A dealer responded right away, but the listing was not truthful. It said no accident reported and one owner. It had a front end accident and 3 owners. When I called back to question this, no one called back until 6 hours later. Luckily my bank checks the car before I purchase.

Sam and his son were amazing. They went out of their way to help with financing as well as giving options on vehicles and including a service warranty

This dealership, specifically Don Muller, was great to work with. He was so laid back and made the test drive and ultimately the purchase of the car run incredibly smooth. I would buy again from them in a heartbeat!

Not very good we drove car filled out an application to purchase it. Dealer said the bank was closed and he would get back to me Monday. Never heard from him I texted him Tuesday he said bank said no that was it no explanation nothing. I do not recommend them at all.

The dealer called and did not speak understandable English. Once he slowed down and tried to speak more clearly, he just said, it’s available, you come and see it. There was no offer for information, no offer to send anything further or comments about the make and model in general. Then I was hounded by calls for 2 days. None of that makes me want to do business with you or deal further. I had to block the number as I was called multiple times while at work consecutively. Some general customer service would have gone a long way. Especially in this particular business.

The Dealership sold the GLI after setting up the test drive and everything. They still had some GTI's that I was interested in but they were listed as cars that they weren't with packages that they weren't. I felt bad for the salesman there because they are given the impossible task of selling cars that aren't packaged, when the dealership claims them to be packaged. I drove two hours in hopes to buy myself a new car and I left they're dealership laughing because how much poorly the dealership was ran.

Although, I did not purchase the car I was interested in, I was blown away by the owner's honesty and work ethic. I had found what appeared to be a minor engine issue and asked him to take a look. That afternoon he and his mechanic had found the issue and he would never have known this unless he had basically taken the engine apart. The vehicle was in perfect condition and had passed all points on his inspection. He was very honest with me when he could have just sold it to me, but the issue would have been more apparent 5000 to 10000 miles after purchase. I highly recommend this small business and I will gladly keep waiting until he gets something in that is to my liking. I value an honest business run by hard working, honest people. That is hard to come by these days especially regarding used cars.

My experience was good overall. My only issue was that I had to deal with multiple associates due to not being able to print my contract. If they could all train 1 another on their specialties, that would expedite to buying process dramatically.

I had a successful experience with Star Auto Mall 512. I purchased the beautiful vehicle and I love it. When I arrived, it was clean and ready for a test drive. I was fortunate to have a wonderful and attentive salesman, Maalik. Maalik was very respectful and helpful. He responded to all of questions and requests. I highly recommend Maalik to all seeking to purchase a car, truck or SUV. He is the most trustworthy car salesman I have encountered in my lifetime.

Process was long, but resulted in purchase, produced what was described.

Experience was good - especially good salesperson Yari. Some confusion on location of vehicles due to multiple locations. First vehicle was not in acceptable condition. Salesperson searched and eventually found the van that met our needs and we did purchase it.

Dealer provided good information but not enough money for trade and driving range of electric car is not as good as needed. We can't get car home as we are 146 miles away from dealer.and range is 90 miles.

My question was answered in a very prompt and professional manner.

My experience at this dealer was okay. The salesperson and management were responsive and able to help get me a good rate. After buying the 2019 car, however, I had to spend $300 to fix damage caused by a rodent that clearly happened while on their lot. Good deals, but be ware of car conditions.

The salesman was very nice and helpful throughout everything but when he had to involve his managers more towards the end the whole process went downhill. They were extremely rude and were not trying to work with me at all. They were only considered with getting their money ASAP. It wasn’t the experience I expected when buying my first car.

Little to no concern that I, called in advance of coming, not having the correct car ready for me to see. Took a long time to find the RIGHT car. That car did not start. ...when it finally did, it d/n run right!!!!....I just left. Total lack of concern.

I went to the lot and couldn’t find the car. They responded with generic emails and did no more than ask me to come in instead of answering my questions.

They got back to me right away but I was surprised after I asked them for all the details and pictures that a salesman got back to me and asked me what kind of car I’m looking for so I never got back to them and then the next day they told me what the car was about so I don’t know miscommunication somewhere.

Great experience overall. We delt with Tianna and Joe mostly and both were pleasant, truthful and without any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good quality car at an excellent price. Was extremely happy with car but, sadly, a drunk driver "customized " it on 11/16. I hadn't even driven 1,000 miles yet. It will probably be totalled by the other drivers insurance company. I recommend Star Auto and would buy from them again.

The car was not available to test drive and would not be made available for 4 days. The sales rep was inexperienced and tried to keep me hostage even though the car was not there.

Didn't end up purchasing a car here, but that's because the one i was interested in had something wrong with it. The transmission was acting up & instead of hiding it or lying about it the sales person I spoke with on the phone straight up told me first thing. So they're not shady or liars from my experience !!

I asked for photos of the car and they sent me a link to their local ad. It didn't have photos either, but then I noticed that the car had 4 owners in just 6 years, which was a huge red flag to me which I missed, so I didn't pursue any further contact with them.

Beyond scum!!! Told me that a vehicle they had was at the “auction” lol. I am so gullible I believed them. It was for a Lexus Hatchback Hybrid. Told they would bring the vehicle in 2 days. They called me the next day and said “hey are you coming to pick up the car?” I said no I am working can I pick up the car tomorrow I have off? The guy says oh well we do have someone looking at it right now oldest trick in the book. I said well I am coming in to buy the car tomorrow morning the sales manager said will noon work I said yes that works great. Here’s where it all went wrong. I said well I am ready to buy but I do have to take the car to see my mechanic the guy says oh who told you you can do that I said the young receptionist who answered the phone when I called. He puts me on hold and says well I do have another buyer looking at the car I will call you tonight and let you know if they buy it. I said well no forget it I will come buy the car tonight “just playing games with him at this point because I knew there was no actual car”. It was a fake vehicle it was never there. Said it was on Cargurus for 218 days a Lexus Hybrid for 12,500 with 80K miles. Of course no call that night to let me know if the car sold or not. I call the next afternoon after not hearing anything at all and the salesman gives me a story oh the car sold but we do have other cars available. I also put a small deposit down and called to get the funds given back to me of course they didn’t so I had to file a claim with my bank. This place is corrupt it should be out of business. I’m gonna let the better business bureau know what a terrible, corrupt, pathetic business they run at this dealership.

I purchased my vehicle from here they got back to me very fast. They were a calm down to earth group. They listened to my car choice and put that exact model in front of me. They really made me feel confident in my car choice. They are not pushy at all and they are priced well. Also they had me in and out of there after my purchase in less than an hour the car was cleaned,detailed and ready for me.

Very easy to deal with and has a great coverage plan for a preowned vehicle. Not commission based so no pressure either. We definitely buy from them again.

Overall horrible experience, will not be returning! The dealer misrepresented several features on the vehicle I went to look at and were not willing to budge a single dollar from the list price. A week after my experience the posting remained the same.
