Inquired about a vehicle, got a call and a text
After talking to and messaging them I was told the manager would call me back in 20 minutes. I didn’t get a call back and my texts and emails were not replied to. I thought since it was 4th of July weekend that maybe they were short staffed and would reply on Monday. I told them via text that I wanted the vehicle and that I was going to get a shipping quote to Missouri, which I did. I also contacted my credit union and got the loan going. I texted again and was told that there was a sale pending. I let them know about my text and emails and got a call telling me they had sold it and were waiting on financing. I asked them why no one called me or replied back and was told it was a miscommunication and they were sorry. I was also told that the price on cargurus was not right and since I wasn’t trading anything in the price was 1000 higher. They said they would let me know around 1 pm if the buyers loan was approved

Very professional
My wife and I just purchased a car here. I can't say enough good things about this place between the communication with them and the help they provided to make sure we got a deal that worked for us with the car that we wanted. They made everything so simple and easy and we walked away extremely happy, will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Good experience with stamas auto i pre-qualified on CarGurus and was contacted by stamas auto . mauricio scheduled a test drive and was very helpful and on top of everything from there long story short this truck is in my driveway. mauricio was great to work with an I will be a returning customer in the near future
Extremely unsatisfied with there services, while they are trying to sell you a vehicle they are estreamly polite and evrything is a big YES. Once the deal is done and a diposit is handed over. The customer service gose down hill immediately. I bought this 2008 Toyota Tundra. It was given to me with used tiers after i was told i would get new ones. Not only used tieds that bearly pass inspection they were 3 difrent brands. No caben light, and still as i wright this review the truck is not aligned after i also was told it was. The first few days of owning the Truck i have had to get tiers changed, working in geting it aligned, installing all cabin lights etc...
Everytime i call im told that i would be called back and rhw never do. I would defanatly not recoment anyone to buy any car from the unless the deal is in black and white before handing any deposit. Unfortinatly everything they say they would do becomes "this is not what we said."

These guys are sketchy I placed a deposit on a car and was about to pick it up and fill out the paperwork when they told me the bank changed their mind on the financing. When I got there the same day to pick up my deposit the car I had put down for was gone. They have a terrible response time and an outrageous dealer fee of over $1000.
They called me once at the end of their workday, and said they would talk to me the next day. And since then I have never heard from them. I think the salesman was only trying to sell an Auto loan to me, I wanted to pay cash and he just wanted me to finance. I guess they’re all about just selling loans now and not selling cars.
Remarkably respectful. I was contacted back by Kenny immediately. I made a surprise trip in on my way home but Raul accomodated my every request and by doing so was instrumental in my elimination of every other model I was considering. He introduced me to the manager who also was very respectful. The garage was spotless...You could eat off its floors. I was impressed in every way with this dealership and its staff.

Good dealer with quick and friendly staff
There's something fishy about this dealer. We called ahead and went in to look at a 2010 4runner that was listed for $14,800. The salesman was very nice and let us look at the car, but mentioned that it was already sold. The car also had a 'sold' sticker on it.
Two weeks later, the car is still posted online with varying prices ($15,000, $14,300). It's not like it didn't sell so the dealer called us back. So like I said, I don't know what's going on here.

Told me everything about trucks available And I made appointment to come in. The moment I walked in felt very comfortable. I was never pushed into buying the same day. I was skeptical Abut buying used car however the moment I contacted Stamas I was contacted immediately. The salesmen give his cell phone number so we can communicate by tex. I ended up buying 2014 Ford Edge. The service was great

They contacted me promptly and were very professional on the phone. I made arrangements with them to see the car and took a test drive and I bought the car. I would recommend them highly and I would do business with them again in the future.
What can I say I contact them about the 2006 Mustang GT and was call with in couple of Hours and went down that afternoon and saw the car met every one from sales to the owner .They were straight up about the car Be for I got to talk to Nelson the sale rep it was like I had bought cars from them before need less to say I bought the car .

Actually they never got back to me. I went to the dealer after work which was after
hours. I could not find this truck or the other one I was interested in. It was really
disappointing because both vehicles were still listed on their website but not in stock. I
had to drive quite a distance to get there and they were closed when I arrived. To this
point in time they still have not responded, so I purchased a truck elsewhere

Buyer Beware!
Unfortunately I need to overturn my previous rating of five stars.
We were sold a good priced car that turned out to have $2000 worth of damages.
They had the car pass inspection on the lot, but when we brought it to an actual inspector they said it shouldn’t have passed.
All attempts to contact the dealership and right these wrongs were fruitless as they continually refuse to answer their phones.
Unfortunately we ended spending $2000 extra out of pocket for our car.
We feel that we were misled and information was withheld with a further unwillingness to communicate with us has made this into a very bad experience :(

Very helpful salesmen
Nelson at Stamas Auto Center was extremely professional and helpful. I was traveling an hour to see the vehicle and asked him to send me pictures of the under carriage. He went above and beyond with any requests I had. The negotiations were as smooth as any I have had. I would highly recommend Stamas Auto Center.

Very nice people. Friendly and courteous. Dealt mostly with Jim. Although we did not buy a car from them, I would recommend them.
Went to try test drive this vehicle and another as well, him, our salesman was great, we also got to meet Lee, and Leon, 2 generations of the 3 generation owned business. It was a very pleasant experience and although we didn't buy anything, we had just started car shopping, I would recommend this business .

I did not purchase the vehicle in the end, however the salesman was great.
I did have a deposit on the vehicle for a few days as it was in the shop for a
couple repairs but ended up getting a vehicle with less mileage. I got the
deposit back without a problem. I did speak with the mechanic and the fact
that they go through the vehicle before selling it is great.
They seem like a really good group.

Lance is excellent to deal with as he always follows through and does his best to find you the perfect deal....went to many dealerships but by far his service is the best! Would definately recommend Stamas because of his service!
Terrible experience. Sent dealer pictures of my trade and was
very clear about the condition, the dealer made me an offer on my
trade that was acceptable so I made the 3 1/2 hour drive to make
the deal. Before driving out, I called the dealer, spoke with a
different salesman, confirmed with the salesman that they were
not going to make a ridiculous offer on the truck, he said oh no, I
have all the numbers.
The jeep I was going to buy turned out to be in much worse
condition than the pictures showed and the sales person led me
to believe. When it was time to talk numbers, instead of offering
what was agreed upon over the phone, they made me a
ridiculous low ball offer.
I would not recomend anyone waste their time with this dealer.

This customer can in and did not leave a deposit on this truck / car, the truck was sold next day, this person's credit was far from stellar. We would have been able to help him with his financing needs, however he chose walking away from a great deal, this is what happens when you don't leave a deposit. We sell quality cars and trucks, so please post accurate information.

Very pleased with my experience with these folks. I purchased my
new truck ( 2008 Nissan Titan ) through them and the whole
process was a breeze thanks to their courteous and professional
staff. My salesman (Joel) was easy to deal with and wasn't pushy
in the least. Stamas Auto did everything that they promised they'd
do to make my experience with them a good one. I couldn't be
happier with my purchase!
