see"it.
Now nearly t a week later I see they have put photos online of said vehicle, but they also INCREASED the original price !!
I inquired through chat as to why this was higher now, and was told it had been priced prematurely and has now completed the reconditioning process, and has a higher price
I don't know how dealerships operate but this scenario seems pretty sketchy and I would caution anyone who does business with them, luckily it wont be me.

I had a Good experience purchasing a car here. I bought car from a Sales Consultant named Henri Michaud . He didn't try to lie or steel from me. He treats people with dignity and respect. I had resource to purchase a car from any car dealer , and choose to buy here.

I'm saying this as someone who dealt with this dealer directly and I'm telling you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I called
about a car listed here, talked to a sales manager, secured a deal and made a deposit over the phone. Two days later I drove 2 1/2 hours to
the dealer. When I get there everyone was smiling and happy. Then they give me a different sales person and pull up with a DIFFERENT CAR.
This car was similar but obviously not not the car I put the deposit on. As soon as I told them this was the wrong car, their attitudes
completely changed. The sales person and assistance sales manager CHRISTIAN acted confused and then said they did not have the car I
put the deposit on. There was no understanding and no explanation as to what happened to the car I put the deposit on, from anyone there.
When I explained i drove 2 1/2 hours, took a day off from work, wasted gas and my time, I was met with shrugs by the staff. Understandably,
I was upset. When I made it clear I was unhappy, asked for my deposit back and not interested in another car, I was asked to leave and
threatened to have the police called to escort me out. I demanded my $500.00 deposit back, and they said they refunded it. The deposit still
has not been refunded to my account and I've had to file a dispute with my bank, just to get my money back. If you want to save yourself
headaches, stress, and have peace of mind, I would avoid this dealer like the plague. Incidentally, the ad for the car is still online here and on
their website.
This is what I believe happened: They put up a nice ad for a car that attracts people into the dealer. Over the phone, they will say the car is
there. Once the person comes into the dealer, they will try and get them to buy what they really have on the lot. If the person agrees, great for
them they get a sale. If the person doesn't want to deal, they can leave and the dealer hasn't lost anything, except a bad review if the person
inclines to do so. This is the game they are running. Look at the other reviews on here, because I am not the only one they have done this to.
Please save yourself the hassle, and find your care from another dealer, a dealer with integrity, honestly and a good reputation. Not this place.

Spent over 2 hours at the dealership.
Also the sales rep, alone with the
manager, would making promises but not
hold up to the information that was
provided. Very unsatified with the
professionalism that was provided. They
continued to give bad attitude, and use
profanity in front of customers.

They no longer had the used vehicle that we had found on cargurus.com but it's not like our hearts had been set on it. There was a nice selection of other vehicles that fit our needs, and we worked with a very pleasant salesperson to find the right fit. As a result we bought a very satisfactory vehicle at a very fair price (based on cargurus.com evaluation).

Miserable experience. Vehicle wasn't prepped at all. Warning lights
displaying on dash weren't cleared and the vehicle wreaked of
smoke. Sales manager was 'cold' and 'dismissive'.
