Called up on a rainy Sunday afternoon to take a look at this TLX. My salesperson was informative and answered all of my questions. I ultimately decided not make the purchase but was a great experience.

Theyre both great honest & make sure you’re understanding if not they’ll explain so you get it. I highly recommend them if you someone that goes here you won’t regret it I promise

Very professional and respectful dealership from the start. I brought the Rav4 and I would buy another car from them in the future.

From my first contact, through delivery, everyone was courteous and professional. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was waiting in front for me and was spotless. The dealership was very fair in valuing my trade and worked hard to put together a deal. I was impressed that they were able to process the sale and allow me to drive home with the new car all on my first visit.

Overall it was a great car-buying experience! This was my 1st time purchasing a pre-owned car (2018 Mazda MDX - fully loaded) and I love it! The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the time and effort they put into trying to sell me on packages I didn’t want or need (i.e. protectant coating on exterior/interior, etc.) but all the dealerships do that.

i spoke to juan he called me back with a price ,he said that he would talk to mgr he never called back if he could not meet my price he should have called me back
