Dealer tries to get documentary fees of $500.00 and uses the excuse that B.M.W. dealership did it to him when he bought his B.M.W. But he ain't selling quality cars. He selling cars that have ants eating the engine because some of his cars are held at near a sand lot. It's like comparing Waffle House to STK steakhouse.

Had to give a star for the input, but WOW! When we arrived, we found the KIA Sedona LX in the back. It had a nice dent in the
front quarter, the captain arms on the second-row seats were broken, and the battery was dead. When Sandi came back with
the keys, she told me this was a 2012 not a 2010. That part didn’t matter, they were not honest about their advertisement and
the ad sill states 2010?

Great ads
We got to place fine, walked around 20 minutes nobody was around
Headed to the front door finally someone came out. The rep I spoke with finally came back. I didn't feel as though I was a priority as he took a call in my presence. I was asking questions about the vehicle, he kept pointing to the computer. The car was dirty, not cleaned or detailed at all, well as the majority of the vehicles on that lot. I really felt rushed. I test drove the car, before I could get down the road good. The car was pulling in different directions. It was a piece of junk, the brake light was on, abs light was on and some other light. I couldn't wait turn around and get back safely to the car lot. When I came back with the car still no positive communication from the dealer, didn't come to get the keys from me, didn't ask me how I felt about the drive. He was across the lot speaking with me, even when I voiced my concerns about the vehicle he was nonchalant. The worst experience I've ever encountered.

My experience with this dealer was professional and he responded in a timely manner. He was also polite
We bought this van 3 weeks ago.Vehicle sign in the window marked down to $4890. They were very unorganized. The young lady that financing told us before I gave her down payment that she would order driver switch for window and have key programmer to program our keys so van alarm would stop going off. 2 days after that she disappears. On 4th day of having vehicle engine light comes on. We reached out to speed auto sales. Got the run around for 2 weeks. Then one dale sales he can’t resolve any issues because he didn’t make the promise to fix anything. And his boss the owner said car is as is. So we have to fix it. But before I gave my money these things were supposed to be taken care of. I would have never given my down payment if I knew they wouldn’t follow through. More to story, but can’t fit all that on here. SMH We have taken van to dodge dealership and paid for thermostat to be fixed, window switch and key programed can’t wait to pay off. Worst service ever

I called told them I was on the way there. When I drove there which is about 3 hours the didn’t have the key. The vehicle was listed online with 20000 miles less than was actually on the vehicle. The lady that was working with me was real nice and helpful. She told me that the owner must have mad a mistake.

We have several financing options available. You can even a zero downpayment is your credit is good. Our by here pay here Finacing requires 50% of the price our the vehicle because we do not consider your credit, repo, job verification, and a lot other things so it’s high level of risk to us as a small dealership and we need to restock inventory. I’m sorry if that is reasonable to you but that is best we can afford as owner financing

Didn't look at that vehicle as the carfax info turned me away from it Dale and Sandy were very helpful Dale was awesome the dealership would fill the gas tank
Their vehicles are not in good shape. This particular escape has terrible seats (paint on them), missing headrest and scratched interior. Something from the vehicle was actually resting on the passenger seat (had broken off).

Some of our vehicles are price too low because they are sold as is. Our major concern is the mechanical conditions of the vehicle. We have a low profile margins which gives us no room to fix cosmetic on the vehicle and they are used vehicles. You should compare the price of the vehicle to the value of the vehicle
Worst car buying experience ever. Arrive to test drive the car. There was no sales associate. I was just handed the keys and told were to drive. After negotiating on the price and coming to a agreement, we filled out all of the necessary paperwork only to find out the car did not have an emissions certificate. We were told to come back the following day and the car would be ready. We never received a call, and we called we got the run around. After the third day of waiting, they finally said there was no time table on the cars availability. Needless to say, we will never do business with them again.

We can not sell a vehicle without emissions. Some vehicles needs drive circle to get ready for emissions especially when a need battery is installed in it. I found a great 2011 Chevy Equinox with 94+ miles . It rides great cleaned up really well, you might think I walked off the show room floor with it , the best price in the city. I would recommend others go there you can't beat the deals.

This was the worst experience ever!!! When I arrived at the car lot the vehicle that was shown to me was not the car listed online. The vehicle was very nasty and not taken care of. I was very disappointed with car lot as a whole.
