Told me what what was wrong with car and willing to negotiate..honest

I purchased a 2019 Mazda 3. I set up a time to test drive the vehicle and the dealer confirmed it was available as I had a 1.5 hour drive to the lot. After the sale they provided additional customer service and helped me with a few modifications. Very happy with the level of customer service and personal touch that can come from a smaller business.

Website said that all cars where inspected and fixed before being put up for sale, car was leaking oil onto exhaust manifold and the front suspensions was going out

Dealer told me to inquire about vehicle, and to apply for financing involving a credit inquiry and to schedule and appointment only to sell minutes before I arrived.

I didn't end up visiting but they got back to me quickly when I sent an inquiry. :)

Went to their lot and was very happy with the help they gave our son finding a used car in his price range.

Went there on a Saturday to check out a 2000 Honda Civic. The owner and his son were kind and talked with me and my dad about the car for as long as we needed. Painless to take it on a test drive. I now own the car and got it for a good deal

Took the 2 days to respond. Car was filthy when I arrived and the car had to be jump started before I could test drive. Car was in poor condition both in appearance and mechanically!

I emailed them for "out the door price" and they emailed me back that they have financing....guess I'II take my "CASH" elsewhere

Drive 2 hrs only to find the undercarriage looked like it had been submerged in frame deep water for a long time. They spray painted wheel black and emblems, with over spray in several places. Got back in car before he could even come over.

They are extremely friendly and accomodating. Would recommend to anyone. Very negotiating on price however we did not buy in the end found another vehicle more in line with our price/mileage structure. Had their vehicle been more thoroughly inspected and cosmetically fixed prior to being placed on the sales lot we would have walked out with it that day.

Very nice and prompt response but I felt the miles were to high for the vehicles price so I had to pass.

Dealer contacted me several days after I expressed interest in the auto. Asked me to complete a credit app. I did and never heard back. Bought a similar model from a dealer 100 miles farther and paid cash. There loss for not getting back

I asked for out the door price .....They said I I could come in to see it ....I am not driving 180 miles without knowing the final price

Awesome, great service

I test drove a 2003 Honda Element. The air didn't work and the driver side window wouldn't roll down. That's probably why the dealer was only asking Kbb price for it.
